Notre unité est située au troisième étage de notre immeuble avec ascenseur. Notre unité, # 308 va dormir 6 avec 2 chambres récemment rénovées, chambre principale a lit queen, deuxième chambre dispose de 2 lits doubles. Nous avons 2 nouveaux bains 1 situés dans la chambre principale, la seconde de la salle commune. Grande cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte avec bar, grand salon et salle à manger. Nous avons un balcon ouvert pour regarder le lever du soleil ou d'avoir un petit déjeuner privé et bain de soleil. Nous avons Téléviseurs à écran plat dans les deux chambres et le salon, Sur le site de blanchisserie et de personnel sur place pour le nettoyage, l'entretien et le soutien de bureau.

Catherines place was fantastic , extremely clean and well equipped . The location is top notch , close to eating places and beach and pool are great . One of the big things for us was the beach has people on it but isn't slammed with people , easy to go for a walk and enjoy Indian rocks beach !

Beautiful place. Everything was clean and fresh. Nice quiet building, not too big with a beautiful beachfront and very nice pool area.Bbqs available on the patio to use or many restaurants nearby to explore. Very friendly, helpful staff and lovely guests too. We had a great, relaxing time and would highly recommend Catherine and her place.

This experience was just as expected! The only note I have is that updating the pictures on VRBO may help perspective vacationers choose better! It was way better than the pics showed because they were dark. Otherwise it was an excellent stay. Thank you so much!

We stayed over Easter break and had a great time. The intercoastal view was relaxing to watch from the balcony and saw a few dolphins in the morning! The pool was very clean everyday and the beach was beautiful! Although, there is only 1 laundry area per each floor, we never had to wait long for the use of a washer and dryer. The condo had all my favorite spices on hand to make dinner every night. The office staff were very helpful always. Lots of walkable restaurants and fun bars. This is a great value for the location!

Nice big balcony with view of the intercoastal. Owner was great in welcoming us and making sure we had directions for everything. And, she was readily available for us if needed.

50 Gulfside was amazing, from watching the dolphins in the morning to the amazing sunsets.

Was a great place to stay, everyone was very friendly and the beach and sunsets were amazing. And within walking distance to JD's a great place any time of day!

Great area and nice place to stay

The location was great. Nice beach right out back and a laid back enjoyable town just a short trip in either direction. Lots of great restaurants and things to do. Condo is nice, plenty of room for our family of 4, nicely equipped.

Beautiful spot!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was well appointed and had all the items we needed. Beautiful views, a short walk to the beach, and short walk restaurants (Crabby Bill’s and JD’s).

Great stay!

This property was gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean, well stocked, and comfy! Amazing view of the inlet where we saw dolphins everyday, and only a few steps to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Loved our stay!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for, footsteps from the beach, heated pool and walking distance to the restaurants and some shops! Also close enough to visit John's Pass and Clearwater for the pier. The condo was perfect for our family of four! Our boys said they want to go back every year!

Great location for a getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 50 Gulfside. The condo was very roomy and had all of the comforts of home and enough utensils and pots to cook Thanksgiving dinner (if needed). We loved the fact that the beach was just a few short steps away and the heated pool was great since we stayed during a "cool" spell. The location is quiet, but close to many of the attractions we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Beach. Nice pool area. Lots to do in area. Wifi did not work well and issues with TVs in the bedrooms. Overall very nice

Glad to hear you had a good holiday, sorry you had problems with our wifi, most likely you connected to the building wifi rather than our private and secure wifi, the passcode was posted on the tv cable box. 😂� Glad you enjoyed our all new pool and pool deck, just re-done in 2019. Beautiful Beach Getaway

This is a great place for a beachfront getaway. Property is exactly as described and pictured, no disappointments. You can't be closer to the ocean unless you are on a boat! Very clean unit with a lot of space inside. Great communication with owner and very nice to have responsive onsite property management. Highly recommended!

Great Family Get-A-Way!

Me and my husband along with our two teenage girls visited 50 Gulfside, we rented a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. Our stay was nothing short of fabulous! The unit was clean, classy but yet family friendly. The kids had their own space, which was a plus. We would return to this unit again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Wonderful condo! Nicely decorated and equipped. We discovered the microwave didn’t work, so we contacted the owner and a new microwave came the next day! The owner, Catherine, was great to work with!

Great Community & Location

We loved the charm and laid-back vibes of the condo complex and the town! We parked the car, had instacart deliver groceries, and walked to dinner every night. The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas - so we didn't need to bring our own! It was lovely! The hosts were great and let us add an extra day on the front end - will definitely be back!

Great place to vacation.

We had a moms/daughters/friends "stay" here. The condo was very comfortable & cute, & had everything we needed for cooking & relaxing. The owner was totally accommodating for our late check-in, & the office staff was helpful in answering questions about the area. Indian Rocks Beach is a great location; when it was too windy to walk on the beach, we were able to just walk on Gulf Blvd. We were not on the Gulf side, but still saw dolphins & lots of boats in the Intercoastal waterway. We would definitely choose this location again.

Hi There, thanks for the great information, We also love sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and looking for dolphins. Although our view is of the intracoastal isnt it great to walk out the back door to the beach and Gulf. Glad you had "good family" time.
