Can’t wait to come back!!

We loved our stay at Gulf Breeze Inn. Our stay got cut short due to schedule changes with my schooling, but the time we did have was amazing! Both the host and property manager are so friendly. We had someone park in our assigned parking spot one day, and the property manager was so helpful in helping us find a different place to park. It was also the quickest walk to the beach ever. The place was so clean and nice. Our only complaint were the people staying above us were so incredibly loud all day and night. However, nothing negative that reflects the Gulf Breeze Inn, Betty, or Adrienne! Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location

Located a few steps from a beautiful beach. The house has all facilities you need & a lovely little Tiki table out front to enjoy early morning coffee & late evening drinks. Our host Betty was super helpful when we were delayed due to a cancelled flight from the UK & then an early departure due to Hurricane Helene! Hopefully we will return again as would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was so close to the beach and tons of nearby restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and we are already planning another trip! Definitely recommend!

our beach week

small one bedroom with everything we needed, very short walk to the beach, loved the outdoor seating with the tiki thatch umbrella were we spent most of our time when not on the beach, property manager adriienne was great. would definitely say here again

The property is in a perfect location and very well kept! Perfect for a quick getaway to relax on the beautiful beach onsite. Betty was sooo accommodating and gracias. I will be coming back here, for certain! Thank you Betty!

This was the perfect place for us. We were close enough to walk back and forth numerous times from the beach throughout our stay. It was easy to find, clean and we definitely will try to come back.

Great little spot

The place for just what we were looking for. It was very close to the beach, clean, quiet and had an equipped kitchen to let us make quick meals. The check in process was super easy and staying there was worry-free. Overall a great little spot.

Only stayed two nights rained both day's. What little we were on the beach was great. Easy walk to the beach. Overall it was good. Would recommend to friend's.

Restful place!

Just a few steps from the beach, beautiful sunsets each night we were there. Comfortable king bed but we might recommend bringing your own pillow (the ones supplied are super thick and hard on your neck). The place was very clean and fun area to visit. All convenience and helpful property manager. Thumbs up!!

The best there is!

My husband & I celebrated our anniversary here. Spent 4 nights. Unit is exactly as described. So many small extra things that were in the unit that made it special. For example, the beach towels, umbrella, soaps, and comfortable bedding! Location is perfect. Cannot say enough good things.

Quaint Unit

This unit at Gulf Breeze Inn was perfect for my husband I. Beach access right out the door at the end of the parking lot. Beach was not overcrowded in this area. Having the beach chairs and umbrella available was perfect because we flew in. Owner/manager easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay in this unit or at Gulf Breeze Inn again.

Perfect location

This is the second time we stayed here. Just steps to the beach. Very quiet area but still close to everything. The beach house is fully equipped plus they seem to have a new king sized mattress in Unit 2 where we stayed which was very comfy and the sofa and recliner in the living room were like new too. Having a washer and dryer on site is a bonus. We'll be back for sure.

Perfect beach wedding bungalow

Betty was a responsive and helpful host and the accommodations were perfect for a couple. The grill was a nice way to cook easily. The property was equipped with automatic lights and we felt comfortable as we made nightly strolls to the beach just steps from our door. Thank you for a great stay!

I was born and raised in Florida and raised my three beautiful daughters on the east coast of Florida. I later moved to Washington, DC and lived there for 25 years before moving back to Florida.
When I had the opportunity to buy the Gulf Breeze Inn, it was a dream come true. Indian Rocks Beach is what old Florida is all about, It is relaxing, slow pace and everything you want to escape life's stresses.
I love coming here with my family and seeing everyone enjoy the water, play games together, enjoy the local restaurants and in the evening, sitting together on the beach watching the most beautiful sunsets you could ever imagine.

The location is the very, very best

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Walking distance to local restaurant and small shops but quiet paced. If you are looking for the fast paced, commercial environment they are close by in Clearwater Beach and St. Pete but then you can return to the relaxation that Indian Rocks Beach . The best!!
