Very Relaxing

A great find for a weekend getaway

Our family stayed for a long weekend and spent part of our days at Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim, great location access for both. We also throughly enjoted the house, the patio, and the bonfire. Our kids did not want to leave! We will definitely be back.

Coll House with views of Granbury lake. I needed somewhere to stay while my son was playing in a college golf tournament. This house was great. Clean, comfortable with all the amenities. Although it was just me, this would be a great place to bring the kids with the “game Garage”.

Lakeview Hilltop retreat

Great house! Quiet and lots of wildlife in backyard and great views of the lake. Watched red fox and a large Roadrunner in the mornings. Kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Would absolutely stay again. Christy our local contact was helpful and quickly answered any questions.

Birthday Girls Trip

The property is as described, and easy communication with the property manager. We had 5 ladies and had plenty of room. The porch has a hammock and a table with chairs, the addition of an outdoor couch would have been great to enjoy coffee with the incredible views. Would rent again. As others stated, roads are rough but worth it!

Great spot! Cool house

We were in town to play a little baseball at Tarleton State and decided to stay on Lake Granbury and we are very glad that we did. We had a few 17 year-old ball players with us so the huge garage with games was awesome. The boys were able to walk down and go swimming at the beach there and even fished a little bit during our downtime. The grill on the deck is there to be used and there was even an extra tank of propane in the garage. The view are amazing with all the glass windows. The air conditioning work great the master bedroom shower is awesome! I’ve never had the big rainfall shower like that And now I wanna put it in at my house. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. She answered my numerous questions quickly and I really really appreciated all of her help.

Great view

This property sits up high so it has a beautiful view of the lake. It’s not right on the water but you see over the home on the water in front of it. The house is modern and appears to be recently built, just as the pictures show. Very quiet neighborhood. There are no window shades so if light bothers you, bring a mask to sleep with. Otherwise it’s very comfortable with everything you need.

Rental cancelled by owner night before arrival

The night before we were due to leave for the rental, we were notified at 10:30 pm the owner had to cancel our trip to due sewage problems. They then proceeded to give me links to other rentals we could stay at on the last minute notice. So upon finding a booking that would suffice, we booked another rental home that was recommended by the owners agent. After panicking all night and worrying this birthday trip was going to be ruined, we finally thought we had just Saved the trip. Went to bed relieved that night only to wake up the next morning finding an email from owners agent saying they don’t allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from arrival. Which is funny because they are the ones who cancelled on us less than 12 hours before arrival AND are the ones who referred us to the other rental homes! Needless to say, it was a terrible experience. Ruined the entire birthday trip all at the last minute.

Loved our stay!

We recently came to town for a Spartan race and had such a great experience with this vrbo rental. The windows are beautiful and the view of all around made everything seem so spacious. Everyone enjoyed the entertainment options and played and visited in the open spaces until lights out. Kitchen was great to cook dinner in and the rain shower head was much appreciated after our long run. Thank you to the host who communicated so well with us and was a delight! We will be back next race. Thanks again!

Great home

The house was beautiful, very clean, and very comfortable. Great views of the water, however, there is NO lake access close by. The pictures made it appear very near water with only a grassy area in between down to a dock. There are homes between this house and the lake then only cliff edge. Had to travel to public access points to get in the water. This property comes up when you filter “waterfront” which is deceiving. But like I said, the home and game garage is amazing.

Modern Lakehouse with Gorgeous Views

The views on this property are absolutely gorgeous! The home was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 3. The home had all of the amenities that we needed, plus more - the hammock was so relaxing and the ping pong table provided hours of entertainment for us. The property manager was very accommodating and promptly answered any questions that we had. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Awesome Home

We absolutely loved this modern home. It had everything we needed and then some. The fit and finish is perfect. Everything was clean. We loved the downstairs for family time and I loved the outdoor deck with the fire table and my glass of wine. We would definitely rent again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place! We live on a farm so this was a nice change for us and the kids wanted to move in. ;P

Weekend retreat

This is perfect place for couples weekend. Great views, very clean, well appointed and comfortable and not too far from town. We didn't take advantage of kayaks but ping pong downstairs and parking in garage was great! Evening on porch with views.....fantastic. Probably not ideal for small kids due to stairs and height of porch. Road situation on way in is a minor issue but once you are there it's very, very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
