Casa Mare est une propriété de bord de mer située à seulement 3 km au sud du centre-ville historique de Granbury. Cette propriété vient de terminer une vaste rénovation et propose de nombreuses activités pour tous les âges.

Cette propriété de bain 4 chambres 3 1/2 offre un grand patio arrière avec une vue magnifique sur l'eau de notre canal naturel. Deux chambres à l'étage ont également des balcons privés qui donnent sur l'arrière de la propriété.

La propriété dispose d'un quai privé de 55 pieds pouvant être utilisé pour le stationnement des bateaux, la pêche et la natation.

Amazing!!

This property is the real deal! Right on the lake, perfect location to Grandbury restaurants and shopping. Property itself is wonderfully clean and spacious. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area

Overall, the house was great. Plenty of room and great views. The game room really kept the kids busy. Wished the kayaks were in better shape abd that extra bedding was available for the futon.

Great Property in a Beautiful Setting

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was spacious and clean. Everything we needed for an easy and worry free stay was provided. We especially enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the deck overlooking the water. We will definitely rent again when we get back to Granbury. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Fantastic lake house!

We stayed during the Granbury Wine Walk weekend and it was fantastic! Everything we needed! House was beautiful and the patios and decks were perfect. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place to Stay

We booked this location for our family to celebrate some landmark anniversaries in our family. We loved the location and we were all able to stay comfortably. We would stay here again! They left welcome gifts and made it easy to stay.

Amazing place to stay

Our stay at Mare Casa was just amazing. The home was very clean, smelled good, the view was stunning and everything was perfect. We especially loved the back deck and sitting out there for morning coffee.

Great summer get away right on the lake Super clean, great a/c during the Texas heat and has plenty of amenities to make a good stay. Easy check in and good communication with owners There are a lot of stairs to the dock but worth the ease of access having the boat at our fingertips. 10/10 would stay again

Great spring break getaway

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and updated the home was. The views from the back deck were beautiful and it was quiet in the neighborhood throughout our stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions and the home is close to many activities and shopping. Will definitely want to stay here again!

We spent our Spring Break at this wonderful lake house in Granbury. It was great to hang out with family, fish, kayak and watch movies. My kids also enjoyed the game room. It was great!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful and well maintained home. We enjoyed fishing, watching movies and the game room. Quite neighborhood with picturesque views all around. Owners were easy to contact and very friendly. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great house!

What a fantastic home for getting our family together to celebrate our graduate! It was a large enough home that had plenty of space. Everyone loved the accommodations. Thank you for the awesome welcome basket. The sleeping accommodations were good, however the amount of bedding available was lacking. All beds did not have top sheets, which my family members found pretty gross.

Beautiful House

This house was perfect for our family to gather. We have adult children and everyone had their own space yet plenty of room to gather together. My sons loved the game room and we enjoyed a night by the fire pit. Everything was clean and plenty of stuff stocked to get started on a late-night entry.

Peaceful paradise

Our family truly enjoyed this lake paradise. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. Everything was well planned for comfort. Our kids enjoyed the air hockey and fishing from the dock. We were able to have many relaxing evenings on the spacious deck. The owners were very accommodating and took care of all of our needs. We highly recommend this property

We loved the setting. It was like being in a different world. So many animals on the river, beautiful weather and we loved hanging out on all the different decks. It was big enough for our family of relatives to be together and also have space to spread out. Game room was a super awesome touch! My Mom’s 80 Birthday was perfect thanks to our wonderful stay!

Great house, great location

We had a great stay at this property. Spent alot of time on the deck and around the firepit. Enjoyed fishing and relaxing. The game room was great also. The only complaint I have is that the listing says 5 bedrooms. It only has 4. Therefore it sleeps 8 comfortably. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Retired Teachers’ Reunion

This beautiful home was perfect for our reunion! It was as clean as a whistle, and we had no problems throughout our stay. The cove was quiet and peaceful, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck, just visiting and basking in the beautiful weather and views. The beds were comfortable, and the owner has provided every utensil a well-stocked kitchen needs. If you have sensitive feet, I recommend that you bring shower shoes to navigate the beautiful river rock shower floors. We had a great time!

Family Loved Casa Mare!

Our family of 6 loved Casa Mare! We stayed right before Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for two grandparents, our son, our daughter-in-law, a four year old and an 18 month old. The spacious rooms give us room to play, relax and spend much needed time together. My family had lots of fun playing in the game room. Even though it was cold, we enjoyed sitting outside by the lake. It was so peaceful. The neighborhood was nice to walk around. It was very quiet. If we needed anything Ana was very quick to respond. We also enjoyed exploring Granbury’s fun little shops and restaurants downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

We have spent the last 3 years renovating this property. We enjoy traveling all over the world. We believe we have renovated this property with many of the comforts and features that many of us enjoy when traveling.

We purchased this property after returning from working overseas. With a weekend rental in-mind and enjoying hosting, we rebuilt the home to be comfortable and relaxing for our guest.

We hope that you will enjoy Casa Mare and the comforts that it provides.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

With a large double lot and many trees, it is possible to see some great wildlife on the property.

From the back patio overlooking the water, you are sure to enjoy the peace an quiet of a early sunrise.

There is nothing like being the first out on the lake for a morning wakeboard session before breakfast and coffee.

Fishing off of the dock is great for catfish, bass and crappie. The 55 foot dock offers plenty of room for parallel boat and jet ski parking and still allow for swimming and fishing.
