Cabine isolée sur 13 acres; Lac privé de 50 acres

Notre cabine isolée est nichée dans 13 acres boisées sur Mirror Lake. Vous profiterez de votre propre plage privée sur un lac privé. Il y a un total de neuf maisons autour du lac, mais pour la plupart, vous aurez le lac pour vous. Paddleboard, kayaks pour enfants Paddleboat et un canoë sont disponibles pour votre usage. Pêche au crappie, à l'achigan et au brochet, c'est un bon lac pour apprendre à vos enfants à pêcher. Le lac est petit (50 acres) et est idéal pour les petits bateaux. Si vous préférez des lacs et des bateaux plus grands, vous n'êtes qu'à deux miles de la rampe de mise à l'eau de Round Lake. Profitez des feux de camp sur la plage dans des chaises adirondacks confortables, explorez la propriété boisée, savourez un café le matin et des levers de soleil sur le pont enveloppant.

LES TAUX:

Séjour minimum de 5 nuits JUIN / JUILLET / AOUT. Veuillez m'envoyer un message si vous souhaitez réserver pour une durée plus courte.

Le taux standard est de 200 $ par nuit avec un rabais de 10% pour 7 nuits ou plus. Les tarifs comprennent tout, y compris UN chien. Les chiens supplémentaires (avec la permission des propriétaires) coûtent 10 $. 00 par nuit et par chien.

Le lac:
L'eau est limpide mais le fond est un mélange de sable et de boue.

Il y a une zone dégagée d'environ 20 x 20 près de la «plage» mais je pense que la meilleure baignade est en eau plus profonde. Le lac est d'environ 30 pieds de profondeur au centre. Nous avons un tapis d'eau de 6 x 18, qui est comme un quai flottant. Il peut être retiré là où l'eau est profonde, claire et sans nénuphar. Il est facile de monter et descendre dans l'eau. Nous avons la grande version rouge.

Pour accéder à l'eau plus profonde, il y a un lit de petits nénuphars que vous devez d'abord traverser. Une grande partie a déjà été coupée. Personnellement, j'aime utiliser ma planche de paddle car je ne suis pas vraiment une nageuse de lac (Esther Maina)

Absolutely beautiful property lots of space very tranquil just as it says. So peaceful. The screened in porch is lovely plus the upper deck facing the lake is absolutely beautiful to sit on. Just lots of great space kitchen was well stocked, nice dishes, glasses, etc. bedding, beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The bath towels also very nice. Everything was clean. The decor was perfect for a Lakeside retreat. Lots of space for your dog to run around the lake is small, but as we were sitting by the fire, we could hear the loons. We would definitely come back again. Esther was great to work with any questions. She responded immediately.

Such a beautiful property and peaceful setting, we only wished we could have stayed longer! Excellent communication with the property owners, and the attention made to making our stay comfortable did not go unnoticed. Very clean and comfortable home. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need to prepare a wonderful meal at home. Coffee bar was a nice added touch too! We especially enjoyed spending time in the sunroom overlooking the lake, and on the enclosed porch too, which worked out well when traveling with a pet. Nice clear lake, had very good luck catching nice sized bluegills for several meals. When not fishing, we spent a good amount of time on the lake in the kayaks, just enjoying the silence of nature around us. Saw deer by the water, a bald eagle, and were serenaded daily by the magnificent loons. Took some time to explore the area around us too, did some shopping, golfing, dining which were all in close proximity to the property, and easy access to town.The time went by too quickly, and it was hard to leave, but we went home with many wonderful memories of this idyllic place in the North woods!

Our family had a wonderful getaway in this beautifully clean and remodeled cabin. We enjoyed taking walks in the woods, admiring the vibrant fall colors. The lake was peaceful and quiet, providing a serene atmosphere. The kids had a blast fishing from the paddleboat, catching bass and sunnies. Everyone had a great time and made lasting memories.

This place is what we needed. To get away from the city life. Its calming and private. And the lake just gives it the right touch. Our 2 dogs loved it. They where able to run free and play. Its a really nice home to be for a weekend getaway. Would definitely come back again. The place was clean and finidng the place was not hard at all.

A couple of friends coming to the area to do some ice fishing and relaxing. Great place centrally located within a great number of lakes. Beautiful, relaxing place to get away for a few days.

We stayed at this beautiful place for 7 nights and enjoyed every moment. The driveway to get to the cabin was so beautiful as we drove deep into the woods, then came into the clearing with the cabin and view of the lake. We knew this place would be special. The cabin was so comfortable, the furnishings, the beds, an easy well equipped kitchen to work in--everything you can think of was provided. We had a couple rainy days and enjoyed the screened in porch, hearing the rain, reading books, playing games, and just looking out on the lake. Evenings inside were warm and cozy. There is a real peace and tranquility at this cabin that will make us want to return again. We thank the owners for providing such a special place.

We loved this cabin on Mirror Lake. The stars of the show at this property are the cleanliness, comfort, screened in patio, privacy, and lake! We (two adults) stayed with two young children (ages 1 and 3) and two dogs (70lbs and 45lbs). The cabin had everything we needed to make meals except for spices- which the host, Esther, let us know about ahead of time so we brought our own! The shed down by the lake was equipped with everything you need for a fun time and the fishing was great for our 3 year old. We also loved using the canoe and the paddle boat.

Awesome cabin with great location

My son and I came Hayward to xc ski on the Birkie trail/Birkie tour. The cabin is extremely well finished with all of the basic necessities provided for. The site is very large and private however very close the Birkie trail and a handful of area restaurants.

Quiet, private lake

We loved the privacy and seclusion of the lake. You really feel alone in nature. Great water toys for 4 kids. Tons of fish to catch and hours of fun on the water. The best part was the screen porch. Spent every evening playing games and every morning drinking coffee. Great island for all of us to eat at. Nice set up with 4 bunks and a private master suite. Laundry was so nice to have and everything you need is provided! We cooked everyday and had every pot, pan and tool needed. Would 10/10 recommend!

Cozy cabin in the woods

Great place to get away from it all! Loved this secluded cabin. Very clean and kitchen had a lot of essential items. Close enough to Hayward for a quick drive if you forget anything you need. A lot of yard for our dog to run and play and a nice area down by the water. Definitely looking forward to another stay in the future!

Great week in the North Woods

This property is wonderful. We loved taking our dog on walks along the path and down by the lake. The weather was a little cold and rainy a couple of days, but the cozy cabin was perfect to cuddle up with a book. It's also just an hour and a half drive to Duluth, which made for a really fun day trip.

Peace and Quiet

The home was perfect for us. We enjoyed 5 peaceful days with our two dogs. Esther was a pleasure to work with and the property has everything you need. Bonus is the location, and we were fortunate to experience the beautiful fall colors during our time. If you are looking for a relaxing place to escape your busy lives, this is it.

Peaceful beauty

Loved this cabin! Beautifully decorated, clean, well furnished, and such a great location! The little lake was fabulous! Caught fish, sunbathed, paddle boarded, played games, had campfire, and my dogs loved the place, too! Never turned on the TV once, but looks like you could. Would definitely return!

Third Time a Charm

This is our 3rd trip to the Northwoods of Wisconsin. And as my husband would say “ best Wisconsin vaca ever!” The Maina’s cabin was everything we could have wanted for our fall vacation trip. Loved everything about it! Our dogs loved it too! Great fishing and town was close for any essentials we did need. Enjoyed the privacy, the campfires and the 3 seasons room! We had our dinners out there every night! The cabin had all the supplies and amenities for a comfortable stay! Would highly recommend!

Deer camp 2018

This cabin is so warm and cozy, that it is truly home. There were deer around all the time, a bobcat came through the yard, and got to watch ice fishing and skating. All the other reviews that you read, it's gospel!!! Thanks for everything Esther. You're the best!

Quiet, secluded, comfortable getaway

I was looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway before starting a new job, but we didn't want to drive more than 3 hours from Minneapolis. This cozy place fit the bill to a tee. From the comfortable couches and beds and fully equipped kitchen to the perfect setting, it was just what I needed. It was so quiet, I swear we could hear the snowflakes land. And of course, I had to find a place that would allow us to bring our dog along. I think he enjoyed running around the property in the snow as much as we enjoyed the walks on the quiet road and the trails in the woods.

Cozy cabin in the woods

Very neat and super clean, from the towels to the sheets and even the floors, spotless. We enjoyed our 3 days here and would consider coming back again if ever in the area. The weather was a little on the cooler side (and rainy) so we didn't take advantage of the lake and all the offerings to enjoy that. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary amenities. The only thing any of us thought could be improved was the temperature of the water in the shower, it was tepid at best.

Hi thank you for letting me know about the water temperature, I prefer hot showers too! I will check the setting, as far as I can recall we've never changed it but because we leave the basement open maybe someone tinkered with it. We don't use the cabin personally so I'm so appreciative when things like this are brought to our attention. Thanks again!

Our vacation plans got changed with our two friends due to COVID. We were supposed to be going to Nashville but instead decided to stay locally and it was the best change! You do not ever have to leave this cabin! We really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat, yard games, and screens in porch. We have stayed in many VRBO and this is probably the best stocked placed we have stayed in thus far. We are already talking about booking again! Thank you for opening your beautiful cabin and for the much needed, relaxing get a way!

Fab Location & Perfect Getaway

Property is simply stunning! Located just 15 mins from downtown Hayward and just a few minutes from Round Lake, it's the perfect location! Lots of great outdoor spots on the property. We especially enjoyed the screen in area that kept those pesky mosquitos away!! Kayaking and paddle boarding on Mirror Lake was simply stunning. And wait to you hear the loons at night! Kitchen area was huge and had every available tool / gadget you could think of! Two bathrooms were plenty big and beds super comfortable. Owner was super communicative and accommodating. Would absolutely choose to stay here again! Internet was a bit slower, but gets the job done as it's the only thing available in the area.
