Brand new cottage on 3-Mile Lake in the heart of Muskoka

Stunning cottage on the waterfront of Three Mile Lake in the heart of Muskoka, just 2 hours north of Toronto. Built in 2020, this year-round, 1,800 sq. ft. cottage features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large mudroom and a stunning open-concept kitchen, dining, living-room area. Delight in the cathedral ceilings (equipped with Bluetooth speakers), large fireplace and floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in.

Enjoy the lakeside views on the deck while BBQ-ing, sitting around the outdoor fire pit, relaxing on the dock, kayaking or paddle boarding on the water, or ice-fishing in the winter.

**PLEASE NOTE: As Three Mile Lake is a fairly shallow lake, we do not guarantee water quality after August 1st. Please message with inquiries in this regard**

Perfect Getaway!

This property checked all the boxes! We stayed with our family which included kids, dogs and adults. The cottage was very clean, well stocked with more than we needed, spacious (yet cozy!) and had nice size bedrooms/beds that didn’t leave everyone fighting over a primary bedroom haha. Some highlights:- We loved connecting to the interior/exterior sound system- Easy check in/checkout and communication with the host was always quick - Large deck off the cottage and a latched gate at the stairs to keep dogs and kids from wandering - Large dock with space for the kids and dogs to enjoy, ample muskoka chairs or space to sunbathe (even if the time for this was minimal for us due to rainy weather)- Shallow entry to the lake, mostly sand- Wine fridge for drinks so you don’t have to jam everything in the main fridge- Large dining table with 8 chairs, enough space to accommodate everyone.- Although there are neighbours the cottage is very private with lots of foliage and a good distance between cottages. - Walkable main road with minimal traffic for walks. 10/10 would stay here again. Great stay over the Holidays

We had a lovely time! The property had everything we needed, was clean and well maintained. Only thing to prepare for is not having a microwave - otherwise the property is well stocked and well equipped. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage! We stayed with our friends to enjoy time away from the city. Absolutely stunning cottage, clean, everything was stocked, and beautiful view of the lake. Our friends stated it’s the nicest cottage they’ve stayed in. We hope to be back!

Beautiful peaceful property to bring in the New Year!

A beautiful and spacious lakehouse with a spectacular iconic view of the lake. Exactly as depicted in the photos. This was the best equipped rental property that we've ever stayed at. We enjoyed just winding down, walking in the snow and chatting around the fireplace. The beds were extremely comfortable and given its peaceful location, we slept really soundly.Thank you, Holly!

A wonderful winter cottage

I highly recommend this cottage. You can tell it’s new and it was so clean!! We went during the winter so we didn’t get outside much but this is the type of place you want to be holed up in. The gas fireplace kept us warm and cozy, the TV was great for us to watch movies and wifi was good enough to stream and play with our gaming consoles. Overall, we had a very good time here and want to come back 2026 for a summer cottage :)

comfortable and cozy cottage

Overall such a beautiful cottage and the beds were so comfortable! We enjoyed sun tanning on the dock and having our morning coffee on the deck. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Return visit

This is our third summer staying at this cottage. It is a beautiful place, very clean and well appointed. The view from the home and the dock is lovely. The Host is responsive to any questions and check in is seamless. We will return again!
