Fun place to stay

I loved the little tray they had for us when we got there! And the whole thing was super cute overall. Walking distance to a ton of places too. We would love to stay here again.

great place

the unit we stayed in had everything we needed from dishes, beach chairs, umbrella a, altho we didnt use them but everything u may need or forgot was there. met the owner of the unit, she brought a new toaster for us, she was concerned the one in the unit wasnt working.altho we went out to eat. was a great place nice people also stayed there.long walk to beach tho

BFF getaway

The place was exactly as described. Beautiful thoughtful, and super comfy. I would definitely stay again my best friend and I had an amazing few days hanging out at the beach the pool or just sitting in the room reading our books.

Great Little Unit

Great, little unit for a married couple to stay in at the beach. The owners provided lots of extras to make the trip easier (like beach supplies & coffee). It is a small room, but perfect if you pretend like you’re on your honeymoon ;) It is a bit of a walk to the surf, but pretty along the way.

Perfect!

Room was so cute, and had some unexpected pool/water extras. We had everything we needed. Room was perfect for 2 people. Location was awesome, loved the walking path. Close by for a morning walk to get a Chi Tea.

The owners have done an amazing job with this property. There was every amenity you could think of in this unit. We flew down and we’re so thankful to find chairs and an umbrella for the beach! So many beautiful touches everywhere! We will definitely stay here again.

Nostalgia

Classic 50’s/60’s style. Have stayed here before in the same unit and will stay again. Tropic Terrace #5 is perfect for 2 people, clean and quiet with nice landscaping, saltwater pool and right on the beach.

Very relaxing

Tropic Terrace #5 was more than we anticipated. They thought of everything right down to travel cups so we could enjoy our morning coffee walking on the beach! Brought back memories of childhood. We will definitely return!

Closest room to pool

Room was clean. The people working the building are always doing things and friendly. Pool was quiet. Pool could be a little cooler for 90 degree days. Room is cute a little cluttered. It is small but everything you need is there. Bed is firm and pillows were a bit too hard. I would suggest with four pillows that maybe two could be softer.

Very nice and clean but very small! Everything you might need in unit. Did not like that we were responsible for washing towels. It was fine for our short stay but I will be more cautious when reading square footage. Cute, tiny place

So this was our 2nd time within 6 weeks of staying at this location but different rooms. #5 is super cute. There was litter extras that wasn't at out last room. If I was to say any wrong would be its almost too much, meaning they tried really hard to give it a home feel but when your a guest its almost too much stuff in there. We joked around that if we didn't pay attention where we sat stuff it would just blend in. But all and all it was cute, the beach is beautiful, easy access to everything you need.

Nice location

It was a very nice unit and close to the beach and the public walkway. The other people in the complex were all nice and friendly. In fact after the second day decided to rent a second unit in the complex for two of our Florida friends to come for a night at the end of the week and visit. There were a couple of minor things. The main ceiling light for the unit was broken and when I told the on-site rep for the rental company I was told that the unit owner already knew about it but hadn't repaired it yet. Also the owners of the complex had picked that week to have painting done, so for the last four days of our stay we got to smell paint, and two of those days we had restricted access to our unit for several hours as they primed, and then the next day, painted our door. Another afternoon they did trim so the chairs that we could sit in and relax were all pulled away from our unit for several hours. If the rental company had notified us of this planned work we would have booked for another week. It was a great place overall and we will definitely return, but we'll be sure to check to see if there is any major work scheduled!

25th Anniversary

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was small, clean, and quiet! Room was smaller than I thought it would be but it had everything we needed and then some and it so cool and clean! We did have to take the trolly or island hopper to do just about anything. All in all it was a wonderful get a way with my husband!

I invited my sister for her birthday, she stayed in another unit. My room was amazing, so cozy and welcoming. I would highly recommend it. Thank you so much for the all the extras.
