This beautiful, remodeled, and pet-friendly, home offers everything to make your Mountain vacation the best yet! Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. In the Village, walk to shops, dining, coffee and more and in the Summer there is a packed schedule of fun Summer festivals for all. This 4 bedroom and 3 bath property features a beautiful modern design split over 2 levels. Granite counters, stainless steel top of the line appliances, hard wood floors, FAU heating and propane fireplace offer a cozy but upgraded experience. The kitchen is fully stocked so you have everything you need to prepare family meals, and enjoy the dining area which seats 8. Get cozy in the living room on the comfortable sectional and enjoy the gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Upstairs the first bedroom features a Queen bed with access to a shared hall bathroom with beautiful walk in shower. On the lower level are the remaining three bedrooms and 2 upgraded bathrooms with beautiful stone work and walk-in showers. The master bedroom features a King bed with large flatscreen TV and private en-suite bathroom with enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen while the third bedroom has bunk beds with Queen over Queen offering sleeping for 4 and access to the shared hall bath. This home offers a private / washer dryer to provide all the comforts of home. On the upper level a private balcony with BBQ allows to enjoy grilling! This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people is non-smoking and one pet is permitted upon approval. The Mammoth Estates community offers an outdoor pool (Summer only), a year-round hot tub and an amazing recreation room with pool table and ping pong perfect for the kiddos! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes, parking is outdoors and is unassigned. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Roomy but not too clean

Run down , not too clean , master room smelled like something died by the closet, sofas had stains on them and need replacing , living was too dark and needs more lighting . For the price I paid I’m sad to say I was disappointed.

Great Family Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was great and equipped with everything we needed as a couple of families traveling with smaller children. The walk to the village was very easy and there is a shuttle stop at the end of the road. Our only complaint was that there wasn't any pillow cases for the extra pillows.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had a great location. Easy walk to the village. Up a bit of a hill coming back from the village which is tough with ski gear. The unit is a bit tattered. The kitchen cabinets are worn and the oven didn't close. The vacuum was terrible. Water heater very small for unit. Layout was great and management was very accommodating with a pack-n-play and early check-in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We almost always stay at Mammoth Estates. The location is great being walking distance to the Village. The unit was clean and had everything you might need. We cooked a few nights and used their kitchen supplies. we boiled some water in a pot and little bits were coming off the pot from it being so old and low quality. otherwise, everything we needed in the kitchen was functional. I loved the large bottles of soap and other basic toiletries. I always hate those little bars of soap, so it was really night to have a pump hand soap in the bathrooms. It took us a few days to finally figure out the thermostat. We would lower the temperature and the thermostat would automatically increase the temp after a while. therefore we really didn't sleep well because we were all so incredibly hot the first 2 nights even with all the windows open. It would be helpful to have directions on how to keep the temp from changing on its own. on our last night (Friday) the people in the unit next to us were very loud until about midnight (we had kids going to sleep early and dogs that would bark every time they yelled- sounded like they had a bunch of people over and were playing drinking games). Then other people in the area had dance music going on until at least 3am. this has nothing to do with the unit itself, but bring a noise machine and/or earplugs if these things could bother you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was amazing. The condo was as described and was perfect for 4 couples. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything, even had a crockpot. Living area was great for us to hangout and dining table sat 8. Beds were comfortable and every couple had at least a queen bed. Parking was easy and once we arrived we never drove again. We walked everywhere. Highly recommend this unit and the great staff at Mammoth Reservations

The unit needs some work

The location of the unit is fantastic. It’s very close to Mammoth Village, lots of restaurants, and the Gondola, so that was great. The overall condition of the unit is okay, but it’s really worn out and desperately needs an update…with the exception being the beds, which we all agreed we’re really comfortable. The big issue with the unit is the lack of cleanliness. There were places that hadn’t been dusted in a long time, a number of the pots and pans were dirty, some of the cups in the cupboards were so dirty that they stuck to the shelves, and one of the bathrooms had a soiled toilet brush. Definitely not the sort of thing you we expected….especially at the cost per night. Our group really liked the location, but were disappointed with how dirty things were and the overall condition.

Reviewer Comments: Wifi didn't work.Gas fireplace didn't work.Poorly illuminated kitchen and common areas.Overall, poorly cleaned, very worn conditions, scary carpets.No extra linens.The dullest knives ever, probably twenty in total in various drawers but not one sharp one.Randomly equipped kitchen, dirty pans in the cupboard.Great location close to the village.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit, comfortable, clean. Couple of issues: 114 was being remodeled this week, so noise level was high during day time. Power went out in the kitchen one AM (learned this was due to the ice maker overworking; maintenance responder told us this). How the lights worked took some learning. No water coming out of the lower master bedrm. bath, 1st sink. Main TV upstairs was great, but one in lower master bedrm. had no cable/was select streaming only. Loved the bidets! Pool and jacuzzi were functional, mostly clean and good temps. Would stay here again for a large group!

Not worth the price

However this was our first time staying at Mammoth Estates. We had 10 people so finding the right accommodations is not that easy with a pet.I can only give #115 two stars.Had a whole house fan but didn’t really work, no ceiling fans, window screens missing. So to say the place was stuffy and super hot inside. The area rugs were very dirty. Our kids feet were super dirty after walking and playing on them. The second day that we were there we went out fishing and when we got back there were workers scraping the trim outside our door, taping the lock getting ready to paint it. They had even gone inside because the weather stripping was laying on the inside stairs of our condo.On a good note when I called Mammoth reservations they were very prompt in stopping the painters on our unit. They brought us a couple of box fans(just moved the hot air around). We had a toilet not working and fixed right away. The owners really need to replace the tattered and dirty rugs and put in ceiling fans if they expect upward of $500 dollars a night.

Beware of Sewer Odor Hazard!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed here the week before the new year. The location is excellent walking distance to The Village and the unit updated modernly. However, there was sewer odor coming from the vents throughout our entire stay which caused nausea and distress for us. I called the management who said they were sending a plumber to work on it. I complained multiple times to no avail. Unfortunately, because of the holiday week there were no other options for a family of our size to move. We tried turning off the heat and covering the vents but this only muted the disgusting odor and left us very cold. We had fun snow activities during the day, which gave us a reprieve, but the evenings and early mornings were unpleasant and sickening in this unit. I'm nauseous just thinking about it!. Beware of this problem as I doubt it's new. Shame on the management for renting this unit with a potential health hazard.

1st time visiting Mammoth

That was very important. the condo is very nice, plenty space and the location is walking distance to many places. Mammoth is beautiful in the summer, I live in Hawaii and am not a fan of snow! Perfect location.

This place was honestly great. It had everything you could possibly need. Fully stocked kitchen, Perfect location. Only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because the bedding at least in the master bedroom is really old, but more than anything it was the the forced heat that comes on at night that we had no control over. We went in the middle of summer time and it would get super hot at night. There is no AC in the house which we didn’t know and we were miserable at night and barely slept because of the FORCED HEAT. We called the office and they said they would come out and adjust it which I guess they did when we were gone but it was still the same. We had the worst sleep during our entire stay. Maybe if we went during the winter time we wouldn’t have any complaints.

Decent condo but not great , wouldn’t stay there again.

Condo has been updated but the water pressure is really bad and most of the plumbing in the bathrooms had issues from loose faucets to toilets that didn’t flush well. Fan in small downstairs bathroom didn’t work. King size bed feels like you are sleeping in a futon-it’s a low futon type bed-awful! All rooms need black out shades, super bright in the morning and for mid day nappers. The condo has a funky lighting system and lights flicker on and off which is not conducive to kids trying to get to sleep. Sofa in main area is big but low quality, no support. Not great on the back and neck after a long day of skiing. Kitchen had no dish towels, no dishwashing detergent. Couldn’t access Netflix and had to wait 2 days for management to come get the DVD player to work. Overall , not a condo that we would want to come back to for the price we could get something much nicer.

Beautiful condo

Lovely condo in a lovely area. A few minor issues: the grill on the deck was not at all clean nor ready to use, also the office staff did not seem very helpful or friendly about getting change/quarters for the washing machines (only way to do clothes, no washer or dryer available in unit.)
