Extended stay spent at the perfect home away from home

Since Ontario went into full lock down due to Covid and high schools went fully online, we decided to relocate to Florida to allow our Grade 12 son the opportunity to take the SAT and prepare early for his summer baseball scouting tour that was already slated for this summer in the United States. I can easily say that 15301 Torino Lane is an oasis and a perfect home away from home. The home is spacious and comfortable with all of the most modern amenities. We loved the screened in lanai with our own private pool. The beds and all of the furniture, both in the house and on the lanai, are comfortable and inviting. The small gated community is perfect for daily walks. We also enjoyed using the gym located in the same complex as the community pool. We felt safe and welcome during our stay. On daily morning and evening walks, I often saw the same neighbours out and about that were always so friendly. The location of the house and the community is perfect. It is conveniently located to nearby shopping and restaurants and is only a 15 minute drive to Ft. Myers Beach, which we visited on many occasions. One of our favourite adventures was at Lover's Key State Park where we rented kayaks and paddled through estuaries. Dolphins swam next to us and we were also able to sit quitely and watch manatees (and even two baby manatees) near the mangroves (one even curiously came up to my kayak and nudged it with it's snout). Overall, it was just so nice to have such a comfortable, clean and inviting space during our extended visit, while having easy access to activities, shopping and dining. I would be remiss if I didn't say how accessible and helpful iTrip was during our stay. While we only had to reach out to iTrip a couple of times about small easy to remedy issues, they were always quick to respond to a text and would promptly send a maintenance person to the house to address whatever issue we had. I would highly recommend staying at 15301 Torino Lane. It will meet your every expectation and more.
