Capacity: 4 adults. Max capacity 6 persons. New building, three floors with only 6 houses and elevator. At 50 m. from the beach and the marina. Located in the center, 50 m. from supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment venues and shopping area. 3 terraces, two of them with sea and mountain views. Ideal for families and friends. Impeccable.

The space
The apartment is 50 meters from the main beach in L'Ampolla and very close to the other two beaches in Moraira, Platgetes and El Portet, which you can access on foot.
The apartment is a Duplex Penthouse that is distributed on two floors:
Main floor:
Large master bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. Very comfortable bed, running away from the typical rent. Sleeping well is important. It has large built-in wardrobes to store all your clothes comfortably.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds and terrace with sea views, equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the sea views from your room. It has a large built-in wardrobe.
All beds are comfortable, avoiding the typical rental. We believe that sleeping well is important. All rooms are very light and spacious.
The two bathrooms on this floor are equipped with every comfort, including a hairdryer. One bathroom has a shower and another bathtub.

The dining room is very practical due to its proximity to the kitchen. It is an ideal place to work if you need it.
