Fun Getaway

My husband & I along with his sister & her husband stayed here. It was perfect. We always look for two king beds & two bathrooms. It was located in a quiet neighborhood not far off Main Street. It was everything we expected & more. We will definitely stay here again.

Great spot

Really enjoyed our stay! We visit family in Fredericksburg frequently so use lots of short term rentals. This was the best location and home so far. Very clean, nice sized living area and bedrooms. Very responsive owners. Would definitely stay again.

Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed the place. House was beautiful and very clean. Bed was very comfortable! We wanted a quick getaway weekend and booked this last minute and everything went very smoothly. Loved the backyard and how quiet the neighborhood was. Will come back with a small group in the future.

Exactly as advertised

The property was exactly what I expected based on the pictures and written description. My sisters and I were very comfortable there. I wish it was a little closer to downtown because it’s really too far to walk. All in alll, it was great.

Siblings Getaway

Since we all live a great distance from each other, every year we meet for a few days, just to enjoy being together....not related to a wedding or funeral. Our visit to Fredericksberg was very enjoyable, especially to be able to relax in your beautiful home. The home was very clean & neat & the beds were very comfortable, all of our needs were met. Thank you for a lovely visit.

The White House

Great house. Very clean; comfortable beds and nice towels. A couch and loveseat that are easy to get out of and don't sink down! Quiet neighborhood. One problem: front door lock is very difficult to operate. I used the back door instead.

Holiday get together

Felt like we were home when we walked thru the door. Nice open family and dining allow for everyone to participate in activities or be included if just sitting one out. Comfortable furnishings and Aplus bedding. The kitchen allowed for many cooks in the kitchen at once and the dishes pot pans and utensils allowed us to enjoy making several meals together. Little touches like holiday decoration, games and books were an added plus. The fire pit and wood out back and the lap blankets provided a great opportunity to bond over toasting marshmallows and hot dogs. The washer and dryer allowed us pack lighter and even return home with clean belongings. A stress free gathering with adult children and our first but not last vrbo experience.

Charming, Great location

We use VRBO a lot. Hawaii to the Florida Keys. This property ranks in the top 5 percent of all the great property's we have stayed at. My wife and I were there over the Christmas holidays and everything exceeded our expectations. Owners decorated both interior and exterior in Holiday themes, including throw pillows and comforters. Very clean and updated. Fireplace was used extensively. Loved the location, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. Will book again soon!!

Awesome Experience

The White House is very nice and cozy. I really loved the decorations and all the extra amenities. The bed was warm and comfortable. Loved having a makeup mirror, cosmetic wipes, extra soaps and toiletries, and extra towels. Only thing missing in the bathroom was tissues. Also, the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Was very clean. Also liked the location; close enough to downtown shopping and restaurants. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Thanksgiving for five!

House was very clean, and comfortable for five adults. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving a full Thanksgiving dinner. The firepit in the large back yard was enjoyable. About a 15 minute neighborhood walk to Main Street.

Cute house a few minutes from the action

The house was very clean and nice. Very well stocked house/kitchen for larger group. Really enjoyed the thoughtful cake for our anniversery. Starter sticks/firewood was available at nearby HEB so we enjoyed the fireplace each cold evening. Five-star experience..but seriously, that lock on the front door is annoying. Thank you for hosting us.

Great place to stay in Freddy

Great place to stay away from the downtown traffic on a holiday weekend. We enjoyed seeing the deer and sitting on the porch swing on the back patio. Will stay again on our frequent trips to Freddy.

Great place to stay in Fredericksburg

We stayed here for a birthday trip and loved it! The location was excellent, and the house itself was cute & cozy. We really enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit in the back yard. The only minor inconvenience was having to get the house key from the downtown office, even though there's a keypad on the front door, but overall that was not a big deal at all.

Superb Accommodations

We are two couples in our 70's that have traveled together for 40+ years. This was one of our most enjoyable trips. The house suited us perfectly. The king beds were wonderful. I love an abundance of pillows to sleep with and I had plenty! I believe I slept better there than I do at home. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The movie selections were terrific so we could sightsee, relax or nap as we desired. I wouldn't change a thing.

Pricey…but great!

Overall it was a great place to stay. My daughter and her friends loved it and there was plenty of room inside. The backyard was a bit muddy and unkept, possibly some fire ant piles around (so watch your step) the fire pit area but still, overall, it was nice. Loved the birds out back in the morning. A cup of coffee on the back porch swing was very relaxing. They had a little birthday cake in the fridge when we got there and that was a fantastic and thoughtful touch…very appreciated. We would go back to this property.

Fredericksburg at its best

Three couples spent a fun weekend in Fredericksburg. The house was ideally suited for us. Plenty of room in the house for everyone. The weather was great, so we took advantage of the outdoor space. Just minutes from the shopping and chaos of Main St. And more importantly, just a few minutes away from the chaos of Main St. We were all pleased!

New years vacation

My husband, two sons and their wives stayed for the new year weekend. It was very comfortable with plenty of parking. The house was decorated adorably for Christmas! The backyard was large. The men loved the fire pit.

Burbank House

Wonderful!!! Very cozy with extra touches of Christmas decor. Very close to everything in town. Linda was very helpful and always available when we needed her. Beautiful house; we loved it! We appreciate that there were essential bathrooom and kitchen supplies provided. Extra snacks and drinks in the refrigerator were a welcome suprise. Spacious yard and beautiful patio. Overall home away from home. Thank you so much!
