Merveilleusement situé à seulement dix minutes à pied du centre-ville de Cortona. De cette propriété, vous aurez l'une des plus belles vues sur la ville, la vallée et le lac Trasimène.
Il s'agit d'un appartement au premier étage d'une villa, le propriétaire habite à l'étage.
L'espace intérieur, il est divisé en: un salon avec 2 canapés, télévision et table à manger, une belle nouvelle cuisine haute technologie, 2 chambres avec lits doubles, 1 salle de bain récemment restaurée avec baignoire d'angle.
L'espace extérieur a un portique avec mobilier de jardin, table à manger.


La propriété est située dans l'une des villes balnéaires les plus populaires d'Italie, en Toscane, Cortona, connue pour son histoire, sa structure sociale depuis l'époque des Étrusques jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit transformée en communauté libre de l'époque médiévale, et connue également sous le nom de la maison de nombreux hommes illustres, parmi lesquels Luca Signorelli, frère Elia Coppi, Pietro Berettini, Gino Severini. Dernièrement, un film basé sur un livre de Frances Mayes «Sous le soleil de Toscane» avec Diane Lane a été tourné à Cortona et dans la villa Bramasole.

Gîte agréable

Gite bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire. On apprécie surtout la vue magnifique sur la Toscane et le lac Trasimène depuis la terrasse. Les chambres et le salon sont équipés de ventilateurs de plafond, agréables en cas de températures élevées. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, et discrets.

All I can say is the apartment was exactly as we expected. Ten min. walk to the town and a view for miles - We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience Cortona. Rebecca even met us at the train station because we were unsure as to their exact location - Wonderful!

Fra første dag føltes det som vores hjem.Vi ankommer en varm sommerdag, og bliver mødt af vores skønne værter. vi bliver vist rundt i hele lejligheden og får vist alle rum. 2 dejlige soveværelser, et lækkert køkken med masser af redskaber, stor stue med et stort tv, og det bedste, en skøn og stor terrasse med den dejligste udsigt <3 <3 på bagtrappen er der vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Der ud over ligger byen 10 min gang derfra. Super skønt, vi ville gerne kommen igen <3

Wonderful Views of Tuscan Countryside

Great place to stay to explore Cortona and the rest of Tuscany. Terrace is wonderful place to relax with wine and unwind after a day driving the country roads. It is a 15 minute walk straight uphill to the lovely main piazza in Cortona. There were some initial problems with the hot water and the gas was turned off to the stove but Roberto fixed that when we told him about it.

Beautifully situated and appointed property.

This property is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is very comfortable. The lovely terrace was our favourite place to sit at any time of day. We loved being able to walk into the charming and historic town of Cortona where there are many restaurants as well as places to sit outside, people watch and enjoy a coffee or spritz. The atmosphere in Cortona is so friendly for any age group. Italy doesn't seem to have the same generational divide that we do in Britain. We loved watching people of all ages dance together in the piazza while a live band played. Be aware, steep walk into and around Cortona, but worth it. Easy driving access to Sienna and Arezzo. We particularly liked he main piazza in Arezzo.

Perfectly comfortable property --fantastic views and amenities an easy walk to the heart of the

Lovely living space with easy walk to Cortona, a charming Tuscan walled town with vibrant charm, superb restaurants and pleasant hosts. Cortona is a greatly base from which to explore towns like Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, and the wine country to the west. The beauty of the region made it a place to simply hang out and enjoy the view of the valley below and lake to the south. Rebecca and Roberto Ghezzi were very gracious and helpful; the original artwork of Pat Moss (Rebecca's mother) added to the charm of the comfortable and well appointed furnishings. We couldn't have chosen better for our first trip to the heart of Italy.

Perfect Getaway

What a fantastic place. Roberto and Rebecca are the perfect hosts. The location for exploring the region is great. The apartment has a wonderful kitchen, spacious living quarters and almost panoramic views. We were a family of three and had plenty of room. This is one of our very favorite places to stay when traveling. We'll be back.

A dream in Tuscany

Wow, were we impressed???? You always wonder when you book through VRBO, but this apartment was everything, and more, than what we expected. My wife and I spent a full week at "Belvedere". It was incredible in location, size, setting, and furnishings! We had arrived from Florence in a rental car and explored many hill-top towns in Tuscany throughout the week. Roberto and Rebecca were very helpful when needed, but we felt like we had our own home (even made friends with Cookie, the cat). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked and functional, the bathroom very modern and nice tub, and we could have stayed an entire month (or more). We usually walked into Cortona as it was closer to walk than to drive and park in the central parking lot. Day trips included Siena, Pienza, and a drive around a large lake to the southeast. I can't wait to return to Belvedere for at least another week (hear "month".....). I would recommend this apartment to all of my friends and relatives.

TWO WONDERFUL WEEKS AT PAT'S HOUSE

My cousin and I stayed at Pat's house for 2 weeks in June. It was the perfect apartment. Only a 10 minute walk to town. We shopped at all the local shops, the restaurants are all wonderful. We also bought fresh past and sauce and prepared our dinner at home. The apartment had everything we needed and sitting on the patio with a constant cool breeze, drinking wine, cheese and bread with a beautiful view in front of us. We highly recommend that you spend time in corton and at Pat's house.

We truly hated to leave

My wife and I just completed spending 6 weeks in heaven. Our stay at Pat house was simply wonderful. The property is as stated. Nice living room-adequate kitchen-2 nice size and very comfortable bedrooms and a nice bathroom. The area that makes this a place you never want to leave is the veranda. The view is to die for and it is where we spent all of our time when we were home. Coffe in the morning-cocktails and dinner in the evening. Just can not beat it. Do not hesitate to rent out Pat house. It is better than advertised. Oh and by the way the owners-Roberto and Rebecca live right above so if you need anything they are right there. Oh and just as a bonus they are super folks

A magical getaway

Cortona and the apartment were the perfect antidote to our ambitious type-A travel craziness. A day off to see Rome. A day off to see Florence. Another for Sienna. Thankfully, we eventually gave in to the seductive call of the beautiful and comfortable apartment and spent some time sipping wine and nibbling cheese on that epic balcony overlooking the Tuscan countryside. What a phenomenal spot. The walk into Cortona for fresh bread in the morning. Albino, our eccentric cabbie. The outstanding wine dinner with our hosts, Roberto and Rebecca, who made our trip a visit with friends. Truly a trip of a lifetime. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the apartment to others because I want it available when we come back!

Toscany perfection!

Our stay at Pat House was everything we hoped for & more! The house was lovely, comfortable, clean & looked exactly as pictured in the photos. The hosts (Roberto & Rebecca) were delightful: generous, friendly, relaxed, gracious. The scenery was stunning! And the house was just far enough from town to justify our gelato habit! We never ran out of interesting places to explore during our wonderful week in Cortona!

Amazing experience at Cortona

We had really a chance to rent this Villa because the owner gave us some good opportunities for wine tasting and met some nice people from Cortona, specially the family Molinesi at the Enoteca. The Villa was so charming,quiet and the view from the nice terrasse (patio) and the garden were amazing. We appreciated the little garden of wild herbs for the "cucina" and their cat "Phyllo" with their nice "miow, miow". we felt really like home there. We will recommend for sure this place. Perfect Tuscany Rental

When you're sitting on the covered porch of Pat House, sipping on a glass of Chianti Classico while looking out on an airplane view of Tuscany, you'll realize you've chosen an ideal place to serve as your base for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. Roberto and Rebecca are great hosts and the apartment is very clean and well stocked. We found we had everything we needed for cooking on nights we just wanted to sit out and enjoy the view. We are experienced travelers and the week we spent there exceeded our expectation. We'd definately hope to return to Pat House in the future. If you stay there, don't miss a meal at Bucaccia in Cortona. We didn't have a better meal at any other resteraunt in Tuscany, Umbria or Rome. The dining area had real Tuscan charm plus the owner was a character and made us feel like family. Side note - if you are planning to explore Tuscany and Umbria by car definitely arrange for a GPS - it's worth every penny! Enjoy your stay.

Girlfriends' Getaway

We were a party of 4 who recently stayed at the PAT house. What a delightful experience! Roberto and his wife, Becky, were wonderful hosts, and were of invaluable help with information regarding trains, taxis and restaurant recommendations. The apartment lived up to the VRBO photos. Such fabulous views!! . We were very comfortable.The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We ate in several nights and had everything we needed. The town of Cortona is a 10 minute walk up the hill. It is charming. We loved shopping in the local shops, and the local museum was fascinating. We would highly recommend this listing to friends and relatives. Bucaccia is a fabulous restaurant!

When we arrived at the Pat House we were amazed at the beauty of the setting and the warm greeting we received from the owners. It was all we had hoped for and more. Our expectations were met and exceeded in all ways. The photos that we had seen on VRBO were accurate and the property was in A1 shape! I would recommend this property to anyone who wanted to spend time in Tuscany. This was Tuscany at it's best! This was the Tuscany of Frances Mayes' and more. We could not have asked for better landlords than we had.

Lovely apartment

We stayed at this apartment for 3 days and wish we had stayed a week. It is clean, comfortable, and has outstanding views. Far enough from town to be peaceful, yet close enough (10-15 min walk) to go out to dinner, shop, or just wander the streets of this beautiful town. The owners live upstairs and are very friendly and accommodating.
