Large house with great outdoor space

My wife and I stayed in this property as a quick getaway from the cold. The home is large, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space including the pool and hot tub was wonderful (once we figured out how to run the heater - We recommend calling the property manager when you arrive to make sure it is set correctly). Make sure to read the check-in guide as there are various things that may lead to extra charges (not cleaning the grill, moving furniture, etc). Note that you will be charged for electric used during your stay as well. There were a few things “under repair” in the master bedroom including the door to the en-suite bathroom and blinds. Also, one of the other bedrooms did not have blinds at all. Overall, the home was a great place to spend the week relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Relaxing fun stay.

Enjoyed the beautiful open floor plan and caged lani. Plenty of entertaining. We saw dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife in the canal

Nice stay, but…

The Sea Pearl house offered us (4 adults) a nice stay. The location to Sanibel Island, Marco Island and so many other adventures was ideal. The house was very clean. But, there were some drawbacks to the house. The online pictures made it look like the house has a boat dock- but it doesn’t. The digital thermostats were a nightmare to configure/reset. The summer heat required the house to stay cool and it was challenging to get the air to come on. The back two bedrooms NEVER cooled off so two of us were hot as hell at night! The living room ceiling fan NEVER worked which would have been nice to have in 90+ temps. The pool and spa were clean- but the lights in the pool NEVER worked and nighttime swimming was scary! We wished they had been able to fix this issue but it didn’t happen. Huge fail! Closets needed more hangers. The bathroom towels were old and not up to the caliber of the house. Careful booking this house in the summer heat because we got charged an additional $115 for energy consumption! Overall, really nice house but there were obvious issues that were disappointing- especially the pool lighting!

Beautiful home. Checking in and out was easy. Wischis-Florida staff was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Beautiful home. Wonderful stay.

This home was every bit as beautiful in person as it was in its listing. We had a wonderful week-long stay. We would absolutely stay in this house again. We had two small complaints - one was that, due to COVID, they are only providing sheets on the bed. When I called and asked for blankets, they brought throw size and twin blankets. But, the beds were all queen and king. They said they are no longer providing larger blankets for rentals, because they are too hard to wash between guests. So, yay for cleanliness, but boo for no bed linens... The very front bedroom also had no screen on the window, so there was no source of air for that room at night, with the bedroom door closed. We were there in November, and the temps were in the 70s the whole time. We didn't need the air or heat, but access to fresh air would have been wonderful. The only other tip I would leave for renters is that it took us half the week to figure out the pool computer. During that time, the pool was freezing, and no one would go in it. We finally discovered that the heat was set to run only between noon and 10pm. With temps in the 40s and 50s at night, the water never heated up that way. In fact, it seemed to get colder each day. We reset it to heat to a higher temp, and run most of the day, and it was great after that.

Enjoyed this rental so much! Lights went out a couple of times during our stay but weren’t gone for long. Very relaxing and beautiful home!

Superb value

House was nicer than the photos. Beautiful pool area, nice furnishings. Excellent value for price. The hot tub didn’t get very hot and the AC struggled, but the weather was really hot and humid so that may have contributed. Very satisfied overall.
