Villa Edgewater is situated in the popular south west of Cape Coral in a very quiet neighbourhood, not far from the Spreader Canal. Within a few driving minutes you reach Cape Coral Pkwy West, where you find a Publix and restaurants such as the well known Lobster Lady Seafood Market.

The south facing pool measures 15x28' and has been designed by the owners themselves. In the chillier winter months you can heat the pool electrically. The separate jacuzzi is the heart of the pool and has a 360 degree overflow system - the perfect place to enjoy a cool drink.

Enjoy Florida Sunshine on one of the comfortable sun loungers. Thanks to an old palm garden right outside of the cage, you can do so totally private and without having to fear snoopy neighbors.

A gas BBQ on the Lanai for your perfect, juicy US Steak or even a fresh caught fish from the canal is ready for you. The comfortable lounge invites you to just stay and relax, maybe read a book or just watch over the palms and the glittering water of the canal.

A very modern, yet cozy living area was furnished in a very appealing color scheme and offers a comfy couch as well as two chairs. Of course a highspeed WLAN as well as NETFLIX is available for free.

A generous, open and modern kitchen offers everything you could possibly wish for in a holiday home. Even a juice squeezer, a blender, a popcorn machine for funny TV Evenings, vegetable and pasta cutter, and a kettle.

Right next to the Foyer you find a small den, in case you have to do some work during your holiday.

The masterbedroom with Kingsize-bed has a direct access to the pool area as well as to the master bathroom which offers a spacious walk-in shower, a bath tub and a WC. Also the Junior-bedroom has a direct access to the pool area. It is equipped with a kingsize-bed. The bathroom offers access to the pool area and offers a shower and a toilet. The third and fourth bedroom also offer a kingsize bed and share a shower/WC.

Enjoy a cool drink on the spacious dock right next to the canal, and watch the fish play in the water or the spectacular sunsets of Cape Coral.

There is a boat lift available at Villa Edgewater - we recommend that you rent a boat for a few days and visit the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat. There are a thousands of shells ready to be collected and you reach beaches which you will never find by car. Absolutely recommendable!
