Welcome to your peaceful mountain retreat in the highly desired Snowcreek V community in Mammoth Lakes. This beautifully upgraded 2-bedroom, 2-bath-condo-Sleeps 6- offers comfort, convenience, and charmâjust minutes from hiking trails, town, ski slopes, and the stunning Lakes Basin.

This corner, ground-level unit features two private bedroom suitesâeach with an attached bathroomâseparated by an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the guest room includes two full-size bedsâideal for families or friends traveling together. Cozy bedding, feather duvets, and soft linens make every night restful.

We welcome well-behaved dogs. A private patio opens onto a large grassy common areaâperfect for morning fetch or relaxing in the sun. There are no stairsâyou can park right in front and walk straight in. Fur babies welcome-A non-refundable $165 pet fee is required at booking.

Eventually, we were lucky enough to purchase our place here, and itâs been a dream come true.
We love to travel and explore different places, but Mammoth has always been one of our absolute favorites. Whether itâs skiing in the winter, hiking the beautiful trails in the summer, or casting a line in one of the local lakes, we never get tired of this mountain town.
One of my greatest joys is being able to share our little paradise with others. Itâs incredibly meaningful to know that other families and friends can create their own special memories hereâjust like we did over the years.
