Il existe différents métiers nautiques pour une personne, ou vous pouvez louer une planche à pagaie ou un kayak pour la semaine et lancer directement de votre jardin! En soirée, faites des grillades sur la terrasse ou rassemblez-vous dans la salle familiale pour choisir parmi une vaste sélection de jeux de société et de puzzles. Vous serez également idéalement situé par rapport aux favoris locaux comme la magnifique plage de West Dennis, le Three Fins Coffee Shop, le West Village Pasta and Cheese Shop et l'incroyable restaurant Ocean House, qui propose sans doute les meilleurs cocktails du Cap! Fantastic stay at this Cape Cod home.

We had a fantastic stay at this Cape Cod home! The expansive water views from the bedrooms were a highlight, and enjoying our morning coffee on the back patio while the kids and our dog played in the yard was a perfect start to each day. The house was well-equipped with A/C units, WiFi, and provided sheets and towels—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The layout of the house is designed to accommodate larger groups, which worked out well for us. The décor has a cozy and nostalgic charm that we enjoyed. The grill could benefit from an update, but it worked well enough for some great BBQs on the patio. The location is unbeatable! We were close to West Dennis Beach and some great local spots. While we didn’t rent a paddleboard, we appreciated having the option to launch one right from the backyard—such a great feature. Overall, this home provided a wonderful, relaxing getaway for our family and pup. We embraced the home’s character and had an unforgettable time enjoying all that Cape Cod has to offer.

A waterside gem

It’s the second time we’ve enjoyed this lovely spot. The property is peaceful and beautiful with several seating arrangements and outdoor spaces for all. The kitchen is well equipped. And the accommodations are comfortable with ample comfortable beds. Convenient to beaches and bike paths, the sunsets are lovely, and there was even a fabulous fireworks display.

Great location for family vacation

This is our 2nd year renting here and we do love this house and location. Great yard and water access for kids to enjoy right there. Lots of activities and beaches nearby. Great rooms, lots of room and comfy seating. King size beds are a plus. Wi-Fi is good. Kitchen fully equipped for all our needs. Note that the stairs to access the water are not safe so young kids and older family members couldn’t get down. Would not be costly and would be simple fix for this issue. Some basic maintenance issues - great front porch to sit on but all chairs were broken so nowhere to sit. Great cape breeze but the bedroom we used has no screens so unable to open windows. Kids missed the paddle boards this year as they are no longer included. DelMar was very responsive on any complaints and overall would definitely rent here again. It’s a great spot and we had a wonderful family vacation.

An excellent stay!

It is the little things that make a stay enjoyable. This home was amazing! It had a very well stocked kitchen, yard games, and everything we could need for a stressless vacation. It was warm, clean, and spacious. Above all, the management company was so professional with an ease of communication that made our vacation truly amazing. We loved visiting and hope to return!

Outstanding Property

We couldn’t have picked a better place. The bedrooms were great, the views wonderful, the kitchen well appointed, and there were enough separate spaces for people to spread out. An October bonus was that we got to kayak on the pond one day. It was a perfect location for our many day trips.

Great Family Vacation House

It is a fun house to stay in with an extended family. The pond was fun for the little ones and being less than one mile to West Dennis Beach made it convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. It was difficult to eat together in the dining room as only 6 chairs were provided. I would have 4 folding chairs available to prevent the iron chairs being brought into dining room. Eating outside is the best option and the sunsets were spectacular! Overall, the bedroom situation was good. The kingsize beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. Thank goodness for the AC, though! Our week was brutal with the heat and humidity. The downstairs bathroom shower was difficult to manuever so we ended up using the outside shower. The upstairs bathroom could use some locks as doors connect to different bedrooms. The master bathroom upstairs was convenient to parents and kids. EXCELLENT VACATION!

Great location and on water!

Walk to west Dennis beach. Large older home right on the water. Needs a little updating but still comfy. Great for large group. Had wonderful dinners in yard. Kayaking swimming. Really 5 bedrooms as you have to walk through one to get to a bath. Beds very comfortable. AC works well throughout house. Would stay again

Best Cape Cod vacation we’ve ever had!

This house is perfect for a large family with plenty of space, comfort and amenities. The house was very clean and open. Short walk to the beach, beautiful yard with access to the salt water pond - swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. And we were able to bring our dog who also had a great vacation! We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful choice for a family vacation

We just completed a week stay at this wonderful home in West Dennis. The house has everything needed for a family vacation and was spotless and very well maintained. The location is fabulous--very close to wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and so many ice cream places. It is about three blocks from West Dennis beach and a fifteen to twenty minute drive to the Bay Beaches. We ordered a week pass for the car in advance--Thank you Del Mar for the suggestion. We swam in the pond and used the kayaks most days. The path down to the water is a bit steeper than it looks in the photos but we were able to navigate it fairly easily. There are several lovely locations to sit and watch the birds and the absolutely gorgeous sunsets. There are so many bedrooms but we only used half of them. We were particularly happy that we could bring our dogs who enjoyed the large grassy back yard and splashing in the pond. It was a delightful week and we hope to return next year.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for a girls weekend. Plenty of room to spread out but also great congregating rooms and space outside to hang together. We loved the paddleboards and kayaks. Every game you can imagine in the game room! I would say the driveway is pretty small/tight although if you really squeeze you can make 4-5 cars work, but that's a stretch. Wish check-in was earlier and check-out was later, seems too quick. Other than that, a great time!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

Fantastic property with plenty of bedrooms and options for sleeping. Gorgeous views over the pond sunsets each night. Great yard for games and dogs. Centrally located great beaches bike to West Dennis Beach and South Village Beach. Great spot for families, game room was used each night, deck out back by pond was used by everyone while kayaking, paddle boarding. True Cape Cod feel owners and management company do a great job - highly recommend.

Lovely Family House

My family has been going to this property for the last two years. We love the salt water pond and all the toys that Shane and Kathie provide. There are kayaks and paddle boards. We also love that it is close to the beach and an easy walk in the morning or evening for a stroll by the water. The hosts are fantastic and answer all questions promptly. The house is large enough that all 14 of us 8 adults and 6 kids have room to be together but also space for our peace an quiet. We love the puzzle and game room and have lovely dinners at the large dining room table. The kids' bunk room sleeps 6 kids and it is fabulous space for the kids to make forts and bond. Thank you so much for providing such a great family property!!! We can't wait to come again next year!
