Luxueuse, 5000 pieds carrés, maison à quatre niveaux, sur une crique en eau profonde! Situé dans un cadre magnifique et privé, avec une allée fermée. À seulement 40 minutes en voiture d'Atlanta, sur Georgia 400. Deux miles de l'autoroute principale.

La maison dispose d'un plafond de 26 pieds avec un mur de verre donnant sur le lac. Luxueuse chambre des maîtres, cuisine gastronomique, planchers de bois franc. Deux tanières, trois grandes terrasses donnant sur le lac, salle de gym entièrement équipée, table de billard, ping-pong, système Sonos au niveau principal et au niveau de la terrasse. Très proche de l'eau. Trois téléviseurs, trois lecteurs DVD, deux cheminées. Câblé pour une connexion Internet haut débit (DSL). Quai privé avec pont de fête, apportez simplement votre bateau (ou louez-le à proximité) et attachez-le. Nagez dans l'eau calme de la crique ou détendez-vous sur la terrasse de la fête et profitez de la vue magnifique. Pêchez l'achigan, le crappie et le poisson-chat depuis le quai. Il y a un accès pratique à la rampe de mise à l'eau publique, au pont Nix et à la marina, Athens Boat Club, pour faire le plein de votre bateau.

À seulement cinq kilomètres du centre commercial North Georgia Premium, à 10 minutes de la charmante ville historique de Dahlonega et des magnifiques montagnes de Géorgie du Nord. Cinéma, restaurants et caves à seulement quelques minutes. Golf, rafting, randonnée à cheval aux chutes d'Amicalola, sont à proximité. Près des meilleures randonnées pédestres et VTT en Géorgie. Passez un week-end ou une semaine, vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir!

Stay on the lake

I thoroughly enjoyed the house. Everything you need for a family to spread out and relax. One thing to keep in mind is there are only 2 tv's. Depending on the group size, you might want to plan for that on inside days. Great house no complaints noon check out was much appreciated.

Beautiful property for family Christmas

The home was beautiful and there was plenty of space for our family. The location was perfect for our plans. The driveway as stated is very steep, I believe it is a 14% grade. I would not want to have to traverse it if it were to get icy either by car or on foot. There were a few issues, but the property manager responded quickly. We did not expect the issues to be resolved while we were there, but hopefully they were fixed as soon as possible.

Beautiful home right on the lake. Very spacious and comfortable. Right near town with tons of fun things to do and great restaurants. We would definitely recommend.

Great relaxing stay

Property was in great shape and had everything we needed as well as everything that was promised in the listing. Check in and check out was a breeze and the area is beautiful. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Lake Lanier Retreat

Our family (7 adults and an infant) came together for a week stay at the Lake Lanier Retreat. House was well supplied, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. (a few grilling tools would be helpful) We brought a small fishing boat and parking at the top of the hill was difficult. Spots are only deep enough for the trailer, so you have to disconnect from the tow vehicle, and making the swing with a truck and trailer is a challenge. The house is located on a quite cove and the dock was nice to tie up the boat and to swim. (the ladder from the water to the dock could use an upgrade). This is one of those places where you can relax as you are out on the lake but be in town for anything you need in 15 minutes. Lovely home, and we would definitely come again, as this home had a bit of everything from ping pong and pool table to work out equipment. Nothing like a week of family time on the lake but close to everything. (Sherri was quick to reply with any questions and made the checkin and out a breeze)

It has it all!

This beautiful house is equipped with everything needed. The beds were so comfortable, all the common areas fully outfitted for entertaining, and the dock was very enjoyable. A note for those bringing small children or elderly, there are stairs to go ANYWHERE in the house or outside to the lake. Not an issue for many, but might be a consideration for some. Our family loved this place.

Lake Lanier Getaway

We absolutely loved the property and our stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. Large home with everything we needed. Perfect spot on the lake. The hosts were wonderful.

Family friendly

Excellent house for a family to spend a relaxing time together. Sherri the house manager was attentive and helpful. If you bring kayaks with you there is a boat ramp not far away, only took us about 15 minutes to paddle them back to the dock. There is only one regular sized refrigerator and a dorm size mini- fridge on the lower level, plan accordingly.

Great Lake House

This lake house has so much room. It fit our family of 5 with plenty of room to spare. It could sleep a lot more people. It was very clean and well furnished. We did not need anything while we were there. We really enjoyed our time on the lake. I highly recommend this lake house.

Awesome family vacation!

Plenty of room, perfect location at the lake (for boating and swimming) plus super close to all the restaurants and shops that Dawsonville has to offer, and a close drive to Atlanta and beautiful Dahlonega. We had so much fun!!! The weather was perfect, plenty of beds for all of us, and a great layout to the house. A couple of minor "maintenance" issues but the property manager responded quickly. We loved the property!

Nice house on quiet cove

Great place for a weekend getaway with family/friends. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. House is nice and the teens really enjoyed the game room. Dock is a little dated and if you're traveling with little kids or seniors just be aware that the house has lots of stairs. Access to the lake is very close, but steep and uneven footing. Overall, highly recommend.

A Five-Star🌟Retreat on Lake Lanier

Our stay at the Lake Lanier was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived,we were blown away by how clean the house was. The stunning views of Lake Lanier nestled way back in a tranquil cove made for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed morning coffee, lunch & dinner out on the deck. Every detail of the house was thoughtfully curated. It was the perfect balance between luxury and cozy comfort and that made us feel right at home. The fully stocked kitchen made all of our meals a breeze. Lastly, the host, Sherri, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was very prompt with her communication. Overall our stay exceeded all of our expectations and I can’t wait to book again! Thank you, Sherri!!!

Wonderful home.

A beautiful home with a wonderful view, we had all our children, their spouses and our grandchildren together for Thanksgiving. The home is huge and comfortable. If you’re looking for home near many activities in North Ga this is a great spot. We were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful and functional property!

We decided to rent this property to stay with our wedding for a long weekend. It was absolutely perfect for us. The house has a ton of amenities and is well laid out for several adult couples to stay. Great Lake access plenty of parking. The host was very responsive and was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Couldn't Ask For Anything Better

This house was everything I had expected and more. The location was amazing, right on the water and in a very nice neighborhood with nice new roads making it very accessible. Once inside I was very impressed with how large each living space was. Having the bedrooms split amongst the floors made for a very pleasant experience having 6 adults in the house and everyone having plenty of personal space. Also the two huge living areas plus an entirely separate game room with a pool table and ping pong table (each in great condition and fully functional). There was never a shortage of space to enjoy. Even 3 levels of deck overlooking the shaded back area leading out to the dock. All in all this house is a one that I will definitely book again!

Great friends reunion destination

We had a friends reunion with a group of 8 guys and wanted a place both away from it all but also comfortable and with enough activities to keep us busy. This property did not disappoint! We had more than enough beds and bedrooms, multiple living spaces, a highly functional kitchen, a private lakeside dock to hang out on, and we loved the game room with pool, ping pong, and even a gym. We were also a short drive away to breweries and restaurants, a golf course, and boat rentals (highly recommend Paradise Rental Boats at Lake Lanier). We had an amazing stay and Sherri was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process of reserving, checking in, etc.. Highly recommend for your next group getaway!
