LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!!! VUE FANTASTIQUE !!! Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e au cƓur de Surf City, USA, Huntington Beach, CA. Il a une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an et de la jetĂ©e et est Ă  quelques pas de la plage. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est Ă  distance de marche de palme bordĂ©e d'arbres rue principale avec tous ses nombreux restaurants et magasins. Une fois que votre voiture est garĂ©e dans le parking souterrain, vous ne serez pas avoir Ă  se dĂ©placer Ă  moins aventurer Ă  la dĂ©couverte de la Californie du Sud. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e Ă  20 minutes de Disneyland, Knott Berry Farm et Stade Angel (domicile des Angels de Los Angeles) et environ 60 minutes de Universal Studios, San Diego et une foule d'autres attractions majeures. Catalina Island, a votĂ© "l'Ăźle romantique" le plus au monde par Voyage & Loisirs, est Ă  seulement 1 heure en bateau et Ă  15 minutes en hĂ©licoptĂšre.

2 chambres, 1 salle de bain condo a toutes les commodités et est situé au 2Úme étage. L'appareil est accessible à partir du garage par un ascenseur. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen size et le canapé dans la piÚce principale se retire d'un lit. Cuisine complÚte, foyer au gaz, salle à manger, buanderie (avec lave-linge et sÚche-linge). Il y a une télévision à écran plat 55 'dans la piÚce principale et une TV 32 "dans la chambre. Wifi est inclus. Le balcon est parfait pour regarder les vagues et relaxant !! Il y a un grand jacuzzi supplémentaire dans le complexe avec une belle vue sur l'océan et les couchers de soleil.

Huntington Beach est connu mondialement pour son surf, qui accueille l'US Open chaque année. Il y a des courts de volley-ball sur le sable pour ceux qui souhaitent un peu de beach-volley. Le centre a une amicale, atmosphÚre de petite ville avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants. La nouvelle marque Pacific City offre encore plus de boutiques et de restaurants. Tout est facilement accessible à pied.

Huntington Beach est relié aux communautés voisines de Seal Beach et Newport Beach par une piste cyclable continue le long de la plage. Faites un tour à Newport Beach pour voir les surfeurs et boogie au Wedge de renommée mondiale.

The best thing that I can say is that we keep coming back year after year. The condo is clean, comfortable, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The location can't be beat and you couldn't ask for better hosts!

Amazing stay!!

We have stayed at this property in the past and are never disappointed. The unit is beautiful, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Ronda and Rolf are the ultimate hosts with many suggestions of what to do and where to eat in the area. They are always available to answer any questions you may have. You will fall in love with Huntington Beach and want to return regularly as we do!!

Very nice home with great views and unbeatable sunsets!

This was a nice home with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is full of great shopping, quaint restaurants and of course the beaches and pier. The best part is everything is within walking distance! You couldn't ask for a safer building and the parking garage is great (it fit our full size truck easily.) The Rolniki's were lovely hosts and if we ever come back to the area we would definitely stay again. I hope if you are considering a stay in this area you will enjoy it as much as our family!

Elegance and Comfort with Ocean View

Thanks so much for offering guests such an elegant and comfortable oceanfront beach home. Kinda special being steps away from surfers’ paradise with waves gently crashing unto Huntington Beach’s expansive shoreline. What a pleasure it has been to take a daily walk along the surf! I have truly enjoyed this quiet beach town and the laid-back Southern California vibe. Bonus: the condo was equally tranquil. The building must be extremely well-insulated and constructed because there is virtually no noise from the street or neighbors. I felt completely at home in front of the cozy warm fireplace. Everything about the condo was perfect. And thanks to Rolf and Ronda for being so helpful and accommodating. It was clear special attention was paid to the fine details—the timers on the appliances, the door codes, the double security lock—all add to the comfort and easy living environment. And the beds were super comfy and the bedroom dark—excellent for getting a good night’s sleep. Enjoyed the tasteful dĂ©cor with plush living room furniture and a mahogany dining room set—upscale. And the bath was fabulous—a great way to relax and unwind. To top it all off, everything was super clean! I loved staying here, and look forward to coming back. Getting around is easy on bicycle because there are lots of bike lanes and the city is more or less flat. It’s a 15-minute ride to the grocery store up Lake Street. I found no need for a car because the condo is so well-situated near the CVS drugstore, where you can get most necessities. Tuesday evening you can pick up veggies at the Main Street Market. On weekends, local artisans show their work at the pier. While being ideally located within gorgeous Huntington Beach, this ocean-view condo is quiet, classy, and comfortable. Six stars!

Wonderful stay!

I spent one month in this lovely condo and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect 
steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping. The unit is very clean with all the comforts of home. Rolf and Ronda were the perfect hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Condo in Huntington Beach

Excellent condo in Huntington Beach. The owners greeted me at check and and showed me around the place which was much appreciated. They also followed up several times to make sure everything was OK. The condo was very neat and clean and in good working order. Great location. Across the road from beach and in walking distance Main Street and pier for shopping and restuarants. I would stay here again on a return visit.

Huntington Beach January vacation

Wonderful ocean front condo in the best location, short walk to the pier and downtown. We have stayed in Huntington Beach for the past five years and this was by far the best! Our hosts were extremely accommodating and we hope to return next year!

Extraordinary experience !!

This property is simply awesome. The location is fantastic right next to downtown Huntington Beach and the view is wonderful. We walked to town often. Every morning we looked off the balcony to check the surf. Secure parking made everything better for us to come and go even on crowded weekends. The unit was very clean when we checked in and the in-unit laundry is so convenient. Rolf and Ronda were wonderful, very responsive owners throughout our entire two month stay.

The view is wonderful!!!!! Did some beach walking but pretty chilly this visit!

We had everything we needed! Perfect location especially for shopping and eating out most nights!! Our son stayed over two nights to make his Mom happy!! Used the fire place a few times and that was great!!! We would like to rent it for four weeks again next year if you are willing. Mike said he talked to you about that and you will back to us. Thanks so much and we greatly enjoyed our visit!!

Perfect location and great owners

The condo was perfect for what we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Directly across from the beach. The unit was very nice and well appointed. The owners Rolf and Ronda we great. Anything we needed or needed help with, they were very happy to assist us with. We would definately recommed this condo for anyone who is looking for a great little getaway.

Great condo with views of the beach

Nicely furnished, comfortable, second floor condo right across PCH from the beach. Lots of surfers, great people watching, walking trails. Owners are very responsive and kind. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the pier.

Yes, we have owned this property for over 16 years and we still love it! We know you will too! We grew up in the Midwest so when we moved to California, we knew that we wanted a place at the beach with a view of the water. Our family has spent many weekends in Huntington Beach and our children have grown up surfing here. We live about 30 minutes away so we are close in case of emergencies.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this unit when it was brand new and our unit was the model for the complex. We decided on purchasing this unit because of the view. It is hard to beat!! I always feel like I am on vacation when I am in Huntington Beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Walking distance to downtown, across the street from the beach, underground parking and of course the VIEW are the main reasons why we purchased this property.
