Après une rénovation de 7 mois, le Dolphin House Huntington Beach a ouvert ses portes le 1er novembre 2016. Pour faire la visite virtuelle, il suffit de Google "Huntington Beach Dolphin House" et jugez par vous-même. La vitesse de téléchargement de 300 Mo WIFI alimente tous vos appareils et couvre l'ensemble de la propriété. Parking gratuit à côté de la propriété. Nous avons positionné 3 téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat où la famille pouvait se réunir dans la salle Dolphin et regarder Netflix sur l'écran UHD 55 ', ou se disperser pour voir leurs programmes préférés. Les cuisiniers du clan ne manqueront pas dans la cuisine avec un assortiment de casseroles et poêles, plats, verres à vin, cafetière, couverts et de nombreux produits de base déjà stockés. Et si vous préférez, il y a un très bon barbecue à gaz dans la cour arrière. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont neuves et nous avons déjà le détergent. Dans le garage, les enfants trouveront également une table de air hockey et un bel assortiment de vélos. Les adultes peuvent préférer jouer quelques tours sur le green de 3 trous. Le stationnement à la Dolphin House est gratuit et facile. 10 marches derrière le portail arrière est un cul de sac qui est très sûr, il n'y a pas de circulation et est vide la plupart du temps ou vous pouvez également vous garer devant la porte du garage. Je vous invite donc à faire la visite virtuelle de la Dolphin House et faites-moi savoir si vous avez des questions.

Beautiful property, fantastically equipped, lovely place to stay.

Beautifully decorated with all the equipment and more you could want - including 6 bikes, wetsuits, body boards, games and much more. A fantastic family get away. We loved our stay. Highly recommended.

So amazing!

This places was great, easy to book, easy to get into when we landed. It was clean and the air was on when we arrived. Owner actually made sure we made it safely! We’ll stay here again anytime!

We had a wonderful time at the dolphin house and would highly recommend it to anyone heading to Cal

The house is very comfortable and convenient to the beach and nightlife. James has a storage area full of bikes and beach equipment and we immersed ourselves in all of it. I will be back at the dolphin house and I think everyone should stay at this house!!!!

The perfect landing spot

The owner James is extremely responsive and accommodating. The home is clean and well appointed, he has generously provided all the essentials for a great day at the beach including a parking pass! Our group particularly enjoyed the putting green.

Great location, clean and inviting

We traveled to California to visit with family. The Dolphin House was modern, functional and had fun touches, like the golf putting green. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and having enough tvs to let each watch their own program. The owner was attentive and very helpful. His house/area information book was a gem!

Home away from home!

This place had everything and more! We couldnt have been happier with the house and amenities! Close to the beach. Close to stores and restaurants and stores! The house was well maintained and very room. The owners communication with us was quick! Lots of toys in the garage for entertaining!

Perfect getaway home

The Dolphin House surpassed our expectations! There was plenty of room for all of 6 of us and never felt cramped. On top of taking advantage of the putting green in the back, we also used the beach towels and beach chairs provided in the garage for our trip to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants close by, as well as an Albertson's for groceries. All in all, it was the perfect place for our trip!

Beautiful, Fun HB Beachhouse

The property is clean, well put together and accessible. We loved being just down the street from the beach, close to a shopping center and not too far from the freeway to visit other cities on our family vacation! There was plenty of space and everything you could need- fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, bikes and games for entertainment, as well as roku boxes for evening relaxing. There is a precious putting green in the back and a barbecue plus big table for enjoying the beautiful weather. We will definitely be staying here again!

Well appointed, Comfortable Bed, Bright and Clean.

Very nice property. Everything functional and clean. Large master bedroom with comfortable bed. Very bright inside with natural light from several skylights. Two very nice outdoor dining options, one covered and one open air. One large indoor dining table adjacent to kitchen. Ample linens and good hot water supply. Very close to shopping and local restaurants. Short easy drive or moderate 1.8 mile walk to beach.

Conveniently located house

We rented this house on our trip to South California and it was a great experience. House is close to Huntington Beach, and from there we went each day to different beach destinations to explore several of them. House itself is located in quiet neighborhood and has few of its own things to offer - bikes, boogie boards, wetsuits, and air hockey/pool table, complimented by small mini golf! We had a blast entertaining at night after being away from it during a day. Host, James, was very responsive to our requests, I highly recommend it for larger families looking for inexpensive vacation!

Perfect

Me and my family loves everything about house, it spacious, bright with nature light in the morning. Love the back yard and the set up in front so cute where you can enjoy in the morning with the breezy wind in your face. I wish the weather would be a little warmer so we can enjoy more outside. Very Quite neighborhood, easy access. I really appreciate how James checking in to see if everything is good when we arrived. We definitely will be back!!!!

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Close to Beach & Stores

We loved the Dolphin House. To see the virtual tour, just google "Dolphin House Huntington Beach. Great location near the beach, stores and restaurants. Amenities include: 3 flat panel HD Smart TV's with all the movie and sport channels, a putting green, an air hockey table that can turn into a pool table, 6 bikes, boogie boards, wet suits, ice chest, modern washer and dryer, WIFI at 150 upload and download, key coded door locks and the parking is close just behind the rear gate. The house is very clean and the owner texted to make certain that we arrived safely and asked if we needed anything. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, pots and pans and we will definitely be back.

Surfing vacation with sons

My two teenage sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin House. The house was a very short distance to the grocery store and several restaurants and only a short drive to the beach. All necessary amenities were supplied and the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. There are two separate "living room" areas, which is great if two parties want to watch different things on TV. The garage was also stocked with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. James even allowed my son to use one of the surf boards, which worked out very well for us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Huntington Beach area.

5 Star Accommodation at a 3 star price.Fantastic!!

Cozy and classy beach decor. The master bath and bedroom are incredible. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and I have the same $800 bathroom faucet fixtures in my house. The property and house were extremely clean ( and I am a clean fanatic). In the garage we found bikes and all the beach gear we could ever need. Towels, beach chairs, wet suits, boogie boards, surf board, and coolers. No need to pack and bring beach things.James was a delightful host and willing to do anything to make our stay the absolute best. We will definitely be back!!!!! Thank you James.

Dolphin House

House was just as described in listing. Super cool beach vibe and perfect place to hang out by the beach. Fully stocked with great amenities including beach toys, bikes, full putting green, all sorts of kitchen amenities, comfy beds and great beach decorating/ murals. Only two blocks to beach and grocery stores, and two different comfortable indoor seating areas with plenty of room. James was very easy to deal with and was super understanding with our group, that needed a little help understanding that we had neighbors close by that had little kids and deserved quiet time which required to take our group inside after 10pm at night. Overall, I would highly recommend the Dolphin house and want to thank James again for his help and the way he dealt with our "shortcomings".

We LOVED the Dolphin House!

We loved every single aspect of staying at the Dolphin House! Our family was in Huntington Beach visiting a sick family member and the comforts of staying here made the trip so much easier than a hotel would have ever been. The house was immaculate! Every square inch of it was perfectly cleaned, organized or manicured. The space was exactly as advertised, with no surprises at all, except of course, for the water, champagne and sparkling apple juice that the host left us in the fridge. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. The keyless locks made it easy for our group to get in and out and the extra help that the host provided us during the stay was unbelievable. We will DEFINITELY stay here again if we're in the area again and I strongly recommend the Dolphin House for anybody. You will love it!!

Great home in Huntington Beach

This is a great home with many "extras" for your stay - loved the putting green as well as access to bikes to ride (10 minutes to the downtown area of HB). Also, all of the beach things you could imagine - wetsuits, boogie boards, towels, etc! So nice that we had use of those things. I appreciated the extra items in the house too such as cleaning products, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc - nice to not have to add those to our shopping list! The home is laid out well and has ample sleeping space. It is in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Only downfall is no air conditioning but their are plenty of fans to help keep the home cool - certainly didn't hinder our stay in any way. The home's owner is EXTREMELY attentive and helpful with recommendations on the local area. I would definitely consider staying here should we ever vacation in Huntington Beach again.

We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this was absolutely thee best experience we have ever had. James is an outstanding host. He is very courteous, professional, and prompt in all communications. In fact, we had a problem with the dryer and no questions asked he replaced it the next day with a brand new one.The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the ocean, great restaurants, and shops. The place was very clean and well stocked. And the cool breezes from the ocean allowed to never have to use the AC or heat.We stayed for over 5 months and hated to leave. We would rate this experience a 12 out of 10!! I highly recommend staying with James and we will do so every chance we get

Good amenities, perfect location.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the dolphin house. We appreciated the extra amenities such as bikes and beach toys. Parking was super easy too. The home was spacious and comfortable.
