Nous avons acheté ce condo il y a 9 ans et depuis eux nous avons refait:

Il y a une grande télévision 46 'dans le salon principal avec accÚs par cùble. Les 2 autres chambres ont la télévision et lecteurs DVD.

Littéralement à deux pas de la plage, 3 blocs du centre ville et à quelques centaines de verges de la célÚbre Huntington Beach Pier, cette unité condo a tout ce que vous pourriez jamais vouloir. Situé à la sauvegarde du jardin intérieur et Pond (trÚs calme et reposant), avec un Fire Pit (propane alimenté) / Ensemble de patio sur le pont, il est le lieu idéal pour faire une escapade romantique ou des vacances Family Beach.

Cette propriété est clÎturé et sécurisé de sorte que vous et votre famille pourrez vous détendre avec la tranquillité d'esprit.

Great beach location

Scott was very responsive, usually responding to a question or issue within 5 minutes. All minor issues were resolved promptly. This is a great location directly across the PCH and convenient to all the great restaurants on Main Street. It was very convenient to have underground secure parking as well. We enjoyed our winter stay and great weather.

Never disappoints

This is our 3rd June spent at this beautiful condo and once again, we were so happy that we booked it! Scott is wonderful to work with from check in to check out! The location can’t be beat! We walked to Main St most everyday for a meal, shopping, or an after dinner ice cream cone. The beach is soooo close that a quick visit to the ocean can be done a couple of times a day. We had our 2 1/2 year old niece visiting and we did the ocean in the morning, back to the condo for lunch and a nap, and then back to the beach in the afternoon. Long story short
..the PERFECT location! Thank you Scott and Jodi for another wonderful stay and we are looking forward to staying again next summer.

Best location and best host

We stayed at the location for about 5 weeks. Property location is great! Right across from the beach and a playground. Huntington Beach activities and Pier are in few minutes walk distance. Parking is very easy and secure. Building access is very secure. Neighbors are very friendly. Property had everything necessary for comfortable stay. Host Scott goes above and beyond for answering and helping with any questions. He made everything very easy as we traveled across the country and felt a bit out of place at first. He answered everything in a manner of minutes. We love the place and the town. It was a great California experience. Thank you for sharing your house with us. Highly recommend!

Best property manager!

The apartment was luxuriously comfortable, outfitted with 4 beds that guaranteed great sleeping and situated in the interior of a supremely quite condo complex inhabited by few residents. The patio with a fire pit and fountain was a welcome bonus on cool evenings, as was the hot tub located a few steps from the apt. With the sprawling Huntington beach across the street, we were never at a loss for activity. The throngs of surfers and the boardwalk parade of people and dogs easily made one forget the isolating pandemic. The property owner even left cruiser bikes for guests’ use. The kitchen was relatively well-equipped for cooking on the nights we didn’t pick up food from one of the many excellent restaurants in the neighborhood – all within walking distance. Best of all, the owners were responsive to every concern, sending over their handyman to fix minor problems they had not been able to address because of Covid travel restrictions. We have been renting through VRBO for many years, and these owners were by far the best of the VRBO bunch. Wish the apartment had more natural light (it’s in an interior courtyard, with no views of the outdoors), but that short-coming paled in comparison to the other creature comforts and amenities.

Calming Relaxation

Our stay was very relaxing and in a perfect location across the street from the beach. The condo is located in a very quiet location. The covered patio area was our favorite place to read, sleep, and take advantage of the privacy it afforded us. The owner is very helpful and response time is immediate to any of our questions. In addition the location is within walking distance to many different stores, post office, restaurants, and the popular Huntington Beach Pier. We would recommend this rental to families as well as couples. Thank you Scott

This unit never disappoints 👍

Scott and Jodie are wonderful hosts, from the time we first reserved the condo to the time we left. Scott answered my texts usually within minutes. This unit is so quiet, comfortable and clean! It is well equipped with everything you'll need to stay in and cook a meal, a large supply of beach towels, chairs and toys, not to mention the bicycles. A very easy walk to the beach and Main Street. A true jewel on the beach! We are so blessed to call it home every June!

Huntington getaway

We had a fabulous stay in this condo. Scott was amazing with everything from checking in to giving us places and restaurants to check out. Very responsive even to getting the BBQ professionally cleaned when we asked. The condo is right across the street from the beach and only 3 blocks from the pier. The kitchen is so well equipped I felt like I was cooking at home. We will definitely recommend you stay here and will be back for sure. Thank you Scott !

LOVED our condo❀

The condo looked exactly like it was pictured. Super quiet, private and secure. Well stocked! Plenty of linens and towels, tons of beach chairs, toys, an umbrella and 2 beach bikes. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Beach is literally right across the street and Main is just a few blocks away! Scott responded within minutes whenever I contacted him!! This is definitely a 5 ⭐ vacation condo! Looking forward to staying here again!

Great Oceanfront Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Huntington Beach. What we liked the best was the location. The condo was right across the street from the beach and only a short walk to the pier, restaurants, and beach shops. The kitchen was well stocked. Their were plenty of towels and beach gear. We enjoyed the hot tub on the property as well. Beautiful hard wood floors and a comfortable bed.

This property was great, it was close to everything (Beach, downtown, restaurants, and shopping’s)! It had what ever you needed in the condo also! Very clean and well decorated! All-round outstanding - Location and Property

The location is perfect for Huntington Beach - you can't beat staying across the street from the beach/ocean! Plus, it's an easy walk to Main street where all the action is. The condo was very clean, spacious two bedrooms with two bathrooms, and a comfortable layout. They provided beach equipment and bikes. Loved the outdoor patio as well as the shared hot tub! The owner was great at responding to emails, answering questions, and provides good instructions on how to get into the unit, use the tv, etc. I have no reservation in saying this was a perfect rental experience.

Amazing Experience!

The Condo was better than expected. Great Location and facilities. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and I would recommend this property to anyone. We traveled all the way from Scotland and stayed for 5 weeks and loved it! Plenty of things to do and close to all shops and restaurants. Thank you for the experience.

Great location!

Stayed here with my parents and my teenage daughter. It was a great location, right across the street from the beach and easy beach access. The place was very clean and well equipped. The private parking was a huge plus as it is a popular area. It was quiet at night even though you were close to everything. We had a great vacation and would definitely return. Thanks so much!

Wonderful Condo

Clean and inviting. Close to ocean, Main St and the Huntington Pier. Choose to make some of your meals or eat at some of the great restaurants that are within walking distance. If you have a car go to the "Seafood Zone" on McFadden Ave. Good food and cheap! The location of this condo is great because the ocean is right across the street. Surfers are out everyday. spent time watching them. Don't pack lots of clothes, wash them in the washer and dryer in the condo. Fireplace makes for a very cozy evening. Would "go in a minute" back to this place.! Feels like home---- .

Thanksgiving at the beach

My husband and I were blessed to spend the Thanksgiving holiday at this condo. It was clean, well furnished and the grounds and hot tub were well kept. The size was perfect to accommodate visits from family and friend's in the area as well. The owner was very nice and prompt to answer questions. Best of all, great location to enjoy all HB has to offer, all within walking distance.

We have travelled extensively with work and were always looking for a vacation rental property that we could also use. Our search always lead us back to Huntington Beach as the lifestyle and amenities, coupled with a great location and terrific weather all year is really tough to find anywhere else.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Where else can you be on the beach, decide to go on a wine tour, maybe head to a hockey game, ball game or basketball game, maybe take friends and family to an amusement park, visit Hollywood or trek off to Vegas(4 hours) at the drop off a hat?

Coupled with great restaurants, a laid back surfing attitude and great people watching opportunities HB really can't be beat!

Our property is literally STEPS from the beach, out the door, across PCH and you are standing on one of the most iconic beaches in the World.

HB is not called "Surf City" for no reason, it is home to a dedicated group of daily surfers, windsurfers, pedal bikers, volleyball players that give the beach a great atmosphere just to hang out and watch all of the activities.

HB has a small town feel coupled with high end options from dining to shopping. A new large outdoor mall is soon to open, Pacific City, along with more restaurants and attractions that will increase HB as a major vacation destination.

Every Tuesday the City of HB holds a market garden on main street. This mainstay event is complimented by weekly activities on and around the beach and pier that give visitors non stop alternatives for activities to attend.

Whether you choose to relax on the beach with a book, learn to surf, go deep sea fishing, golf, attend wine tours or any other activity you can think of HB is a great home base.

However there is not a single reason you would need to leave HB as it is a very vibrant community. In the 5 years and numerous times we have been down to our place we have still yet to experience everything the city has to offer and it can all be done either on foot or by bike, of which we have 2 at the condo.
