Loved the property! It had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and conveniently located close to the beach. The property was even better than the photos. The host was great with communication and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

You can't beat this property! Everything is perfect for spending time at Newport. The unit is super clean, comfortable and modern. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio at night . John and Kimberlee are excellent hosts and are very accommodating.I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quaint cottage by the beach. Excellent.

Kimberlee and John were fantastic hosts and attentive to making sure we had a nice stay. The place was super clean and well decorated and you can tell everything was about "pride of ownership". The outside garden was like an arboretum with so many cool plants. We have stayed at many places over the years on the Balboa Pennisula and this was the best. Their hospitality was off the charts!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were such a wonderful, sweet, and accommodating couple, and the cottage was incredibly clean, cozy, and welcoming. It had so many thoughtful amenities and everything we could have asked for. The location was perfect too, just a short, easy walk to the beach. We plan on staying here again and highly recommend it! Thanks again John & Kimberlee!

The perfect place to accommodate overflow for our family vacation. It offered easy access to the beach and was incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally communicative and answered all our questions before we could even ask. My daughter and her husband had such a great experience that I’m already booking a stay for next year!

My husband and I enjoyed another year visiting this cute cottage in Newport! The on site cottage hosts are very friendly, kind and accommodating. Excellent communication! Lovely little house with cute decor and everything you need. Super clean and perfect location and short walks to the beach, grocery store and shops! It was everything we had hoped for. We will definitely be staying there again. I would give 10 stars if I could. My husband and I did alot of shopping, beach time and eating in the short time we were there. The home is close to everything. The home was comfortable and fully stocked we didn’t need anything extra. And Kimberly is the sweetest host. Highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay. Kimberlee and John took great care of us and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Perfect location and their home was well appointed with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. We really didn't need a car for the long weekend.

Really wonderful in every aspect! Hosts were very helpful and exceptionally nice. The patio awning was just perfect! The only one on the block! We felt special! Owner is an expert gardener making for an unbelievable landscape of beautiful plants! Nice to be surrounded by them as we sat on the patio. As before, the best we could hope for! We will return again next year!

Beautiful property that truly felt like home! We’ve stayed at least six different properties in Newport Beach over the past 20 years, and this was by far one of our favorites. It felt more like staying in a beautiful home than a vacation rental.The decor was top-notch, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the filtered water pitcher—a small touch that made a big difference. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were soft and clean, and there were plenty of towels for the two of us.We also really appreciated having two mini-split A/C units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, especially with the unseasonably hot weather during our stay. Street parking was never an issue.Our hosts, John and Kimberlee, live right on the property and were absolutely wonderful. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly welcoming and responsive.We would absolutely recommend this property and definitely plan to stay here again!

We have stayed in this beautiful cottage multiple times over the year. We come back because it’s described exactly the way you find it on arrival. The availability of management to answer any questions could not be better. We will be back!

Exceptional host, location, and amenities. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. Every detail is well thought out. The host are very friendly but also private. It is so convenient to have beach chairs, beach cruisers (bikes), and plenty of towels. You save time and enemy bc these details are already planned for by the hosts. 10/10.

The home itself was beautiful, with an amazing front and back patio and adorable decorations throughout. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We loved the location as it was walking distance to a grocery store, lots of shopping and nice restaurants, not to mention the short and lovely walk down the street to the beach. The hosts are delightful and we found the accommodations a little touches to be just what we needed to relax and enjoy our time.

The perfect vacation

I cannot say enough great things about the Cottage in Newport Beach. We had the BEST time and were so impressed with the location, amenities and the decor. We are booking next year already and we just got home.
