Perfect location

We stayed at the loft for one week with three guests. It was so great to be able to step out the door and be amongst the shops, beach and boardwalks. The set up is really unique and we liked having several living spaces to spend time together or do our own independent activities. Thanks for a great stay!

Family getaway

The most perfect location and the coolest loft apartment for our family getaway at Inverloch. Sam was so lovely to communicate with, making it a lovely experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

Location was excellent, amenities were great, kitchen had everything we needed. Overall we enjoyed the space though the number of stairs might not suit everyone.

Perfect Location!!

Great spot for a short get away. The stairs are not for the faint hearted, but I personally loved them. A cute little place, was perfect for just me. Would stay again for sure!!!!

A delightful town house so close to the shops and beach!

This was a quick overnighter for us this time, but it'd be a perfect multi-night stay base for exploring the area for future, especially in great weather :-)

Amazing!

I stayed with 4 girls and this unit was perfect! It was very up-to-date and within walking distance from the main strip of shops and the beach. The photos do not do this place justice it is very light but also very cozy and was the perfect size for us! Would definitely recommend:)

The property is a cool loft style one street back from the beach and town centre. Perfect location and comfortable. Sam the property owner is great. Loved our stay

Gorgeous accommodation

The location was perfect. Didn’t use our car at all as the shops and beach we a minute, easy walk. We parked our car at the door and it was all undercover. The townhouse was unusual with the 5 levels. Totally open plan on all levels, even the 2 bedrooms except the bathroom. 3 TVs was great but you had to respect the others watching another TV as there were not any walls or doors. The beds were so comfortable and all the furnishings were understated luxury. Really clean but the kitchen was on the small side but as we were only there for 2 nights we ate out anyway. There are 4 flights of stairs to the 2nd bedroom and 3 to the bathroom and master bedroom. I would not recommend for small children. W overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again 😊

A beautiful stay in a fab location

Our little family of 3 loved this property with it's perfect location & modern, stylish accommodation. A short walk to the main street shops, the park or beach, and Samantha very kindly gave us the lowdown on local sights and walks. We loved the Screw Creek walk at sunset, The Caves at low tide, Eagles Nest, and boardwalks along Anderson Inlet down to the surf beach. A 30 min drive to Cape Liptrap where the lighthouse lookout provides fantastic views all the way to the Prom. Miss 9 loved her bed on the 5th level and her own TV/playroom on the 3rd level, though the open plan does mean the sound carries between levels. We made use of the DVDs and board games, and look forward to coming back in summer for a swim!

Sensational accommodation in Inverloch.

Our beautifully presented architecturally designed property was centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, walking tracks, the beach etc The property had 5 seperate levels and included everything you could want and more for a vacation. We were impressed by its design, views and space. The property is kept immaculately with attention to detail. A beautiful well appointed apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

First time in Inverloch

We had a wonderful experience in this lovely apartment as we celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary - our first time in Inverloch - what a beautiful place

Great location...on the right night!

We've stayed at Inverloch four times over the last few years, each time at a different place. Mostly Air BnBs but this time with Stayz/HomeAway. For cleanliness, modernity and a super handy location literally a 100 metre walk to the main street in town with a supermarket, cafes, bakery etc, this place is A1. Property manager Samantha was also a complete delight to deal with and everything was easy. The beach is similarly 100 metres away down the hill and really, this is a great, affordable place to stay. There are only two things we felt worth mentioning to others as something of which to be aware: (1) The really interesting design of the place, which is in effect a three story open plan space with lots of stairs is not suitable for families with pre-school children. It was completely fine for us as we have a 6 year old who was old enough to not have an interest in such play, but if you have a toddler or young child under 5, you will be on hyper look out if anywhere above ground floor. There are many spaces between the stairs that have quite big drops, and the railings are all wire which is fine if you are a bit bigger like our son but you could not leave your toddlers to play upstairs. (2) The location is about 100 metres from the only hotel in town. On the Monday night, the doof doof belted out of the venue until 2.30am - this was very loud by anyone's standards, not just for boring middle aged people like us! Light sleepers take note, the venue blasted out 30 mins past its liquor licence. This way well have been a rare night as it was the night before Melb Cup night and the venue organised a special late night licence. But it kept my partner up for hours and hours - I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me, but for others, bring ear plugs. I should add that Saturday night was quiet and no issues whatsoever. I do want to stipulate though that we were very happy in this accommodation and would recommend it to others - mostly to singles and couples or small families with older kids. All the facilities were excellent, the view from the balcony was nice and the gardens surrounding the block are very thoughtfully done. This is a five star review but for the 2 points I raised earlier. I'd give it 4 1/2 out of 5 but I don't think this site does halves! :-) Thanks Samantha - your place was great and the best of the 4 places we have stayed at in Inverloch.

What a lovely place!

The host is wonderful. Very good with her communication and very easy to deal with. The place itself is wonderful, very clean and modern. Will definitely stay there again!
