Located on Bayview Ave in a private setting with own entry, set away from owners home. 300 meters to beaches and restaurants. Very well appointed and modern with Wi Fi and large TV. 3 separate rooms being bedroom, bath room and kitchen/living room. Comfortable queen bed and large variety of books! Rooms look out onto a beautiful restful garden setting. Over 250 guest stays with super host rating. Welcoming hosts. The Studio has a floor space of approximately 65 sm.

Such a lovely stay- highly recommend

Judy and Lewis were such lovely hosts - the accommodation was so comfortable and clean and had all the thoughtful touches to make it such a great stay - our stay was too short and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon.

The most comfortable bed we've slept in. The property was clean and Contained everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful garden and the books.

Beautiful property

A memorable stay at a beautiful property. The surrounding garden provided an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The accommodation was perfect and had every comfort needed as well as a remarkable selection of books. Walking distance to the main shops and restaurants. Lovely accommodation in Inverloch

My husband and I stayed here during the Australian MotoGP weekend as we like a quiet spot just for the two of us, and it was just lovely! Our hosts Lewis and Judy were delightful and we enjoyed a couple of quick cuddles with their little dog Pippa. ☺️ Everything was very clean and well appointed, and Lewis and Judy looked after us amazingly. The next time we visit the area we will definitely be booking in here again.

Excellent stay

Perfect location for exploring the area - Bass Coast, Wilson's Prom, Philip Island etc. Lewis and Judy made us very welcome. They gave us very helpful information on things to do and places to eat. The studio is very clean and well equipped. The garden is beautiful. It's a short walk to the beach. tthebeabeach.awalks.

Winter get away

Very clean studio apartment, within walking distance of the main street and cafes and restaurants. Check-in with our friendly host Lewis was very easy. Beautiful garden surroundings and very quiet spot. Will be back!

Studio with lovely garden

Great location close to beach & town. Private with outlook to a lovely tranquil garden. Ideal for a few days away near the beach in winter, & would also be great in summer. Studio was warm & comfortable, & hosts ensured everything we needed was provided.

Very comfortable, well-provided getaway.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here - we only could be there one night but it's definitely a place to book in for a longer visit to allow time to explore the area. Lewis and Judy were wonderful hosts - didn't intrude on us, but engaged happily when we showed an interest in their beautiful garden and playful dog. Highly recommended.

Fabulous!

Our stay at Bayview was fabulous! The studio has everything we needed in a great location with plenty of privacy and gorgeous gardens!! Our hosts Lewis and Judy were lovely and very friendly. They went out of their way to check that we had everything we needed etc. We have already booked to return!

Lovely owners, pleasant and clean

The property was beautifully kept, comfortable and tidy. The owners were very kind and hospitable. Although the check in time is later than we are used to, the late check out and the fact we were welcomed earlier than 4pm made up for it. Beautiful garden and lots of outdoor space for sitting, reading or just enjoying the sea breeze.
