Ça y est ...! Votre maison de vacances idéale à Fort Lauderdale vous attend! Emplacement exceptionnel, mobilier élégant et confortable, piscine chauffée avec vue sur l'eau et quai! Deux chambres, une reine avec en suite, la seconde avec lit king et vue sur la piscine / l'eau. Les deux chambres et le salon ont des téléviseurs intelligents. Salle à manger ouverte pour 6, bar de petit déjeuner accueillant avec cuisine entièrement équipée. L'extérieur a une salle à manger couverte avec coin salon, télévision à écran plat et un barbecue à gaz intégré est prêt pour que votre barbecue au bord de la piscine commence!

Tout cela dans un endroit calme mais pratique des plages de Fort Lauderdale, des boutiques, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne!

Ein Paradies in Fort Lauderdale

Das Haus ist super, Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation mit Fort Lauderdale Stays alles top. Genau so wie beschrieben. Zum erholen bestens geeignet, sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, super Pool der abends beheizt ist. Wer einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Es fehlte im Haus an nichts, von Geschirrspültaps über Waschmittel, Gewürze usw. alles da. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub auch dank des tollen Hauses. Vielen Dank an das Team von Fort Lauderdale Stays.

Fun, relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay greatly. Everything was as advertised, in fact it exceeded our expectations. The location was within 15 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go, like the beach and restaurants, shopping, etc . Just relaxing by the pool was the best part. The pool was not heating correctly initially, but the property manager responded and took care of the issue immediately.

Winter getaway.

The house exceeded our expectations. On arrival the house was spotless. We loved the outdoor living area. The views of the waterway added a lot to it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Peace and quiet

Wonderful home… great location… Quiet and peaceful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Comfortable outside dining overlooking the canal and pool. Will stay again. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is well-equipped and clean, with a beautiful outdoor area that we throughly enjoyed. All important information was clearly communicated and available at the house. We were sad to leave. It was the perfect place for our visit and we highly recommend!

Wonderful!

We had a fabulous stay at Three Palms. The house is immaculate, comfortable, fully stocked and in a great location! We spent almost the entire time outdoors by the dining area, living area, pool and beautiful dock. Saw some amazing sunsets. You won’t want to leave!

Home away from home

Fantastic spot including beautiful views, wonderful wide canal and incredibly comfortable bedding! We are in the hospitality industry and found the service excellent , prompt, and the house is equipped with everything one needs for a memorable experience. We loved having access to a kayak rental at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend this charming bungalow!!

Great stay

I absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed for 5 nights visiting family and explored Ft. Lauderdale/Miami. Very quiet neighborhood and I felt safe. They provided everything listed and more! I liked how the kiosk kepted me updated on what was to happen that day (for example pool service), different thibgs to do nearby and the notebook with information about the property. My only con is the iguanas. Other than that I recommend this location and would definitely stay again.

Top-Notch Property and Property Management

Well-maintained and appointed property in convenient and quiet Coral Shores neighborhood. We especially enjoyed watching the four iguanas that lived in the trees next to the pool and would come down each morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, our 14 year old daughter, and I spent five nights at Three Palms in October for fall break. We have utilized many vacation rentals in many locations over the years -- and Three Palms is one of the best in terms of amenities, the house itself, supplies, cleanliness and customer service. For the three of us, it could not have been better -- zero complaints or suggestions. I highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Three Palms again.

Peaceful Getaway

This house was amazing, and met + exceeded my expectations! The view off the back is so calm and welcoming that we found ourselves spending most of our time just reading by the pool. Extremely clean as well. The neighborhood does have some construction going on, but that's at no fault of the rental agency. All in all, very calm. Great getaway!

Perfect house for Florida Beach touring!

This property is amazing!!!The pictures make you think that the place might be a little small, but that is far from the truth. It is a very spacious and well laid out property. The house has ample room. We stayed with another couple. One bedroom faces the pool and the other room has an attached bathroom. To decide which couple would stay in what to we played a round of yahtzee, which was found with other games in the living room area. As for the outdoor area it was by far the best part of our vacation. The pool was heated, clean, and in working order as was the hot tub. The covered area was where we spent a lot of time. It is great to have an outside living space with a tv. We also spent most nights watching a the sunset over the canal. It was very peaceful an quiet when we where there. An awesome addition to the outside space were the local Iguanas. They would come out frequently during our trip and sunbath in the deck. P.s. they like watermelon. As for what was provided with the property, it was more than you would usually find. The shacker got a lot of use during our stay and was awesome to have. The shed has Beach chairs a beach umbrella, coolers and other beach toys to use. We used these everyday during our stay! There was also a grill and extra gas to use. We found a blender and other cooking utensils you may need. As for the location is perfect. The house is hidden of the beaten path, yet super close to a publix and a small shopping area. It is just a short ride to las Olas and downtown Ft. Lauderdale. We tour a different beach each day we where there and this place is perfect for that. A short ride north will get you to Pampano, Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton. We spent 2 days at Deerfield Beach while staying here. I highly recommend you make the drive! Overall this place is a dream. Everything you could need is found here. We plan to stay again. If you are on the fence I highly recommend you choose this location. It was everything and more.

July 2021 Stay

They thought of everything here to ensure a memorable stay! Besides the house being beautifully decorated and inviting it has all your immediate necessities (coffee, extra towels, extra paper towels, everything you need to bbq, and so much more)! Owners are quick to respond. Our kids used the canoe & paddle board. We enjoyed movie night outside! The pool is the perfect size. Neighborhood is close drive to Starbucks, Publix, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s. We had a magical time with our family at the 3 Palms! Wait did I mention how clean it was. Love the organic cleaning products & the owners being environmentally conscious!

May 2021 Stay

David and Steve are great people to rent off of , make everything easy , never any issues and work to resolve and issues. This house is great beautiful and a great location. Houses are always very clean and well maintained. This is our 4th time renting from Fort Lauderdale stays and every time expectations are exceeded. We will definitely be returning in the future!
