Profitez de promenades isolées tôt le matin et tard le soir sur le sable ou à travers le quartier, de longues heures à bronzer ou à vous baigner dans les vagues ou dans la piscine privée chauffée. Idéalement situé et à proximité de tous les meilleurs magasins, restaurants et lieux de fête. Great place close to the beach

House has great furniture, kitchen, towels, sheets. Pool and backyard are wonderful for late afternoon swim and relaxing. Beach is literally around corner in a quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous Fort Lauderdale stay!

The property was wonderful! Great location, pool, kitchen, beds, etc. The property also worked well and was comfortable for my friend who unfortunately broke her foot Day 1! Would definitely stay again and recommend! Kathy was great to work with as well!

Steps from the beach ‐ backyard oasis

This 2 bed /2 bath homes gives all that you looking for.Comfortable beds, amazing bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, tv in every room (including master bath and kitchen) and a backyard oasis that allows you to choose the beach or your own private pool!A definite repeat in our books.

Fantastic Stay in Ft. Lauderdale!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. The house was spacious, well decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape during the warm afternoons.Kathy was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Fort Lauderdale.

Perfectly located for the beach

The house is perfectly located for beach access in a nice and neighbourhood. Kathy the property manager was wonderful and easy to communicate with. House was spotless with a great pool and yard.

Perfect Retreat

The home is perfect for 4 adults. It’s updated, and close to a wide variety of activities. The property manager and owner are very engaged and hospitable, and take care to make sure the visit meets expectations. Highly recommend!

Great house. Pictures do not do it justice.

My family of four stayed here for a week and did not want to leave. Centrally located and very close to the beach on a quiet street. Pool was fantastic, beach chairs were great and overall amenities were unmatched. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Getaway for my wife and I, two teenage daughters, and dog

Nicely furnished and decorated, updated kitchen with gas stove, extremely comfortable beds, updated bathrooms with a main bath walk-in shower, a spacious and comfortable living area with large flat screen TV, well manicured and fenced in back yard with pool and sun shade, upscale neighborhood, roughly 100 fee from the beach.

GREAT VACATION HOUSE !!!!!!!

This by far was the best vacation house I ever rented. The house was well maintained on every detail. The location was also great. Beach right across the street maybe a 1 minute walk. Curtis and Kathy were both very easy to work with and made the whole vacation go smoothly. This will be my vacation house in the future.

Top quality and private home spectacular

Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot. The property manager was great and easy and so very accommodating. Even the property owner called to make sure everything was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This home is truly a 5 star property and I can't recommend it enough. The owner, Curtis, as well as our hospitality liaison Kathy were terrific and made sure we wanted for nothing the entire week. Several mornings we woke up to a bag of fresh picked mangoes waiting for us at the door which was so nice. The beach is literally across the street and you're only minutes from shopping/restaurants/etc. We're already planning our next stay at property!

One of the best I’ve stayed in

Let me just start by saying my wife and I travel often. We use VRBO about 6-8 times a year for long stays. This home was everything you will want. Clean, location, modern, it hit every point. Communication was perfect. Curtis, thank you. You will see us often Philip and renee tretola

Very Nice Home

Very nice home. Nice fenced in back yard. Nice pool. Nice location. Nice people to deal with as well. Curtis and Kathy are real people and very easy to deal with from the early on booking part to the actual stay. Cant ask for anything more in renting a home. Thanks a million....

5 Star Fort Lauderdale House Rental

It doesn’t get any better than this! Great location across from beach. The house is spectacular! Modern renovation, chefs kitchen, and anything and everything you could want, need or ask for. The owner Curtis and Property Manager Kathy are extremely responsive and helpful! Better than the Ritz! We stayed for 2 amazing weeks with our 2 dogs and between the heated pool and the yard, it was perfect!

Best Vacation Ever!

Although it's been several more months since our vacation, I am still wowed by the wonderful accommodations. Ever inch if this home oozed comfort with class!! We have traveled worldwide but this was by far our most relaxing holiday. And being able to have our fur baby Baxter with us was the icing on the cake. Top notch appliances, luxurious linens, wonderful nearby restaurants, bike rentals, beaches, neighborhoods to run through...you name it, we had it!! Although we try to vacation at different locations, this is one place that I would love to revisit!! Thanks you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Perfect Little Oasis

We traveled to Curtis's home with our two kids to beat the cold in January and the home did not disappoint! We have stayed in a HomeAway home in the area a few years ago and thought we had it good then....but this home is really spectacular. Everything was extremely clean and well stocked with towels. We were greeted by Kathy, who stayed until our delayed plane got in well into the night with a smile on her face. We felt at home, and took care of it as if it were our home. Im not crazy about cooking on vacations, but this kitchen had me preparing a few meals for the family instead of going out, so that was a bonus too. Really no negatives to report, just a happy relaxed family over here! Will be sure to keep Curtis and Kathy's # for future trips.

Fantastic getaway

We loved staying at this house. Its right at the beach in a residential neighborhood. There is no major street to cross to get to the beach. Its just on the other side of a quiet residential street. Its very quiet and tranquil yet only a few blocks from an endless number of restaurants and everything else you would want from civilization. The house is beautiful. Its a nice contemporary home very well appointed with high-end touches throughout. The pool is heated to the temperature perfect for day and night. Hospitality is first rate. The owner and property manager are great and very caring about guests enjoyment of their stay. Beyond being pet-friendly, they were actually warmly welcoming of our dog who is part of the family. Everything about our stay was first rate. You won't be dissapointed if you stay here.

Gurly's favorite get away!

Best experience ever!! Curtis and Kathy were so kind and the house was everything I wish I could live in forever!! Curtis and Kathy had a dog bed and dog bowl ready for my little cockapoo, Gurly, when we arrived. The house had everything you would need for the beach, the pool was kept at a perfect temp. the grill was cleaned and ready to go! The kitchen is perfect, the rooms and bathrooms are perfect, the entire house is a dream! The neighbors were so kind and we 1000% lived our best life pretending to be a local walking down to the beach chairs (right of house @ the park) watching the sunrise and sunset. Kathy and Curtis both stayed in contact making sure I had settled in and had everything I needed. As a female who has never rented a house alone, I was a bit worried not knowing my surroundings etc. but the street and house felt very safe and with Kathy down the road I felt even more safe! I will definitely be back!!
