Développé et conçu dans les années 1800 par la baronne de Pontalba, surnommée l'une des personnalités les plus dynamiques de l'histoire de la ville, ce magnifique condo d'une chambre à coucher et d'une salle de bain met en valeur le caractÚre authentique de la Nouvelle-Orléans. Nous sommes situés au centre-ville, ce qui en fait le lieu idéal pour les locataires de vacances cherchant à faire partie de notre belle ville pendant quelques jours. Nous sommes à proximité de toutes les attractions de la Nouvelle-Orléans: cafés, restaurants, Jackson Square, Bourbon Street et vie nocturne huppée. Le stationnement est disponible tout autour du quartier.

Great location!

The apartment is exactly as stated. It was very clean and the management was great to deal with. For the first time I did not rent a car. We were able to walk to where ever we wanted to go other than Jazz Fest. Not dealing with a car in NOLA is a huge . Good /Great restaurants are easily within walking distance. We will definitely stay again.

Work then play

Stayed at a hotel for a work conference, then the Mrs met me at this spot for a 4-day weekend in New Orleans. Just as advertised. Clean, comfy, within walking distance to most anything we wanted to scope out. Highly recommend!

Great stay, superior property

I have stayed in many vacation home properties over the years in various countries, mostly in the USA. Having visited the New Orleans French Quarter many times I was a bit concerned regarding this condos location and condition. I was super happy with both! The property has an excellent location...close enough but not too close. The condo has been very recently upgraded with high quality finishes, it is very secure... just a great place to stay.

Great stay in the French Quarter.

The location was superb. My only concern was the area rug in the living room was very dirty. It needs to be cleaned or replaced. Other than that it was an excellent property. We had a great time.

Fabulous Find!

We were so lucky to find this little gem--so close to shopping, restaurants, the river for fireworks in NYE. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Very comfortable bed and couch. Nice having a kitchen at our disposal--for coffee and the full size fridge for leftovers.

Great location, but condo needs a few things

Great location, nearby everything. Nice building and unit, great size for two. Newly added remote entry app didn't work, and we only gained entry from the departing cleaning person. The bathroom had no towel bars, and the water pressure in the kitchen is a trickle. And , we got our check in instructions almost one hour after the official 4pm check in time. Otherwise, very nice.

Clean Proprty Comfy Bed

The condo was clean, decorated nicely had an accurate description, and the owners were very accommodating and communication went very well. The bed was extremely comfortable. My reason for four stars was the shower and noise level. The shower was huge, but only has one showerhead on the ceiling that is a rain type showerhead. For someone who doesn’t wash their hair daily it was difficult to shower without getting my hair wet. There was also limited places to hang a towel, despite having a large wall that could accommodate multiple hooks or towel rack. Some additions for where guest can put things in the bathroom would be a major improvement. Pros:Owner communication and accommodationsThe bed is very comfortable Modern Kitchen (we didn’t utilize this)LaundryLarge closetMakeup wipes Location (pro and con) Easy to walk everywhere being in the French Quarter. VERY noisy though. People party unit 2AM or so and then the street cleaners come out at 4AM Cons:Shower headLack of storage in bathroom Lack of maintenance: Bathroom lightbulb flickered and vanity bulbs were two different color bulbs. Outlet by bed was off the wall. Instruction binder was 3 pages that didn’t give clear instructions on anything and had outdated information regarding a bathtub when the unit is shower only.

Amazing place, location, amenities & experience

The place was slightly better than advertised- equipped with everything you need for a 4-5 day stay in NOLA. The unit was super clean, very secure, very modern but still with some hints of Southern N.O. Influence. Great BOSCH appliances, well equipped kitchen, rainfall shower, high threadcount sheets, mattress encasement and very comfortable bed. The location is perfect for getting anywhere while also quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep (we used a sound machine anyway). The furniture is high quality and quite trendy. The floor to ceiling balcony style windows in the bathroom and bedroom were great for natural light. The blackout drapes were great for typical sleeping hours. There is an exterior security code for the gate, then a key fob for the main door and unit door. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I interacted with the property manager on 3 different occasions and she was very prompt, helpful and polite (contacted for early check-in, late check out and paint colors in the unit that we liked so much we want to do them at home!).

Great French Quarter location, close to everything. Everything you need! Great apartment! Had all the utensils, dishes, etc you could want. Washer and dryer worked great. Awesome shower. Windows opened inwards to become like a mini balcony to look out into the quarter and hear the sounds. The climate control was ultra modern and functioned perfect. Pull out couch with all the necessities! Very clean and 2 great big tvs! Awesome place . Probably the best I’ve stayed at I. The French Quarter! Can’t miss property! Management was great! I would stay again!

Loved it! But, that’s not a heated pool

We absolutely loved the property, updated, clean, well appointed and close to the action! However, part of the reason we booked this property was the “heated pool”, and what it really is, is a small jetted tub in the back of the building, full of debris, freezing cold, and no chairs or places to even sit near it. I’m brave, but i wasn’t willing to go past sticking my feet in the water. This amenity should be removed from the listing. Or even better, put a little love into it and recast it as a courtyard with jetted Roman tub!
