Développé et conçu dans les années 1800 par la baronne de Pontalba, surnommée l'une des personnalités les plus dynamiques de l'histoire de la ville, ce magnifique condo de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain met en valeur le caractère authentique de la Nouvelle-Orléans. Nous sommes situés au centre-ville, ce qui en fait le lieu idéal pour les locataires de vacances cherchant à faire partie de notre belle ville pendant quelques jours. Nous sommes proches de toutes les attractions de la Nouvelle-Orléans: cafés, restaurants, Jackson Square, Bourbon Street et vie nocturne huppée. Le stationnement est disponible tout autour du quartier.

Great location in New Orleans

The property was in a great location just minutes away from Bourbon Street and all the central NOLA attractions but not too noisy. The apartment was comfortable, although we felt it could have been better stocked if you want to cook/eat in the apartment. That said, a request for more mugs was met very promptly by Jennifer! The water pressure in the kitchen was also very low, but it was fine in the bathrooms. Overall, a great place to spend a few nights in NOLA.

Nicely upgraded unit

Nicky updated the unit, which is in a great location. Hopefully, the team will replace the stained pillows in the closet and add hooks in the second bathroom for towels.

Great location / Floors need fixing

Location was great. Check went fine once I figured out what the process was. No advanced notice of checkin process was given after repeated request. Finally called on day of and got it worked out no thanks to the host. The floors in kitchen are in bad need of repair with obvious water damage. .somepoint.

Perfect spot to explore the French Quarter

Loved everything about this stay with one exception- the smell of smoke particularly when we checked in. Not sure if it was the previous guests or if it was seeping in from another unit. Other than that perfect!!

Perfect Location

What a perfect location to take in all that New Orleans is about. Just a walk down the block to get great coffee and be immersed in the French Quarter. We were able to walk to everything we needed. The property was super stylish and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable which was perfect after a long day of exploring!

Close to Everything

Great apartment with awesome air conditioning! Felt very safe with good security features: gated entry way and fob doors. Beds were comfy and it was walking distance from a lot of the main attractions. Great communication with owner and easy booking process. Would stay here again.

Perfect place for weekend

The location was perfect! We walked everywhere and it wasn’t super noisy at night. The place was very well stocked and very clean! The bed was comfortable also!

We loved the location close to the river & jackson square. Upon arrival, we were instructed to call someone to remotely send a signal to the door of the building & then the door to our unit. Inside there were 2 key fobs we used for entry during our stay. This process went smoothly. You can cook if you want to. The supplies are very basic. Given all the great food in New Orleans we did not cook. As another guest wrote, some of the flooring boards are loose - we attributed it to an old building. Did not pose a problem for us. If you share the unit with another couple, be aware the bedroom walls are pretty thin - we could talk to our son in the next room while we were in the bed in our room. We heard city workers, such as trash collectors & street cleaners, outside the unit starting around 6:30 am or so, every morning so you may want ear plugs or white noise. Make sure you bring your own bath soaps, shampoo, etc as they are not provided. If you forget there’s walgreens & CVS close by. We would consider staying here again when in the area.

Great girls weekend!

We stayed here for a girls weekend over Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have asked for a better location — so close to great dining and fun bars. It was very clean and had everything we needed! The WiFi connection was in and out, but we didn’t need to use it. Would 10/10 stay here again!

New Orleans Charm

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. The apartment was very close to everything we needed and wanted during our stay. We enjoyed a little night life and ate some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of eating (all within walking distance of about two blocks)! The apartment was decorated appropriately to New Orleans charm. Would have given 5 stars, but parking was not included and had to tote luggage about two blocks. Minor inconvenience: parking does not come free (or cheap) in the city. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location

This property was great for location and very clean! But it was only big enough for 4 people not 6 which is what it’s advertised for. There was one remote control for the TV’s the floor was warped in the living room like there was a water main break so be careful. It was nice but had all the parties showed up that I thought would come I would have looked crazy!

This was such a pleasant apartment . The two spacious bathrooms were clean and convenient. My husband and I took one bedroom and our 3 college kids slept in the other bedroom with king size bed. There is small couch in living room and two small chairs. The kitchen was open to the living room with countertop and benches. It was actually bigger than my home kitchen. Great location! Thank you

Awesome Location

The location was amazing and perfect for a small group of wanting to visit New Orleans. Parking was not included, and closest is $40 a day. Description mentioned a pool, but the pool was maybe big enough for a single toddler. If you want a pool for a kid that will work but not adults. Overall was a great experience. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone with 5 adults or less (two beds and a sofa, not sure why the description said it sleeps 6)
