It was unfortunate, the lively dinner conversation was at a volume that prompted you to knock quite forcefully on my interior door. This startled my dinner guest, causing them to leave unexpectedly and express concern for both their safety and mine. During your stay, the nighttime temperatures were in the low 40s to 50s, leading me to run the pool heater continuously to maintain a comfortable temperature of 85°-88°. I understand this may not have aligned with your expectations, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I also mentioned the damage to my pool equipment caused by a lawn service, which made it inadvisable to raise the pool temperature above 90°. Maintaining that temperature requires careful adjustments to the water's chemical levels and could potentially worsen the existing damage. Thank you again for your understanding.

When I greeted and check you all in, I immediately notice your family’s size which prompted me to suggest and remove the coffee table and bring you a superior Eddie Bauer automatic inflating/deflating queen size mattress for you to utilize during your stay. However, I will review my listing for any possible adjustments for even better clarity. * Pool Heating: I understand your disappointment regarding the pool temperature. While my listing states “heated pool”, it's important to note that the pool heater and solar blanket can be affected by various factors like weather conditions and the time of year. You mentioned at check-in that any pool temperature here would be fine; I wish you had mentioned you’d like it warmer during your stay. * Bathroom Plumbing: I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the toilet's slow filling time; I wish you had mentioned this during your stay.
