The QUEEN ROOM includes a queen bed with a memory foam mattress on a hardwood frame that doesn’t move or creak with a stand-up twin trundle bed

The LIVING AREA is decked with a giant down-filled cloud couch that sleeps three people, a 55” smart tv, breakfast bar, and dining nook.

The KITCHEN has its original stone countertops and is fully equipped with a double filtration water system, coffee station, french press, moka pot (espresso), toaster, microwave, electric kettle, double sink, cooking essentials, stainless steel pans, baking dishes, cutting knives, cutlery, dish-ware, stove, refrigerator, and freezer.

The private back PATIO is furnished with vintage bamboo loungers cozy enough to sleep on and a charcoal grill!

You will also have a free, private LAUNDRY ROOM around the corner from the back door equipped with brand new appliances and detergent.
