Situé sur 90 acres de belles collines surplombant le lac Myall, cette propriété est le refuge ultime de vacances. Le logement est un sable solide maison en pierre avec de hauts plafonds et de grandes vérandas. Il est idéal pour deux familles avec enfants ou 3 couples. Il dispose d'une cuisine ouverte avec salle à manger et coin tous incorporés vivant. La zone de cuisine ouvre sur une grande véranda avec vue sur l'eau donnant sur le lac. La véranda a une longue table de sortie porte de salle à manger, idéal pour les grands déjeuners du petit déjeuner et le dîner. Il y a 3 grandes chambres, une chambre de maître avec salle de vues et à couper le souffle sur la vallée.

Emplacement

Situé à 3 heures de Sydney, cette propriété magnifiquement située était autrefois partie d'une ferme laitière vieux et borde le parc national et Myall lac. Accès facile aux plages, à 15 minutes à Seal Rocks, Pacific Palms and Blues Beach.

Activités

pêche fantastique le long du littoral à couper le souffle.
Le surf est excellent et la façon dont les plages de surf sont positionnés, vous êtes susceptibles de trouver une vague dans toutes les conditions.
Bush marche et la randonnée dans l'un des parcs nationaux.

Les chiens sont les bienvenus, mais strictement seulement permis à l'extérieur, il y a une grande terrasse pour les chiens dormir. Donc, si votre chien ne peut pas être dehors, sachez que cette maison pourrait ne pas être pour vous.

Excaped the city to lake views and the beaches nearby

Stayed with family (four adults + two kids under 6) so were easily accommodated in the three rooms. The place is nestled on the hills in a farm with pleanty of space and views over Myall lake. Although a bit out of town, beaches are all relatively accessible (Seal Rocks, Boomerang, etc) and there are plenty of local shops for groceries around. Kitchen was well equiped to cook up family meals for all, along with the BBQ on the deck.

Truly unique

My husband and I and our young adult daughter stayed for nearly a week on her Fall Break from Uni. We’d wanted a place on the beach but everything was booked. But we’re so glad we landed at this delightful place which was such a beautiful spot nestled in the hills with gorgeous sweeping views. We were still a very short drive from fantastic beaches but this spot offered such a unique experience in its situation and its design. I’d describe it as “modern rustic with a scandi vibe,” with a hint of classic rural Australia (we’re Americans, so that’s our take on it which might differ from a native Aussie perception). Beds were very comfortable and we slept well, it’s so quiet up there. Kitchen was adequate and modern though not overly cluttered with every imaginable gadget and appliance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We stayed here with our two boys who loved the property , so close to all the gorgeous beaches… lovely and relaxing drinking wine on the veranda in the afternoon - we will be back 😊

Beautiful and relaxing

We loved our week at Bodi Farm so much. The house was really cosy and comfortable and had everything we could want. We spent a lot of time on the verandah enjoying the beautiful view and lighting the outside fire when it started to cool down. The kids had fun exploring the property- great tip from a previous guest to send them off to collect the fire wood! The beaches are an easy drive, with lots of options where we could take our dog too. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect place to get away from it all

We loved our stay at Bodi Farm. We had 2 kids and a dog and the whole thing worked brilliantly. The kids loved running around all the space on the property, doing the jigsaw puzzles and toasting marshmallows at night. The house has a lovely farm house feel to it with some really lovely additions to make it feel extra special. The view at any time of the day is breathtaking, particularly at sunset. We loved having our coffee and breakfast on the beautiful big deck in the morning and a glass of wine watching the sunset at dusk. We cannot wait to come back. Robert was a pleasure to deal with too.

Seriously relaxing

This place is ideal fot those who want to sit back and enjoy the view. We spent 6 days here and had a great time enjoying national park bush walks and ocean swims all within a 20 min drive. The house is set up high with gorgeos view across a valley and Myall lake in the distance. Beds are comfy and the house is well maintained.

Cosy family retreat on a spacious property

Our while family enjoyed a refreshing stay exploring the interesting features of the property, relaxing with books and games before the gorgeous lake and bushland views, or cosying up in the warmth of the gas heater or toasting marshmallows over the outdoor wood stove. Rob was available and responsive when (minor) issues arose. Agree with an earlier review that a microwave would be a helpful addition to an otherwise well-stocked kitchen (maybe some pegs too given the washing machine). Late checkout made for a relaxed end to our stay too.

Country Retreat

We had a wonderful time staying at Bodi Farm. Set high on a hill over looking Myall Lake, the views are beautiful. The kids loved the freedom of lots of space outside, outdoor fires and being able to run through the paddocks. The indoor fire was an unexpected surprise and worked brilliantly and warming the house. The kitchen was well set out with everything needed to cook up some delights. The location worked well with being away from the crowds but a quick car trip to Seal Rocks, Blueys and Boomerang beaches. We will be back!

Bodi Farm Stay

When we drove through the gates to Bodi Farm we fell in love. The house is cosy and warm and the scenery is beautiful and peaceful, especially at sunset. The kids loved building the outside fire every night where we toasted marshmallows and star-gazed. The inside fire kept us toasty warm too and it was a special place to relax and play some of the fun board games you'll find at Bodi. The kitchen is a great set-up and the BBQ works well too. If you're keen to walk, Bodi has some lovely walks down towards the national park, where we were lucky enough to see a wedge-tailed eagle. The property is a short easy drive to either Seal Rocks or Blueys. Robert was friendly and helpful with suggestions and a pleasure to deal with. We're already planning our next trip to Bodi.

A little slice of heaven

This place feels very special. The view across the lake is pure magic and being surrounded by trees was just bliss. The kids had a ball climbing the rope wall (they called it Everest, not sure if it was meant for the kids but either way they loved it). Communication with Rob was easy. We were toasty warm with the fire and cosy in bed too. Rob suggested we take a trip to the lighthouse at Seal Rocks...don’t miss this! It’s stunning! We had a wonderful stay and hope to revisit some day.

If you are looking to relax.... This is the place!

We had a 10 out of 10 stay. We loved it! The accomodation and the place was exactly what our family needed, with three young boys they got to run around the farm exploring and we got to enjoy the modern facilities in a lovely peaceful home - The simple life. Not too far from Seal Rocks and Forster giving you plenty of things to do. The best place to chill without going to far from Sydney. We will be back soon! And the view is better in real life! photos of the lake don't do it justice.

Great house in private location

We had a wonderful time staying at Bodi Farm. The house is stylish and comfortable with a beautiful view over the lake. Kitchen is very well equipped, bathrooms clean and tidy. It's just a lovely, quiet place to relax with very little around. A quick drive though gets you to beautiful Seal Rocks and the lovely beaches there. Loved it!

Beautiful location, fairly basic acommodatiin

Great views, well secluded. Would be great for a family or two with young kids but probably not for a romantic getaway. Dishwasher didn't work, lots of cobwebs inside, finish on the bedroom walls and all ceilings were pretty rough looking plywood. Didn't provide top sheets on beds only bottom sheet with doona, would be nice to have more tha three pieces of firewood provided, This property has the potential to be 4 or 5 star with minimal effort but I wouldn't go back unless all of the items mentioned were addressed.

Wonderful weekend away

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. We had a great weekend escape swimming at the local beaches, eating dinners on the porch and waking up to the sounds of birds.
