Le quartier historique de Woodlea est luxuriant et vert. Notre maison est sur un grand terrain dans ce quartier accueillant et contient un bùtiment détaché à l'arriÚre que nous avons rénové en 2016. Ce studio dispose d'une cuisine complÚte, d'une salle de bains moderne exquise de style complexe. Promenade dans le placard. Laveuse / sécheuse. TV LCD 42 pouces. XBOX (de nombreux jeux, plus se connecte à Hulu et Amazon Prime). Lecteur DVD (avec des tonnes de films DVD disponibles dans l'appartement. Et si vous n'aimez pas ce que nous avons, il y a une Redbox à 0,2 km.). BibliothÚque de lecture aussi!

Le lot est adossé à une allée accessible aux véhicules. Vous aurez votre propre entrée arriÚre privée par un portail électronique donnant votre propre place de parking privée, couverte et sécurisée.

We had a great stay and this cottage was perfect for us. The location was located where we had easy access to everything we wanted to see and do, and everything was clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was so easy and hosts were helpful and accommodating. Would definitely come back if we are ever in the Phoenix area again.

We had an awesome stay at the cottage. Communication with the host was great and private gated parking was a plus. The accommodations were perfect for my husband and I, clean and modern, towels for bath & hot tub, huge selection of books, and convenient location.

The host lived on the property so was always available for any questions we had. Very comfortable studio that had everything you could need. The pool and spa were amazing as well as very private. Off street parking was very safe and secure. We had a great time

Good communication from the host/hostess from the very beginning of the booking. The check in steps were easy to follow and just as expected. Sarah met us as we arrived and introduced herself and let us know she was available as needed. The cottage had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us. The basics of anything we needed was available. Very nice pool and hot tub available. Both excellent condition and enjoyable. A wonderful stay!

The place had everything available that we could possibly need. The whole place was clean, cabinets were well stocked. Each time contacting the owners got a rapid response. WELL worth the money. Should I need to go to Phoenix again, I/we will be staying here, Another good thing for me was that the location was 2 miles from the medical center where I needed to go for my care.

This property is charming and well-stocked, the owners are wonderful, and conveniently located in relation to activities, delicious food, and more! We had a wonderful time in Phoenix during MLB Spring Training. This cottage was so comfortable. The hosts were amazing and accessible and so friendly. We came and went, had covered private parking and enjoyed the pool and spa. The bed was super comfortable. I didn't want to cook this week, so we ventured out and mostly ate lunch at the ballparks, and early dinners after the games which always ended up at "happy hour" so we saved money. Hula's Modern Tiki was one of our favorite spots.The kitchen at the cottage had every amenity we needed, although I'm glad we didn't really cook because the counters are very tall, which was weird. But, the kitchen was fully stocked and sufficient for breakfasts and evening snacks. We hit a nearby grocery store and stocked up on crackers, cheeses, deli items, and cookies. All in all, this place was a great value and we felt very safe and comfortable. It's a great little spot not far from downtown.Thanks again to our fabulous hosts! We enjoyed a wonderful week!

Wonderful experience! Our hostess Sarah was the best. Property was very clean and well decorated and we loved the hot tub. Accommodations were excellent and the private, gated, covered parking was a bonus. The rain shower was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Phoenix!

Amazing little spot in midtown

My college age daughter and I loved our stay here. It was clean and cozy and the pool was amazing. Sarah and family are sweet, kind hosts and so helpful. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was spa like and the kitchen was perfect. We had long days of moving my daughter into her apartment on GCU campus and this was the perfect retreat for a nap or at the end of day. We will return for sure!

My husband and I came here for our 1 year anniversary visiting from Seattle and we had the best time!! The cottage was so cute and cozy with everything would could need! Sarah and Noel were awesome hosts that made sure we had everything we needed or wanted and that we were having the best time! They even recommended places to eat/drink! We loved the hot tub and backyard!! And in such a great area with lots to do! I would highly recommend and would come here again

Sarah and Noel are experienced Premier Partner VRBO hosts and we do everything we can to create an experience that provides a home away from home with a touch of luxury and style. We take feedback from our guests to continuously improve what we can. We want you to be comfortable during your stay. We have been hosting guests since 2016 and have been using vacation rentals for our own family vacations for over a decade. We leverage all that experience to create an exceptional stay for you.

We go out of our way to create comfortable luxury. Almost every guest is fully delighted to stay at The Woodlea Cottage. It is important to note that this is not a hotel and we do not have another house to move you to should something go wrong during your stay. We will, however, do everything in our power to fix the situation and if that is not possible will work with VRBO to help you find alternative arrangements. Also, as a personal home we expect our guests to treat the house as they would their personal home.

The pool is exquisite. Our home and the neighborhood, Woodlea, is beautiful, green, with large mature trees. A wonderfully walkable neighborhood central to Phoenix. The area is quiet and accommodating to get you anywhere around town you need to go. Whether you are heading downtown to cultural venues or sporting events or coming into town for the best Spring Training baseball on the planet, this is the place to be for your Phoenix vacation plans. The cottage was initially built out in 2016 and we periodically update and upgrade the furnishings, fixtures, and amenities. The pool was completed in 2022. We put attention to detail to ensure you have a delightful stay. Guests often say it is nicer and more spacious than they thought it would be.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You will have covered and secure parking with your own private gated entrance from the rear of the property. Brick patio with outdoor seating. Spectacular pool shared only with your hosts (Noel and Sarah). For inside accommodations we've tried to think of everything we and our guests would want to have for a stand-out vacation experience. We have booked many VRBO properties for our vacation stays. So, we appreciate the value and benefits that can come from being hosted by a family that cares and puts attention to detail.
