Desert oasis in the city

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient little house within walking distance to restaurants, parks and museums. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. My husband and I spent most of our week-long stay enjoying the hiking trails and loved coming “home” to this wonderful oasis. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay in Phoenix

My wife and I spent approximately 3 weeks at this property. The house was in fantastic shape and was the perfect size to meet our needs. The bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities are all great.The location of the property is spectacular on a beautiful street in a friendly neighbourhood. We walked everywhere including to a concert, Phoenix Suns game, multiple restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Jeff, the property manager responded to all of our inquiries promptly and professionally. We also did some exploring, hiking and biking around Phoenix and also out to Scottsdale, which is about 30 minutes away. Overall, the best rental experience we have ever had and we would recommend this location to others looking for good place to stay in downtown Phoenix.

Fantastic!!

Everything was wonderful and exactly as pictured. Jeff was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Nice perks we found on top of everything listed is the listing was the shower had great pressure for anyone with long hair and was tall enough to comfortably fit my 6’2” husband!

Beautifully appointed home in a historic neighborhood that transports you back to a simpler time. The home has great modern amenities and is very comfortable. We’d love to stay there again when traveling to the area. Great, central location.

Outstanding Home Made For An Outstanding Trip

Not sure if my wife and I could have asked for anything more in a rental property. From the outstanding location just north of downtown Phoenix in a beautiful neighborhood, to a welcoming neighbor, to a thoroughly clean home, and every amenity one could wish for, this gem played a key role in making our trip one of the best we've ever taken. Communication with the host was easy. timely and highly informative (per my request, he provided a full list of local establishments to peruse for eating options). Keyless entry and driveway were bonuses, as was the beautiful back yard, equipped with a covered seating area, tables and chairs. We've utilized numerous VRBO properties for stays throughout the country, but this ranks as the best. We will use this property for all of our stays in Phoenix.

First time in Phoenix Arizona, I stumbled across this cozy one bedroom. First of all the accommodations were lovely& Charming I love the design of the place it was very clean it was accessible to everything downtown Phoenix the neighborhood was very nice& safe I could go on and on about this place ...I really did not want to leave. If you are going to Phoenix please look this place up it's very Charming and and the location was perfect, close to the freeway Downtown Phoenix shopping everything was less than 20 minutes away. I love the decor and I will be back. Awesome host!

I loved being so close to the city with an actual yard + patio!! The host was so communicative and answered all my questions. I had a great stay and highly recommend booking if you want more space than a traditional hotel room!

This was a fabulous home! Everything down to the last detail was perfection! Our host thought of everything. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Only a 1 mile walk to the downtown area with great restaurants.

Hello I'm Jeff, and Casa Willetta has been my pride and joy for the last 10 years. I'm originally from Michigan and moved out to Phoenix for the sunshine and spectacular beauty of Arizona. Phoenix is filled with so many great places to checkout, delicious places to eat and a scenery that never gets old. Just a few of the reasons why I love to call Arizona home for the last 20+ years.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Arizona became a state in 1912 and my place was built just 2 years later. The Roosevelt Neighborhood is filled with so much history and charm, not to mention how close it is to just about everything Downtown Phoenix has to offer. The palm tree lined streets are what caught my attention and I'm very thankful to call this my home.

I am very happy to share my place with travelers from all over the globe. I would say that the central location might be the greatest part of staying at my place, that is until you walk in to experience cleanliness, comfort and functional beauty.
