Condo rénové Oceanfront Penthouse - 180 degrés de vue directe sur l'océan!

Disponible à partir du 1er octobre 2019. Actuellement en cours de rénovation complète, dont la cuisine, la salle de bain, le plancher et les murs récemment texturés et peints doivent être achevés à la mi-septembre. Nouvelles armoires, nouveaux comptoirs de quartz, nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et tous les nouveaux meubles de qualité et confortables. Nouveau lit king size confortable, nouveau grand écran plat dans le salon et nouvelle enceinte Bluetooth pour la musique.

PH28 est un condo très privé au dernier étage en front de mer très privé. Le complexe est conçu de manière à vous offrir une intimité totale avec les voisins de chaque côté lorsque vous louez un condo en bord de mer. Votre vue directe sur l'océan n'est que la plage et l'océan sans fin !! Les photos postées ont été prises par moi de notre balcon. C'est la vue réelle. En raison de la rénovation, nous n'avons pas encore de photos intérieures. Cependant, nous possédons également le Penthouse 34 et avons rénové ce condo il y a 18 mois. Veuillez vous référer au VRBO N ° 1312896 pour avoir une idée - les deux condos ont le même plan d’étage. Nous avons reçu plus de 45 critiques cinq étoiles au cours de la dernière année. PH28 sera encore plus agréable !! Je posterai de nouvelles photos immédiatement après la fin du remodelage. Ce condo sera magnifique tout au long!

Great spot

Very clean, right on the ocean. Central location and within striking distance to some great attractions. Host was a strong communicator & made the process seamless. Would recommend!

Amazing honeymoon getaway

The condo was clean, beautiful and had an amazing view with a very short walk to a quiet, not busy beach. Kevin was available for any questions I had and made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. The location is close to downtown Kihei and plenty of food and entertainment options. I would stay here again without a doubt.

My husband and I took our first trip to Maui 30 years ago and stayed in Kihei. This was a return from that experience. Kevin is a great host and very responsive to all questions and requests. Great vacation!!

Everything in the unit was great! Swimming and snorkeling directly in front of the building was amazing. My only negative is that there aren’t any window coverings on south facing lanai windows. Condo gets extremely hot, even with air conditioning, making it very difficult to sit in the living room in the afternoon

Wonderful condo - beautiful view

The complex is right on the beach. This is a penthouse unit with a view to die for. The beach is an elevator away. Literally a few steps to the sand and a few more to the water. The condo was so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The ice maker worked great so we had plenty for the day. The shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Everything you need for the beach or pool was provided, except you suit and sunscreen. There were chairs in the unit, but the condo had many lounge chairs setup in the grass. I highly recommend this unit!

Beautiful Hawaiian oasis

My wife and I went for our honeymoon and loved it. From the get go our host(Kevin) was amazing. Very quick to respond to any questions we had and very informative. The place itself was breathtaking. The view alone was worth the price of admission. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. Location was perfect very central. Perfect in every way. Would 1000% go back

Perfect Escape

We absolutely love this perfect little condo. Removed from the hustle but 15 minutes from anything and minutes from the water. Nothing better than sitting on the lanai with a beautiful view of Paradise, well except wandering downstairs and putting my toes in the water. The condo was super clean and had everything to make the stay feel like home. Can't wait to stay here again.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else on Maui. . .

Sugar Beach has a great location, being in the middle of the island, and the beach is simply fabulous and uncrowded. This unit (PH28) had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. I have stayed at Sugar Beach 4 times now, and the thing that sets this unit apart for me was the owner. From immediate response when I booked, to thorough and timely information before check in, to super responsiveness when I had a question (on a Sunday morning, even!) knowing that the owner was available and had my back as a guest gave me total peace of mind to relax and enjoy vacation.

Beautiful location, responsive host

Amaaaazing location, both ocean view and central to the island. Not isolated but away from the resort crowds. I wondered if the waves could be heard at night in the bedroom, and yes! They can! Host and local property manager responded quickly to any questions. It was fun to watch the long boat paddlers race from our lanai. We would have paid 3xs this amount at a resort for a lesser view. Very happy that we chose to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the balcony is wonderful and is just as it appeared in the photos. We appreciated the modern, yet calm vibe of the space. The updated kitchen was fully equipped with, and we prepared a number of meals in it. The bed was comfortable. We were pleased to find beach chairs and coolers available for our use. The location was central for all of our day trips. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was helpful, flexible, and quick to respond to inquiries.

Where to begin? First of all, this property is ON the water, no need to cross a street or anything! The beach is pristine, the pool and jacuzzi were great. The unit itself is just as in the photos. King size bed was comfortable and nice linens. Everything you need in one spot, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels.. everything new or very lightly used. We saved money by using the FULL kitchen to cook some meals. We also loved having a laundry facility in our condo. The only downside is it is very bright in the bedroom window, no screens. ( Pro Tip: some folded up tin foil inside the shutters made it nice and dark for sleeping purposes) . Host was fantastic. We can't wait to stay here again! Mahalo!

Celebrating Our Anniversary

We love the Island of Maui but had not previously stayed in Kihei. We found this unit the perfect introduction for us to the area. Located conveniently with quick and direct access to Highway 311, S. Kihei Road, or Highway 310, providing quick and simple navigation to anywhere we needed to go. There are many great restaurants, stores and other amenities right off S. Kihei Road, but of course you can travel to other areas easily for additional options. The view from the 6th floor penthouse was spectacular; not only did we have an unimpeded view of Maalaea Bay, but we were also treated to some whale activity. The resort sits on and has direct access to the beach; a great pool and hot tub that are maintained daily. There were several nights we both walked up and down the beach enjoying the sounds of the waves and seeing all the stars in the sky. Our unit was comfortable, well cared for, and clearly had been updated somewhat recently. We loved sitting out on the lanai in the evening; enjoying the evening sky and sounds of the waves below. Kevin was great to work with and very communicative. He worked to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also found the businesses we frequented clearly grateful for the return of tourism and business. We would certainly stay in this unit again.

Maui getaway

The location of this condo is amazing. Overlooking the water, you could not get any closer. From the balcony, with the provided binoculars, we could see the whales breaching out in the bay. It is also centrally located for driving to Kaanapali, Hana and Haleakala. The bathroom/bedroom setup is a little wonky as you have to go through the bath to get to the bedroom, but not a huge issue. We would love to return sometime soon!

It was ok

Overall the condo was fine. It was updated, it was clean and the host was very responsive. The location of the unit has a very isolated feel because it's on the front of the building and you do not see the other building or other amenities (pool, hot tub, etc.). It's personal preference! I gave it 4 stars because of the shower- a new shower head is needed so it doesn't spray all over and add to the problem. The shower tile's are a bit moldy and it feels gross using the shower. Not sure if this can be resolved with a deeper cleaning / treatment or if the shower needs to have tiles replaced. One thing that cannot be helped and I didn't bring into consideration is the overall smell that the beach has. It just stinks constantly because of the preserve to the north. It really is a bummer because you cant be outside enjoying the view because it is so off-putting. However, that isn't something that the host can control so I'm really rating my experience based on the unit itself.

Perfect Beachfront property

My family and I absolutely loved the condo. Very Clean , comfortable and kitchen stocked with everything we would need with beautiful lanai views .This was the first time we stayed at Sugar Beach Resort , and it did not disappoint . Beautiful beach and central to everything we wanted to do in Maui.The Resort was beautifully maintained and loved our hangout in the evenings enjoying Mai Tai’s at Dina’s Sandwitch which is conveniently located steps away from the beach itself . Kevin and property manager Marco were very responsive with our needs and questions during our stay .We can’t thank you enough . This is now our go to place for all our future Maui visits .

Ce condo est excellent. Lit confortable, très belle vue. Noter qu'il n'y a pas de table à manger à l'intérieur. Espace à manger au comptoir. Mais la température est tellement belle, que nous avons toujours mangé au balcon! J'y reviendrais avec plaisir :)

This penthouse condo was amazing! It had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked, along with beach chairs and a cooler bag for the beach. The view from the balcony was outstanding, with the ocean and beach just below. Both the host Kevin and the property manager Marco were extremely helpful and very responsive. The only addition I can think of would be blackout curtains for the bedroom, our sleep was off with the time change, that may have helped. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we cannot wait to return. Will definitely stay here again!!

We are Northern California residents with three kids. My wife and I discovered Maui on our honeymoon in 1997 and we have been vacationing here ever since (as much as possible!). Our goal is make our condo as comfortable and relaxing as possible, not only for ourselves and family, but also for you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Sugar Beach Resort has some of the best balcony views in Maui and is west facing so the sunsets are breathtaking. The balcony is also very private - you are 100% separated from your neighbors and being on the top floor it is quiet, other than the sound of the waves! We love this property because it is in a very peaceful and quiet area. Oceanfront view condos in Wailea and Makenna generally cost $800-$1200 per night and up. Sugar Beach Resort has equally exceptional views for significantly less money. The beach is also longer than any other white sandy beach in Maui, and most of the beach has no condos or hotels.
