DIRECT BEACHFRONT Condo at Sugar Beach Resort

Unit 115 comfortably sleeps 4 - King size bed in bedroom and queen hide abed in living room. TV is located in the living room . Fully furnished unit including beach towels and beach chairs. Views of Haleakala and West Maui Mountains from your lanai - amazing sunsets nightly - ocean sounds 24/7. Walk the 7 miles of beach literally steps from the lanai of unit 115. Pool is heated - the hot tub and pool deck open until 10:00 PM. During the 2nd week of September every year the pool is closed for maintenance (starting the 2nd Monday in September). Also enjoy the sauna, gas barbeques and a putting green. Parking for unit115 is covered. Located in North Kihei - convenient to the airport, Wailea, and Lahaina. Grocery shopping and 100's of restaurants just minutes away.

Great stay at Sugar Beach

Excellent ground floor location with direct access to the beach. Close to pool, bar/restaurant, tour operators, etc. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

Wonderful condo

Excellent location, central to most everything you’d want to do. Beach front was so nice everyday and at sunset. Super clean and well equipped condo. Didn’t need to contact host for anything. Highly recommend!

Best stay ever

Everything was as advertised. The location itself is the best on the island. Would highly recommend anybody looking for a relaxing place not in the middle of everywhere. But very close to everywhere.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It was STUNNING. Very clean, has everything you need to cook and stay a while. The bath towels are thick and so soft! Check in and check out was so easy! The pool was my kids favorite! And they even have a sauna which we loved!! 12/10 recommend. We will definitely be back!!!

Great Stay

Loved the condo- bed was comfortable. More than enough linens Kitchen well stocked Furniture in living room was nice We have been coming to Hawaii for 49 years. Will come back to sugar beach next year!

Great place to stay

This was our second time staying at this resort and this time we stayed in the bottom floor with the beach view. The condo was great, clean, easy to check in, and relaxing. Room that is right on the beach. It was great to just walk out of the room and be on the beach. We will be staying here in the future.

Second time staying here!

Our second visit was much like the first, magical! The condo sits maybe 20 feet away from the water. I highly suggest staying here if you’re looking for beach front, it doesn’t get much better. We will stay here again the next time we come visit!

What a view

Sugar Beach was just as I remembered from my childhood. We enjoyed the white sand beach, and pool area only steps from our lanai. The unit was well stocked for our cooking needs., and the bed was super comfy. The view from the lanai was amazing!

Perfect location central to all of Maui. Can’t beat the oceanfront view just steps away from the beach and also steps away from the pool for best of both worlds! Best bang for your buck here with all amenities included. Would 100% stay here again.

Great location

The place was just like the photos. The beach proximity is literally steps from the patio. The furnishings are comfortable including the bed. The central AC was very welcome as that is not the norm in Hawaii. It would be nice if there were beach chairs available but the beach towels provided worked.

Family Vacation

My husband and I took our daughter to Maui for a senior graduation trip. We loved the first floor walk out condo steps from the beach, view, and amenities. Sugar Beach is a beautiful location and we had a great vacation.

Lovely view. Clean comfy condo. Beach walks were great. Nice pool. Maui wind was the only negative. Would be great to have a couple beach chairs☺️

Glorious Beach/ Island Access

Visiting island resident friend who lives up-country. We both thoroughly enjoyed the beach, views, cocktails on the oceanfront patio, the sunset, central access to Kihei restaurants and shops, access to the highways and airport.

This place was amazing. We arrived 4 hrs early. I would’ve booked the day before if I would have known the check in time was 4pm. The pull out couch needs a new mattress. All in all 💯😊❤️.

Excellent waterfront property!

I snorkeled in the beach outside the condo and it was fantastic! Swimming with turtles every time. I would advise to have water shoes or snorkel right away so as to avoid cutting your feet on the coral.

Like being in Paradise

On bottom floor overlooking ocean. Nice to hear and see ocean every morning with our coffee. Our rooster friend came around most mornings while we watched the whales. Condo had great furnishings especially the bed, so comfy. Recommend Sugarbeach.

Unbeatable Location

Property is spacious and clean with all the necessary things that may be needed. There was even coffee and coffee filters in the unit ready to go. The location is simply magnificent. Even with the patio doors closed you can hear the ocean waves! It is quite a large size resort so even with a lot of guests everyone is pretty spread out. Would definitely stay here again when we have a chance to go back to Maui!

Sugar Beach 115

The property is in a great location. Everything was just a short drive away. Our two year old really enjoyed the grassy area out front. The only downside was the light coming through in the bedroom. It was really bright with the outside lights on. Overall it was a great place to stay.
