Inspiré par la famille, l'amitié et l'amour ... la ferme de ce 1940 offre une retraite paisible et reposant. Parfait pour les grands groupes qui voyagent ensemble à proximité des attractions touristiques comme le parc national de Yosemite. Chic art / décor orne l'intérieur de la maison, qui coule des rideaux blancs et une grande sélection de livres dans toute la maison fera également pour une escapade romantique tranquille pour deux.
Dans les contreforts de la Sierra Nevada, la ferme est une grande évasion de l'agitation de la vie urbaine. Grand terrain fermé, peut accueillir facilement plusieurs véhicules, RV, remorque ou le parking de bateau.
Il est à distance de marche d'une station de gaz / mini-Mart pour les besoins de dernière minute. La cave à travers la rue fait partie de la Route des Vins Madera et propose des dégustations de vin 7 jours par semaine. Il y a un Yosemite Area Regional Transit ramasser arrêt 2 miles dans la rue de la maison. Pour 6 $ / personne, vous pouvez faire un tour à la National Yosemite Valley Park!
La ferme dispose d'une grande salle à manger qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 12. Ou vous pouvez profiter de la table de pique-nique sur le porche et dîner al'fresco que vous regardez le coucher du soleil sur la vallée centrale. Le porche profond offre un endroit idéal pour lire un livre avec un verre de vin sur un jour de pluie!
Chambre n ° 1 dispose de 2 ensembles de lits superposés (jumeaux sur lits doubles), pouvant accueillir 6. Chambre n ° 2 a un placard ouvert et dispose d'un lit queen size. Chambre # 3 a 2 lits jumeaux et conduit dans la grande chambre des maîtres qui a un lit California King et un coin salon.
Il y a une aire de jeux pour les jeunes enfants derrière la maison et est en vue de la table cuisine / salle à manger. Ce côté de la propriété fait obtenir un peu de bruit de la route, mais la maison est bien isolée et quand à l'intérieur, le bruit de l'autoroute est pas un problème. Le côté ouest extérieur est protégé contre le bruit qui vous permet de profiter de la véranda et salle à manger en plein air. Pygargues à tête blanche nichent à proximité et peuvent parfois être vus planant au-dessus du champ à l'ouest de la ferme. Une raison de plus pour profiter de la véranda!
La ferme est située à 15 minutes de Table Mountain Casino, Chuckchansi Or Resort & Casino et Millerton lac ,. Millerton Lake possède plusieurs zones de pique-nique, où vous pourrez profiter de la pêche, la natation, le canotage, ou marcher le sentier qui entoure le lac.
Un des propriétaires travaille dans l'atelier de métal près de la maison et est disponible pour toutes les questions, les préoccupations que vous pourriez avoir.
Nous avons d'excellents contacts pour à domicile les locations de chef cuisinier, masseuse mobile, limousine / bateau / jet ski /, dans la maison de soins de santé, etc. Nous sommes impatients de vous aider à tirer le meilleur parti de vos vacances!

Wonderful time in the country

The location was perfect. Away from the city and the hustle and bustle of traffic besides the multitude of cars on Highway 41. which wasn’t a problem. The rustic charm and the eclectic decoration was just what we were looking for.

Relaxing, rustic place

Our family has had a wonderful stay here. We enjoyed grilling pizzas on the pato, visiting Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, and spending cool evenings in the house.

Visiting Yosemite NP

I could not say enough fantastic things about this property and the host! We were later getting in than expected, so the host sent a thorough message explaining the property, and things to make our stay more comfortable. We came in to a welcome basket, including cookies for the kids. Fully stocked kitchen, while still having a few empty cabinets to store a grocery haul for the week. Bathrooms had anything you might forget, including razors, q tips, and the list goes on! There was plenty of space to spread out for our family of 11. The porch was comfortable a place to relax in the evenings to watch the sunset over the farmland. We came in the middle of a heat wave, and when I expressed that I was a bit worried about the temps, the host went above and beyond to find window units to keep the place cool. (We were totally comfortable!) The farmhouse is very private , but also close to the road leading to Yosemite, so perfect for our needs! It was an easy drive into the park. When the host heard that we were taking a 3 week long road trip, she even gifted our kiddos with a few road activities!

Nice quiet place on the way to Yosemite

The owners Damaris and Matthew were very nice. They bought us snacks and even a bottle of champagne and wine for being their first tenants. Also, they were very informative about the different type of activities that we can do that is near the house. There is a wine tasting across the house and a lake about 10 minutes away; however, we were set on going to Yosemite which was about an hour away. Now the home is a comfortable farmhouse. For the most part pretty quiet, it had little to no noise for being near a highway but definitely will not bother you from sleeping. It Faces a cow pasture and does not have the typical cow smell as you would expect for it being next to a farm. this house also has a beautiful sunset view if you're into photography. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and was enough to accommodate 12 people probably even more. The master bedroom is very spacious with an bathroom. The room with the two bunk beds are great with twin size bunks on top and a full size bunk on the bottom. There's a fireplace although we did not get a chance to use it. The kitchen was a good size and has a small wooden bench in the middle with two wooden chairs in which you could eat at in addition to their dining table that could fit at least 8 people all around and also has stools to sit at the counter top which was also nice since we had a big group staying in house. The kitchen has a mini fridge which was enough space for the family for two days and all the appliances were in good working order. Although, the house is old and still needs a little more work the owners have refurbished it beautifully with the decor of the house having a very modern country style feel and very welcoming. The front porch looks like something out of a home magazine and has a bench out front perfect for having snacks and lemonade in front of the house or maybe enjoying a beer or two. Gas station is conviently walking distance. Something that may bother people are there are plenty of bugs at night, so make sure to keep the windows and doors closed and turn on the AC(which cools the house down nicely). This place isn't a five star hotel or condoe, but it is still a very welcoming and comfortable and the owners are still improving it. Will definitely recommend it to others and be coming back if we ever decide to go to Yosemite again

Horrible experience

The property owner canceled on us the day of our reservation, I reached out to them because we had not received the access code to enter the home and we were on our way driving there already. When the owner informed me that supposedly her house was not supposed to be on the site to rent and that she had received no communication at all in regards to our reservation. Which I find that pretty hard to believe because I made the reservation three weeks prior and they took my payment instantly so I don’t see how she did not get not one communication in regards to my reservation. Incredible Hospitality

Our stay was wonderful. We were greeted with a nice welcome sign and welcome gifts. We were so touched by the owner's friendliness. The house was very spacious and comfortable. My daughters loved looking at the cows in the pasture. If I'm in the Fresno area again, I will definitely book this house.

Great place

We stayed at the ranch house for 1 week. It was very peaceful and we had plenty of space for 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Swamp coolers worked great even at F102. Great sunsets every night. Would stay at the Ranch house any time again.

Lots of space & super mellow.

The farmhouse is lovely. It is a large property with plenty of room for relaxing in multiple spaces. The extra amenities - toiletries and snacks - were such a nice touch! Our family needed a stopping point on the way back from Yosemite to L.A., and I also had a meeting in Fresno (about 30 minutes away (P.S. get your food there in advance -- the pizza places we tried won't deliver that far out)) and this was a great stopping point. When we choose places to stay, a big priority for us is privacy and we also really need places and spaces for our little ones (preschool and elementary school age) to just play. We got what we needed in terms of both priorities. The kids really liked the bunk beds and staying up late talking. We (my husband) actually brought a bb-gun and shot cans in the field. Not something we could do in Los Angeles! Previous guests broke the swingset = ( but they are replacing it soon so be sure to ask if this is important to you. There are a few toys in the house and some books and crayons, so the kids found activities. Overall, I highly recommend. It's a nice, mellow place to be.

Loved it

This farmhouse had plenty of room for our family of 8. We visited the National Parks and the house was great to come back to. The view is beautiful and the kids (teens) enjoyed seeing a bit of evening country sunsets. The kitchen is nice and has seating for 8, as well as has AC. The rest of the house has a different type of cooling system that we weren’t very familiar with. We visited in the heat in July but since we were gone during the day, things had cooled off enough in the evenings. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Farmhouse with a view

Great time in a cozy farmhouse! We definitely enjoyed our stay, and especially appreciated the special touches by the host— snacks, a bottle of wine, all the toiletries we needed if we forgot anything, and warm fuzzy robes! Quiet and comfortable with a convenient location. Host offered many tips for activities in the area, very helpful. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful host family!

We truly enjoyed our stay on the farm. Such a wonderful, sincere, and sweet welcome. Damaris had special snacks for the kids, sparkling apple cider and a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving week here. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking the huge Thanksgiving feast with multiple serving trays. There was plenty of seating for a family gathering. The kids enjoyed eating out on the patio table! The boys loved the video games, the girls loved the toy kitchen set in their bedroom, and there was plenty of family movies to choose from when it was raining outside. The house is very spacious! The location is out in the country, but a very easy 20 minute drive into Fresno! Thank you so much for allowing our family to spend a fabulous and blessed holiday together!

Peaceful home near the parks.

The property was just what we wanted. Quiet and peaceful. It was nice to get away from the city. The owner was quick to respond to any of our questions. They even had many suggestions as to what to do in the area. The home was well equipped with everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable. The little extras, like the flowers and snacks and wine made it special.
