À propos de cet hébergement

Nos belles yourtes ont été fabriquées à la main sur l'île de Wight et sont installées dans un champ privé derrière la ferme. Ils sont parfaits pour les couples et les petites familles pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans un lit double king-size et quatre matelas simples sur une terrasse en mezzanine. Les yourtes disposent de cuisines entièrement équipées avec four et plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur avec petit compartiment congélateur, espace repas et salle de bains privée avec douche à l’italienne. Chaque yourte dispose également d'un poêle à bois pour les nuits les plus froides et le dôme en plexiglas situé sur le toit s'ouvre et se ferme. Dehors, il y a un foyer, des sièges, un hamac et un barbecue. Les yourtes disposent de prises de chargement USB pour téléphones et appareils et d’une prise domestique de 13 ampères. Il n'y a pas de wifi dans les yourtes mais vous pouvez vous connecter dans la salle de jeux, le magasin de la ferme et le restaurant.

Les yourtes mesurent 6 mètres de diamètre, mais leur disposition est différente. Ils peuvent tous dormir confortablement de 2 à 4 personnes, mais peuvent dormir jusqu'à 6 avec 4 matelas simples sur les ponts de la mezzanine.

Les yourtes disposent également d’un espace commun pour les repas, comprenant une yourte et un foyer, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 24 personnes, avec un grand barbecue à gaz, une préparation des repas et une vaisselle, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour les groupes qui louent deux ou plusieurs yourtes. Les 5 yourtes peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 30 personnes au total.

Le restaurant Garlic Farm se trouve à quelques pas de votre porte et sert le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner tous les jours avec des réductions pour nos clients. Vous pourrez également profiter de notre court de tennis privé, de notre salle de jeux et de notre terrain de football, ainsi que d'un accès ouvert à tous les magnifiques terrains agricoles environnants.

Les poules, les paons et les écureuils roux errent librement autour du site et il y a du bétail et des chevaux de montagne dans les champs environnants.

Great stay

We had a great stay. It was the details provided that were special including hot water bottles, hammock and garlic related gifts. The location is amazing and we were blessed with visits from red squirrels every day. Will definitely be coming back.

We loved staying in Bonnie Yurt

It had everything you need for a comfortable stay, a great view overlooking the fields and super comfy mattresses. Showering with a view of the blue sky overhead was a highlight! We hope to be back soon!

5th time staying in the yurts - love it!

This has now been our 5th time staying in the yurts. Absolutely love the yurts and surrounding space. As 5 families we block book all of the yurts and make the most of the communal areas - bbq, football pitch etc.Children friendly. Yurts are fully equipped and lovely log burners inside the yurts to keep warm in the evening we would highly recommend.

Perfect peaceful spot with lovely amenities

Stayed for a couple of nights with our three grandsons who loved the yurt, the surroundings and wildlife and everything that The Garlic Farm had to offer - especially the games room! The yurt is so well designed - it's spacious and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The weather wasn't perfect so the log burner was really welcome - all the furnishings are of a very high standard and there are some lovely touches and nice treats for guests too - highly recommended!

Fantastic weekend away

The yurt was clean, spacious and had everything you would need. Feels like a hotel with the charm of a tent in the middle of beautiful nature. Nice breakfast at the Garlic Farm. Good location to explore the island. We loved it and would recommend the Yurt if you like a bit of luxury while camping.

Perfect

We hired all yurts from Friday to Sunday and our stay was perfect. Each yurt was so well equipped. The site had everything we needed. The hosts were amazing and came to check on us. Out of 16 people, not one complaint from any of the yurts about the accommodation. It was the perfect set up for our festival hen party.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic visit to the Garlic Farm with our two children. The yurt was perfect for us. Everything felt like it was finished to a really highly standard. The location offered great access to all parts of the island being centrally located. The farm itself was picturesque and gave plenty of space for our boys to play. The games room was really handy too. Overall, a brilliant stay - thank you!

Beautiful and free

My family and I have just had a wonderful time at the Garlic Farm yurts. We loved the freedom for the children, comfort, style, thoughtfulness of literally everything and location. The games room and tennis courts and space were really great for us with children of different ages. The beautiful communal area was perfect for our group size of 10 - we ate, drank and played card games there - which was great when the weather wasn't great. The hot tub was a lovely extra that we all enjoyed and the arrival of milk, tea, sugar, chutney and of course a garlic bulb was really thoughtful. Thank you for a beautiful holiday.

Stay at yurt Bonnie

Gorgeous setting. Lovely to wake up to see the peacocks and rabbits and go for nice walks. Perfect for a family or group get away. Breakfast at the garlic fine is lovely too. Only down side, the road behind is very noisy. Hosts didn’t come back to my messages especially when we struggled to lock the door.

Perfect getaway!

We hired all of the Yurts at the Garlic Farm for a party over the weekend. The accommodation was perfect. Each Yurt has a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and comfortable beds. The hot tubs were amazing. We had breakfast in the restaurant - highly recommend their granola! The farm was so lovely with lots of animals and things to do and see. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a break on the Isle of Wight!

Can't wait to come back

I recently hired the Garlic Farm accommodation for my 40th birthday celebration. The Accommodation team were brilliant at helping us put on an amazing event and catering to our guest’s individual needs. Friends and family members having been raving about the experience in the weeks afterwards. The site is stunning, there are plenty of activities for children and adults and the accommodation is very well maintained. The communal yurt proved to be a real hub of fun and activity throughout our weekend. We will not hesitate to book again.

Absolutely fantastic!

The Yurts are exceptional and surpassed our expectations - absolutely beautiful! We loved the clear domes in the Yurt (Bonnie) and in the shower/toilet. The Yurts are very well equipped, with seating and a firepit outside - there is also a 'communal' area which has a log burner, equipped kitchen, and pizza oven. The Yurts are very well spaced and there is 'hedge' screening between each one so you are not overlooking the neighbours. Red squirrels are on the site (which was a massive bonus for us) and the chickens roam freely in the late afternoon and visit the yurts. This was a space where you really stepped off the world and relaxed. The Garlic Farm Restaurant (a very easy walk from the yurts) is a must, as is the shop, and the walks around the land are beautiful. A wonderful 'welcome gift' and a very warm welcome on arrival. Great location, wildlife in abundance, and wonderful night skies (clouds permitting). The only downside can be the noise of traffic despite the site not being next to a main road but that did not detract from an amazing few days!

What a place!

Wow what a place! A group of 15 of us booked out all of the Yurts so that we would have the communal area to ourselves which was a huge selling point. The Yurts themselves are incredible and you can tell no expense was spared when kitting out the place. We loved the little touches from hot water bottles on beds to free samples from the farm shop.. it was all these bits that made it stand out In the communal area there was a hugeee BBQ perfect for us all and a table which fit 15 perfectly, enough logs to keep us going for the weekend and fridges galore for the volume of prosecco we brought. The team were amazing, loved the ease of self check in and we even had silent disco equipment delivered before we arrived which they had set out for our arrival. We also went to breakfast on the last day at their restaurant and it was amazing, made even better by the discount we received to due staying on site. I honestly couldn't recommend this place more, driving in the whole field and set up blows your mind... social media pics and their website does not do it justice! We had the best hen weekend and I truly believe the biggest highlight was the accomodation, there's no doubt in my mind we'll be back!

Wonderful Glamping Experience!

My husband and I and our two daughters who are 9 and 5 years absolutely loved Yurt Bonnie and The Garlic Farm itself. The yurt was so luxurious and cosy and very well equipped. Having the bathroom and kitchen meant it was camping at all, but it felt like a real adventure for our girls! They loved sleeping up in their ‘dens’ on the mezzanine level. There was loads to do nearby (we especially loved Robin Hill country park) and the Garlic Farm restaurant was absolutely delicious for all 3 meals we ate there. The shop is amazing too, we bought lots of goodies! Already talking with friends about going back and taking all 5 yurts!

Fantastic weekend away

Our yurt was both magical and comfortable! Every little detail had been thought of from fairy lights to complementary garlic pickle. There was nothing more we needed and we felt we could instantly relax with the beautiful views, comfy beds and cosy fire. The yurts are really private but there’s also a well thought out communal area with seating and BBQ etc. You also have your own private hammock and BBQ, so spoilt for choice! Keep an eye out for the beautiful peacocks wandering around too! Breakfast at the farm is absolutely delicious, all the restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful - all in all a perfect place to relax and recharge! Thanks Garlic Farm for the best weekend

Lovely spot

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful location of Garlic Farm, not knowing the Isle of Wight. Our yurt was beautiful with attention to every detail. It was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed several bbqs in the evenings. The children loved the mezzanine sleeping area upstairs & the freedom to wander to the games room & play area. We had a lovely relaxing stay.

Well kitted out and comfortable

Everything was very well organised, everything was included that we needed and it was very comfortable. It was lovely to be able to sit out in the wide open space but still have enough privacy. The kids had a great time and there was plenty that they could do. Loved our stay and will be back.

Beautiful retreat

The moment we drove into the farm all of us went “wow” the yurts are breathtaking and in a stunning setting. Inside is even better than the pictures, everything has been thought about. I changed my booking a couple of times and the owners went out of their way to cater for us. The whole farm, cafe, restaurant are beautiful. Already booked for next year!

High quality glamping at its best!

Our yurt was fully equipped, super comfortable and located in a beautiful setting. The hammock was a great touch, and the communal area was great for socialising with other families. Having our own hot tub would have made our stay even better value. The tennis court and games room were a hit with both children and adults. Having the option of the cafe/restaurant for meals when we fancied a break from cooking was wonderful; delicious vegetarian breakfast! We will definitely be back to the garlic farm in the future.

Wonderful Stay in Yurt Bonnie

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in Yurt Bonnie on the Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight and cannot recommend it enough! Hosts very friendly and helpful and the Isle of Wight is gorgeous. The yurt exceeded our expectations, it looks amazing and is fantastic to stay in. It's one of the most memorable places we've stayed in! Brilliantly designed, comfortable, practical and fun - what's not to love?

Luxury yurts

Very comfortable and well equipped yurt. Maybe a little cool in the morning but wood burner helped to warm it up. Compact wet room type bathroom attached so no need to trek to a shower block. Grounds are nice for children to play and the games room has plenty to occupy them and adults. We weren’t hardy enough to use fire pit or bbq but on a warmer evening than we had I’m sure they woul be a great way to spend the evening. Would definitely come here again if we visit IoW again.

Autumnal Mini Break

I booked Yurt Bonnie as a surprise getaway for my partners birthday! We had a fab time considering it was October! There was a little games room for our children to play in (ages 10, 9, 8 & 5), there was a football pitch, tennis court and our yurt was also on the edge of the forest were they went to ‘build dens’. There was lots of open space for them to feel free, but also all within good sight for us to sit by the campfire and watch them! We had a really warm welcoming from one of the owners who also told us anything else we needed to know, and if we had any questions to contact her! Overall we were very happy and will definitely be staying again!
