Ce studio magnifiquement rénové et entièrement meublé est situé à Oceanside avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan et les collines. Le studio est dans une maison privée avec sa propre entrée privée. La chambre offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre confort, y compris une cuisine complète et une laveuse / sécheuse, l'utilisation de la belle cour arrière et la piscine. Situé à environ 3 km de la plage, à proximité de tous les commerces, restaurants et divertissements. Wonderful stay!

Clean, comfortable bed, quiet, secure, great shower, nice pool. Loved the amenities. Owner was very accommodating-close but not intrusive. Very nice-would stay here anytime!

Great rental and great location!

We really enjoyed staying here the last few days. Unit was clean and had all we needed for our visit. Reza was a great host and and accessible for anything needed. Shower had really good water pressure, bed was super comfy and the mini kitchen was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area!!

Perfect location, awesome studio, great view

We stayed here for 5 nights, and we will definitely stay again when we return to the area. The location is convenient to all amenities, but away from the high traffic, and fast pace of the city. The bed is very comfortable and the layout of the studio is great. Reza is an amazing host and everything was perfect.

Excellent spot!!

This was a great rental, clean and beautiful with access to the pool and hot tub, barbecue pit. The hosts are excellent, they even set you up with eggs, milk, orange juice, and a bottle of wine!! I would stay again anyday!!

Wonderful Getaway

This is a beautiful space, we had a great time here. Reza is a very nice man, he personally checked us in and gave us a tour. I would recommend to anyone looking for a studio space on a shared property.

Great place, nice host

The property is just how the pictures portray. We had beautiful sunsets and enjoyed the spa. It is only a few minute drive to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. Reza was a very cordial host. We would definitely rent here again!

What a great location!

Our stay was everything we expected and more. An outstanding and well maintained studio apartment with great views and a beautiful pool. Everything was in working order and my wife and I had a very comfortable week. Easy drive to the beach, shopping, dining, etc. Reza was a wonderful host and I would suggest any party of 2 to stay and enjoy the solitude.

Perfect

Reza was the best host. He met us upon arrival and explained every thing to us and making us feel welcome. Eggs, milk, OJ and an adult beverage was provided and the backyard was amazing. I will definitely be staying again when I visit!

Great Studio

I just completed a week stay at this wonderful studio. I was alone and it was perfect for me. Great location, great host and nice New Bed. Will recommend this studio 100% and will stay there on my next visit to Carlsbad.

Amazing Stay!

From the moment I first messaged the owners till we left it was a great visit. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The washer/dryer was a bonus. Easy parking on site and great location overall to visit many great sites while on holiday. I have nothing but positive things to say about the owners and rental suite. Will stay here again in the future! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great studio

Great studio with plenty of space and nicely appointed kitchenette and bathroom. Nice view of the pool and canyon. Wonderfully hospitable host. The kitchen supplies, food and snacks were a lovely bonus.

Quick stay in Oceanside

I stayed at the Oceanside studio for a business weekend and it was perfect. Reza, the owner, was very hospitable and made me feel very welcome. I didn't have time to enjoy the pool unfortunately but the place was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Amazing property and host!

The location is great, the studio was clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful. My husband and I spent a very relaxing anniversary here. Reza was a very amazing host! He went above and beyond in terms of amenities and friendliness. He was available but gave us lots of space and privacy. We will definitely be back to stay.

I'm a 65 year old male married to an amazing lady (Maray) for the last 38 years. We have 2 boys, Ramin & Mehdi, 35 & 30 whom I'm very proud of. I used to do engineering work and for the last 20 years I have been working in real estate industry. I truly enjoy my work because I love meeting new people and assisting them in achieving their real estate need. Outside of work I play tennis and work out at the GYM a couple of times a week, I also love ballroom dancing, I think it is a good workout and stress reliever in my opinion :-). I love living in San Diego, I have lived in many parts of the US and feel blessed to be living in San Diego since 2000.

There are number of reasons why I love our home. It is a very unique and custom built house by a very well know general contractor. The location is prime, we are close to everything yet very private. This home offers Ocean and Golf views with a beautiful pool.
