Very nice apartment on a 5th floor, complete kitchen, great air conditioning, good internet.Two big rooms, 2 big bathrooms, very comfortable place. Super comfy beds and pillows.The building has a small pool for adults and another one for kids. You can also use the pools at the Crocs hotel which is next door and you may use their restaurants.The only problem: Just bring your own pool towels, we could not find any, and the ones we found in the cabinets were completely torn.

Hi Madeline. I’m glad you had a nice time. I really wish you would have let me know that you couldn’t find the beach towels. I have lots of beach towels for my guests. You must have found the “junk” towels that I leave cleaning up, atv rides etc.

It was a beautiful condo and the host was very responsive. It was well stocked and right next to the beach! The host was super responsive and gave great restaurant recommendations.

Awesome Vacation and nicest condo in Jaco Beach

This was by far the nicest condo I have ever rented in Jaco beach in my 32 trips in 20 years. It was absolutely perfect !

The perfect beach front location!

Everything about the location, the condo, and the staff was great. My family and I really felt at home and there was so much to do in just a short drive or walk. I wish we could have stayed there longer.

Cannot beat the views from this place! We stayed three nights and this condo provided everything we needed. We were able to walk to resturants and shops and my kids loved the Crocs pool.The property manager was great as well and very helpful. Only downside was the musty smell that lingered the entire stay. Check in was super easy and security was super helpful. Overall great stay.

Beachfront Jaco

Our first time in Jaco, great location. The condo is large and clean with a huge balcony. We only had two nights in Jaco, but wish we had more time in this Condo! We enjoyed going next door to the pool and eating. The most relaxing part of our stay was being on the balcony and listening to the waves. Would love to stay here again!

Lovely Property!

The balcony here sells the place - the view is amazing. We saw scarlet macaws fly by every morning! The pool over at Crocs is a lot of fun, too. We stayed here once before, and came back to the same unit a couple years later - it’s that good!

The condo was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Omgosh we loved the balcony overlooking the ocean to see the gorgeous sunsets. We ubered all over that was so inexpensive and quick. Raquel is so super sweet and helpful. We loved our trip to Jaco. Thank you SHELLY for the pleasure!

This stay exceeded all expectations. The size and quality of the accommodations rival that of major vacation clubs. Being adjacent to the Crocs resort and having access to the amenities was a huge win. Location is great as it is tucked away from downtown town. Beautiful sunsets every evening. The only negative was that a neighboring property was under construction and work begins at 6:30am, so mornings on the balcony weren’t so wonderful, but that is just bad luck and not the fault of this property’s owner/manager. Overall I was very happy with Jaco as I was a little concerned with the party reputation and potential questionable character. Didn’t see any of it. In fact I was way more comfortable walking around there than NYC or Philly. No issues whatsoever. And by the way, rainy season? It barely rained and most days were sunny and not very humid. Maybe we were lucky, I don’t know but it was an excellent trip. Highly recommend the “10 waterfall hike”. Will never forget that.

Perfect location!

Our family rented this condo for Spring Break ‘19. It was quite comfortable and the location could not have been better. It’s on the quiet end of the beach, but is just a short walk to town. We watched the sunset almost every night at Clarita’s- a beach bar and restaurant just down the way. The guards at the gate were most accommodating when we needed cal a taxi. Steve and Shelley (owners) were great and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends/family traveling to CR.

Pictures undersold the property

We were very happy with the condo we stayed in. We had fantastic views and use of the neighboring resort. The staff was helpful and it was a short walk into town if you didn't want to take a very inexpensive cab or Uber. The condo requires some minor updating, but it's nothing that took away from the experience. We would excitedly stay in the same place if we ever return.

Spacious with beautiful sunsets

My family of 3 just came back from a 5 night stay in Jaco. The accommodations of the condo were spacious and the view of the beach from the terrace was spectacular. The condo was located in a very convenient location, very close to the town center with many restaurants and shops. It was also very wonderful to be situated right next to the Crocs resort and my family enjoyed the amenities of the pool and restaurants as well as a matter of connivence, it was perfect. Overall, I would recommend staying at this property as it was perfectly spacious and centralized within the Jaco area.

3 nights in Jaco!

This VRBO was exactly what we were looking for! It was the last three days of our trip and we were looking forward to more room and be able to spread out after staying in hotels for the past 6 nights. The beach was wonderful and having the chairs, cooler and boogie boards available made it feel like home! We also enjoyed using Crocs next door and was able to take advantage of the casino one night. We also drove to Manuel Antonio which was absolutely wonderful! Would definitely book again. Thank you!!

Yes, Yes, Yes!

Wow, great place! Amazing owner and host (Raquele)! We stay in VRBO's all the time and this place was great! Nice to have the Crocks pool and casino next door. Everyone was beyond friendly! The location was perfect! Tony the door security was wonderful. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. We WILL stay again! A million thanks for making our 20th anniversary so memorable! ❤️
