Breakwater Point is an exclusive highrise on the northernmost end of Jaco beach. Our unit is on the 11th floor with spectacular unobstructed ocean and sunset views from the Master bedroom, living room, kitchen and large balcony terrace. Mountain views complement the 2nd bedroom as well as 2 very comfortable Queen beds. Enjoy whale watching July - September without leaving the condo! Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. You'll be steps away from the beach, pass the refreshing swimming pool along the way. Walk next door to Crocs Casino and Resort for free access to bars, restaurants, nightclub, shops, spa and more! Take a walk to the famous Jaco strip and enjoy a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars! Book adventures anywhere along the strip. Jaco Beach Get away

The place is in one of the best spots in Jaco! Right on the beach with a really nice pool. Walking distance to the Jaco strip. Gabriel was great! Very responsive and gave us some great ideas and information on our stay. Would highly recommend his place!

Spacious for a family of 6

For our first time in Costa Rica this property did not disappoint. I traveled with my husband and 4 children ages 15 y.o. to 15 months. The condo was spacious for our family of 6 and included an amazing view! We loved waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing, very relaxing. We also loved the location being walking distance to the beach and with a restaurant right across the street was very convenient! We spent a lot of time at the pool as well. Overall it was a great space for our family!

Amazing stay at Breakwater Point

My wife and I booked a two week stay at Breakwater Point. It was the most relaxing part of our six weeks in Costa Rica. We woke up to an amazing view every morning, which was capped by an equally amazing sunset view every night. The two bedroom suite is complete with a well equipped kitchen, big refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove/oven and all the utensils. The unit is very spacious and bright with beautiful tile floors. There is a large TV in the main room with TV's in both bedrooms. The AC units in the bedrooms and living area work very well. The balcony area is large with comfortable seating.There is a round lounge chair perfect for an afternoon nap and a dining table with four chairs for an elegant meal outside. A nice touch were the beach chairs and sun shade. The building has twenty four hour security with ingress and egress out to the beach controlled by ring cameras monitored at the front security station. Two elevators service the 45 suite building. We would definitely stay at Breakwater Point again.

Stunning views, lovely apartment & great location

We rented this property for the month of February, 2022 and have many positives to report. The apartment was exactly as described and the location just out of town was quiet yet close to the town of Jaco. You can walk to eating places from the unit which was very convenient for us. To say the sunsets were stunning would be an understatement. From the balcony you see a forested hill, some rock formations that create beautiful views when the ocean waves crash into them and a very interesting river that swells & ebbs with the tide. The security staff (usually Angel & Nelson ) were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions you might have. The property manager was very helpful as well and had a repairman to us within minutes of our call to him for a minor issue and gave us several additional leads that proved very worth while. The owner was also exceptionally accommodating and offered accessibility to him if that were needed. We would highly recommend this unit !!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I've been vacationing in Costa Rica for a few years. Jaco has become my favorite spot in Costa Rica as it's not too far from the airport in San Jose, and you can have everything Costa Rica has to offer right here. Minutes from climbing cascading waterfalls in the jungle, to the crashing waves of the beach. So much so that I finally decided to buy one for myself. Nowhere have I found this amazing combination of ocean, mountains, beach and wildlife all in one place. The only comparable places with comparable views are in our 15 story building, and I've literally been in them all. We all want the best deal possible - myself included. If sunsets, whale watching and privacy - close enough to an exciting night life, but on the quieter north end of the beach - are what you are looking for, look no further!
