Manhattan frappe Jaco 3br / 3. 5 ba panoramique sur l'océan Vues

TrÚs moderne, nouveau 3 BR / 3. 5 BA condo en bord de mer avec vue panoramique sur l'océan. Il dispose de 3 balcons séparés, un de chaque chambre. Le balcon principal enveloppant donne directement sur le coucher de soleil et l'océan. Vous pouvez littéralement frapper une balle de golf dans l'océan depuis le balcon. Wifi gratuit sans fil, bien sûr.

Le mobilier est trÚs haut de gamme avec des canapés en cuir blanc, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils haut de gamme, le tout face à l'océan dans un salon tout en verre. Les murs qui composent tout le coin du salon / salle à manger sont en verre avec 4 grandes portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur l'océan.

La piscine est juste à l'extérieur de la copropriété, balcon est au-dessus, cascade, etc et vous marchez directement sur la plage, sous la palmeraie.

Dans les soirées toujours avec un coucher de soleil, nous dßnons dehors, en regardant les surfeurs avec un verre de vin sur le balcon. Nous l'aimons là-bas. Vous aussi.


Pratique et sûr: La propriété est juste sur la plage ... donnant sur l'océan et à seulement un pùté de maisons de la rue principale dans le centre de Jaco ... donc tous les restaurants, boutiques et activités sont juste à distance de marche.

La gestion sur place est là tous les jours et les gardes de sécurité sont là 24/7.

La direction peut aider à organiser facilement un certain nombre d'activités dans la région.

Very nice condominium complex. Unit had a beautiful view of beach. One block from main road made shopping and dining easy. Beach was not a “sit out at the beach” type of beach. Walkable but not cleaned up. Lots of fun activities in the area and the pool area was lovely.
One of the resident iguanas was quite friendly!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo arranged all of our events except for a last minute fishing trip and impromptu hike. The view of the ocean and beach is perfect from the balcony and the condo is very spacious. Perfectly positioned for everything we wanted to do while in Jaco Beach.

Nice Peaceful Property

Stayed at Diamonte del Sol "Manhatten" condo and it was very nice. Accomodation was clean and as depicted in the pictures. Very spacious and open. Master bed was a little more firm than we like. Million dollar views of the ocean with the surrounding balconies and big bay windows. Security in and around the complex is very attentive, which made us extremely comfortable during our stay. Easy access to the ocean as well as the shops and restaurants in the JacĂł area. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves crash. VRBO host and condo property manager were all responsive to any questions we had. Overall great place to enjoy a nice and relaxing vacation.

Our stay was perfect, our penthouse was as per pictures with a million dollar view. We sat on our balcony and watched the surfing competition and the next week enjoyed watching the locals tent on the beach and enjoy their Easter holiday. Felt comfortable walking Jaco Beach and the town. There are any restaurants to choose from.everyone very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to go to Jaco, Costa Rica again.

From the time we entered until we left 2 weeks later, tranquility, peacefulness, beauty and beach life was our daily routine. Words cannot explain the views and serenity. The management company and owner responded promptly with every question and inquiry we had. The owner said he was going to be doing a few furniture updates. We are already planning on booking again in early 2026. A must stay right in the heart of Jayco directly on the beach!We used Jaco Fresh to deliver groceries to condo same day as arrival.We recommend Denis, a local chef to come into unit and make a meal for you.

Loved the location and ease of this property. The homeowner and property manager were very responsive and helpful as much as possible. Had a couple issues but they were addressed quickly and professionally.

Great place to stay in Jaco

If you’re staying in Jaco, I recommend staying at this condo. It is very clean, well stocked, and has beautiful views. Pool was also very nice and clean. There is security so we felt safe. The condo is located on beach and we could walk to the nearby restaurants and shops. We didn’t hang out at the beach because there was debris from the recent storm so we stayed at the pool most of the time. Overall, really nice place and owner/property manager provided good recommendations for activities.

Highly Recommended Property!

We stayed at this property during our first visit to Costa Rico and it is one of the reasons why it won't be our last visit. The property was in a great location, within a 2 minute walk to the main strip with restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. and the people in the community were friendly. Beautiful views of the beach from most rooms. The condo was very spacious, so we didn't feel like our family of 4 was on top of each other. The pool was nicer than expected after looking at the pictures. We felt safe because the guards kept tight control on who entered the property. The host and property manager were very responsive and helpful. We booked excursions through the property manager and were picked up right outside the gate, which was very convenient. This property is highly recommended!

Best place to stay in Jaco!

This condo was fabulous! It was just as the pictures depicted the view was $1 million panoramic view. Absolutely loved it. Condo was fantastic Manhattan style very clean. Pool was super clean and abundance of chairs and shade and sun. Quiet and easy access. We super enjoyed the fact that you could just walk a block and be right in town and eat wherever you wanted. You really don’t need a car to stay here. Did several excursions and they all picked us up at the front gate. Love the place and would love to go back.

This is the Perfect spot for your Jaco getaway

The location of this apartment was fantastic. You can walk down block and there's a small supermarket, pharmacy, great resturant (Amara), coffee shop. Very safe apartment building with 24hr security. The photos you see don't do this place justice. Everything was spot on, very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The balconies are the star of this place. We spent hours just relaxing taking in the views of the ocean and listen to the waves. If you are the adventurous type there is plenty to do in the area. The resturants we visited were great (Lemongrass, El hacio and the poolside restaurant at Croc's casino for lunch). We had no issues at the property at all.. Highly recommend !!!

Sun, Sand and Beautiful Views

Our family (two boys 7&13 and husband's grandparents) just got back from our week long stay in Jaco. The condo's location is unbeatable; walking distance to everything from restaurants, shops, groceries, and of course the beach. Although the town itself can get a little sketchy as the evening rolls in, the property was gated with 24/7security guards which put our minds at peace. If you are driving there is plenty of parking spots available on the property. The condo itself was nicely furnished and the view was incredible. There were a few items that could use some attention like the master bedroom's mattress, which was very hard and uncomfortable. We were cooking quite a few of our meals at the condo and we could have used a few extra flatware, dish soap for the dishwasher and trash bags for the kitchen. There were some basic spices available for cooking which was very helpful. Since we stayed a week we had to do laundry a few times, there was some detergent available to use which was very much appreciated. The property and the pool area are very nicely kept, the kids had a blast chasing iguanas and playing in the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the condo. I don't think we could've picked a nicer, safer and more convenient place for our vacation in Jaco.

My wife and I live in Vail, CO and have two small children. We both work at the hospital there and love to take the kids to Costa Rica to get away from the snowy mountains. The unit is very easy with little people as the pool and beach are right there. You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping, activities, etc.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have been to Costa Rica 8-10 times and it is a safe, kind country. The population is educated and we find the country interesting and fun. Very little crime, especially against visiting Americans, as we indirectly protect them; they have no military and we have many Marine bases there. The country looks like Hawaii without all the 'rules' of the US and is much less expensive and FAR more interesting. It is by no means third world anymore.
