Direct Beach Front Condo in Diamonte del Sol is a wonderful option for those that like clean and contemporary finishes. This condo is located in the center of town so you can walk to the shops, restaurants, bar, grocery, nightlife, and it is right on the beach with wonderful views of the sunsets to the north - seen from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and ocean terraces.

Enjoy the open floor plan, with the kitchen, family and dining area all open to the beach. The large covered terrace with patio furniture is a great place to enjoy the ocean breezes and sunsets.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms in this absolute beach front property, affording spectacular ocean views of Jaco Beach. The also has 3.5 bathrooms. So, each room has its own private bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay in Jaco overall. The condo was very clean on arrival and the location was excellent- close to everything we wanted to do and a great home base for exploring the area. That said, the bed in the master bedroom was quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep well. The kitchen had basic cookware like pots and pans, but there were no spices or condiments at all, so preparing simple meals was a bit inconvenient. With a more comfortable bed and a few kitchen basics added (like salt & pepper, and cooking oil), this place would be and easy choice for a return visit.

Great place!

We stayed for a week at the condo and had a wonderful time. Checkin was easy, condo is very nice with all amenities provided. The view from all sides is fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Luxury Beachfront with views & convenience

From booking to checkout everything was great! Ive not used VRBO frequently, so wasnt sure what to expect. We booked for 5 days--party of 4 adults. The photos and descriptions are accurate. The 3bds/3.5ba was perfect and extremely spacious and comfortable. VIEWS of Jaco beach are incredible. Security, cleanliness, and very convenient location. Entire facility is well maintained. Property Mgr responded timely to any questions during entire process. Whether you are a beach walker, pool lounger, town explorer, wave surfer or foodie--there is tons to enjoy!

Large condo right on the beach

It's a three bedroom beachfront condo with a beautiful pool. The unit has great views from a wide balcony. The pool area has WIFI. You can jump into the ocean and 30 seconds later be sitting in a lounge chair by the pool. The waves in the area tend to be rough but totally acceptable. On the other side of the condo is the Jaco main street filled with restaurants, shops and supermarkets. There are reasons we didn't give this unit five stars. First and foremost is the bed in the master bedroom, it needs to be replaced asap! The TV in that room also needs to be replaced as it's 15 years old(can't watch any streaming services). The toilets got plugged up regularly. The TV in the living room isn't connected to cable. Also, the living room is only setup for three people to watch at once which makes it hard for the entire family to watch together. The internet is good but doesn't reach all bedrooms. We've rented many homes over the years but never stayed in one that had a kitchen without a single teabag/coffee, condiment or oil. Some owners in the building have beach toys for their renters, this one didn't.Overall, Diamante Del Sol is a nice building with very good security and lots of parking. One thing it doesn't have was a gym (would have great on rainy days).

The 3 sizable porches offered excellent views of the ocean and mountains. Pool was a great relief after a day of excursions. Great location with easy walk to restaurants, bars and shopping marts. Only slight minor complaint would be some variations in water pressure and temp. Other than that, we loved it!!

The property was clean, secure, and was within close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Our kids loved the resort-style pool and the views from the balcony were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is about a 15-minute drive from the Los Suenos Marina so getting to our charter boat was convenient too. We’ll definitely stay here when we come back to Costa Rica!
