Ceci est une unité de fin au dernier étage des unités 2br sans autre condo au-dessus de vous, au 7ème étage en bord de mer avec une vue imprenable sur l'une des parties les plus calmes et les plus propres de la plage de jaco. Tous les meubles ont été achetés neufs en 2/16. Vous êtes juste à côté du Crocs Casino Resort et avez accès à toutes les commodités (piscines, restaurants, bars, discothèque, spa). Nous avons fermé un parking privé sur place et à côté. L'unité est de 1500 pieds carrés, y compris le grand balcon qui offre des vues incroyables. Il y a une table pour 6 chaises longues, des chaises à bascule et un canapé pour se détendre. Se rendre en ville est à 10 minutes à pied ou 2 $ en taxi, donc pas besoin d'avoir une voiture. Jaco a des dizaines de restaurants, bars, magasins de surf et choses à faire, donc pas de planche. Toutes les locations d'un mois ou plus excluent le coût de l'électricité. Des charges électriques seront ajoutées aux loyers mensuels.

This is our second stay at this fabulous property and we had a fabulous time. The pounding surf backdrop 24-7 wasa lullaby for adults. Coffee every morning on the massivebalcony while early morning people watching is simply thebest.Then there is Crocs,The Palms partner in good timeswith good food, good drinks and a good pool complex.

Great Jaco condo!

Really enjoyed staying here. The condo had plenty of room for the family (5 of us) The balcony is wonderful with a great view. Very nice views! Would definitely book this place again.

Fabulous view and condo

Awesome view! Beautiful condo nicely furnished! Everything you need is there, plus access to the Croc Casino and all their amenities! Great quick responses from the owner and the Lost Beach Vacations. If you want to visit Jacö this is the place to stay!

Friends getaway

We had a fabulous time didn’t want to return home. Staff was very accommodating. The only thing our electric went out several times during out stay, which was no fault of staff. Overall would recommend to anyone. Beautiful property with fantastic prices.

Great Pacific views in the quiet side of Jaco

Very clean, excellent coastal views from 7th floor balcony. Huge balcony, comfortable furniture. Kitchen well-equipped. Every bowl had a lid that fit it. AC worked great. A lighter coverlet for MBR would be much more comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect

The condo, location, and amenities were top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We saw scarlet macaws and little green parakeets from the balcony. We enjoyed walking the beach. We took a horseback tour and saw monkeys and sloths, and we drove into Manuel Antonio for a day. Relaxing by the pool or at the nearby Crocs pool was a great way to unwind. Definitely recommend.

Ideal for family vacation

Exactly as described! The condo is comfortable, has all the amenities, great air conditioning, lovely art work, close to restaurants and feels very safe. The view from the balcony is the best part. Saw gorgeous sunsets, a full moon lighting up the ocean and the beauty of a thunderstorm. Just hanging out on the balcony with my binoculars,I saw at least 15 different bird species, two iguanas, several squirrels. Took long walks on the beach. Property management fantastic to work with - arranging tours and responding to our queries without delay ( thanks esp to Roger and Jess). Highly recommend!

Best vacation paradise on earth!!

Everything was perfect! Communication with the owner 5*! Amenities like pools, decor, even the quality of the towels, 5*! Daily we saw Scarlet macaws at eye level from the amazing 7th floor balcony. Working with the management company, Dream Makers, (Brandon) for transfers, excursions, small maintenance issues and just general information 5*! We enjoyed the warmth and friendliness of the Costa Rican people. We were fortunate to be able to spend the month of January at the condo The country is beautiful, we both agree this was the best vacation

What an amazing property

The pictures & description looked almost too good to be true, but it was all true. There were four in our group including two teenagers, we stayed for 8 nights. Plenty of room, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, very clean property all around. So nice to have a washer/ dryer!! We had concerns about Jaco's reputation (a rep from many years ago, we'd later learn) but we saw nothing unsavory, weird or upsetting in town. Fun, good food, very beautiful. Thank you so much for making this condo available, we really enjoyed it and had a wonderful time!

Beautiful Condo overlooking the beach

The check in process was different than other VRBO properties, but it seems like they take security pretty seriously so it was fine. Communication was good. The condo was spacious and beautiful inside. Parking is very limited, but we were there during September so I think it was not as crowded as at busier times. The condo was mostly clean, the toilets and refrigerator could have been wiped down before we came, but over all we were super happy with this listing and would definitely recommend it.

Amazing Condo, Would Definitely Go Back!

Our family had an incredible time at our condo in Jaco! I've never stayed in a VRBO at the beach that was as clean as this one. The concierge service was wonderful and the only reason I bumped the check in process down to 4 stars is because it was not exactly convenient to have to go into town in person to check in, especially when we were already given our door code. Even so, Brandon made it worth our while and met us at the property to show us around the unit and to answer any questions we had. The only thing I'd recommend for them is to NOT publish a second door code, especially one that is so easy to guess. As a person sleeping in the unit with my kids in the front room, it was a bit unnerving to know that was an option to get in if someone tried to guess. As it was, we felt very safe the entire time we were there and frequented the Crocs pool next door. We discovered Clarita's for breakfast (just a short walk down the beach), El Manglar for breakfast and dinner (just a few minutes walk down the street -- past Crocs), and a poolside restaurant at Crocs where we were able to grab lunch one day. Costa Rica Dream Makers was amazingly helpful, from organizing airport transfer (Pedro was amazing!), to a canopy tour (transportation included) to organizing a rental car to be delivered to us at the condo so we could continue our journey into other parts of Costa Rica. If we are to ever return, I would seek out units that they manage in a heartbeat!

We spent an extended Labor Day weekend at the condo, and it was exactly what we were looking for! It is located in a quiet area of Jaco, but a very short walk into town. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need including all the kitchen gadgets, pool towels, cooler and camp chairs. The balcony is huge, especially when you compare it to other condo buildings in the area. Having the flexibility to casually relax by the condo pool with our own music and a cooler, or going next door to the casino's pool with music and a bar, was a nice benefit. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely stay again when we return to Jaco!

Loved being outside of town but close enough to get around easily. The balcony area was huge and the sounds from the ocean can be heard all night even with doors close. It was magical. Highly recommend.

Wonderful beaches. Close to town and eating places. Had a plumbing issue with bathroom sink, plumber was onsite within 4 hours.

We stayed at this location Nov18-Dec 4 2024. Excellent location. Very clean and well stocked! The property management group were amazing and helped us organize our tours ahead of time. The staff at the property and at the Crocs Casino Resort were professional and gracious. We had a wonderful vacation.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Amazing views of the pacific and sunsets. Being high up on the 7th floor you have privacy and a nice breeze. Huge balcony with room for eating and lounging.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You get to use the pool at the resort next door which boasts the largest pool in Jaco with fountains, lounge chairs even in the pool, a slide, full service bars and restaurants. There is even a full service Spa and Nightclub. Lots of slot machines and table games too. You will be given a wrist band which allows you to use the pools just as if you were staying at that resort, but for a lot less money.
