Windancer offers top level amenities with the classic Florida low-rise resort feel. Tucked away on east end of Scenic gulf drive in Miramar Beach most locals don’t know Windancer lane even exists! Little do they know its right in the thick of things! One mile north of the condo you’ll find the silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants there’s plenty for the avid shopper or diner! Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo)

This top floor 2 bedroom condo has even more room than what it seems! When entering the unit you will find the King master suite off the hallway with a full attached bath. Continuing down the hall you are greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony access. Located in the living room is a staircase leading up to the King Loft with a flat screen TV mounted on the wall and a full shared bath. The second bedroom is also located on the second floor with four twin beds. If you are looking to have an unforgettable beach experience, well then look no further, Windancer 411 is the place you need to be!

Fourth Floor:

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Level: Loft with King Bed, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Four Twin Beds.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.

Really nice condo, great beach location

Condo was decorated nicely, very clean. Beach access was really easy and convenient. Only negative to the entire place was the lack of cookware. Just random pans with no lids. The Teflon coated pans were all scratched up and could not be used and should be discarded.

Great place

We enjoyed the property and thought the location was fantastic. Only problem was that the downstairs shower ceiling was falling down due to previous water damage that was still present when we turned on the upstairs shower. Would like to see that fixed before we arrived. Looked like it has been going on for a while based on the damage to the ceiling.

Family Spring Break

The property and unit are beautiful but a few things to keep in mind when booking this unit. The second bedroom with the 4 twin beds is not ventilated well at all. Luckily there were only 4 of us and we were able to share the two larger beds. The kitchen is stocked adequately but not great for the amount of people this unit can accommodate. The cleaning person was rushed to get our unit clean by check-in and had to come back out to finish while we were in the unit. Not ideal but they were responsive. I have booked a lot of rental homes through VRBO and this was not one of my favorites. Loved the property and location but not the unit.

Beautiful room, beautiful beach

Everything was gorgeous. The place had everything you would need. Bring extra tp and pt. There’s one roll for ea bathroom and 1 roll of pt for the kitchen so you’ll need to bring your own. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, and cookware.

Windancer 411 check in process

Myself and family have rented units in Windancer over the past 6 years. This was the only encounter we had where check in was not ready and the cleanliness of our place was not what we expected. But overall space was perfect for kids, my husband and I and my parents. We have loved being able to come down and have an easy check in process. The kitchen was stocked well too.

The building in pictures looks isolated but it's not. Thats the only negative. Great place to stay.

Oceans reef was excellent to work with. We drove in early and they allowed us to check in early. The 411 unit was nice, couch and mattress needs updating, but no big complaints. It was a nice unit that accomadated us well. We will defiantly be back.

Convenient location and beautiful beach!

This condo was great for us! We had my family of four plus my parents and nephew and there was plenty of room. Keep in mind, in the loft area you can hear everything going on downstairs, but we got up early and headed to the beach each morning, so wasn't an issue. Internet speed was slow when we were trying to stream movies in the evenings. Location is great though, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and is right on the beach! One night we walked down the beach to the Surf Hut restaurant, highly recommend that! It was a nice walk and great food and ambiance! This was our first trip to the Destin area, but definitely will not be our last! Condo was comfortable and affordable and we look forward to our next trip!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
