Villa Perdomo is a two-story house located near Las Coloradas, one of the best areas of Playa Blanca, and very close to the Papagayo beaches. It is a three-minute walk from the promenade, an ideal place for jogging, cycling or simply strolling while enjoying the sea. A fifteen-minute walk is the Marina Rubicón marina, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Near the house there are two supermarkets (a SuperDino and an Overseas-Iceland), a cafeteria and a bus stop with a good combination for the town.

The ground floor consists of:
-a bedroom with twin beds and built-in wardrobe
-a toilet with shower
-living-dining room with flat screen TV, satellite, CD player and radio.
-Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric coffee machine, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board

The upper floor consists of:
