The house layout was great with plenty of room. We stay at quite a few VRBO properties and never had we stayed at a place that did not provide the basics. There were 9 of us staying for 9 days. We arrived to no toilet paper, soap, napkins or paper towels in any of the 4 bathrooms. I had to call the property manager to get those items. The first time we cooked, we realized the garbage disposal was not working and kitchen sink backed up. Property management responded right away. The bag she brought - We were provided only 2 dishwasher pods for 9 days, 1 micro roll of paper towels. And 4 micro rolls of toilet paper. The bedding is really worn out. The comforter on the down stairs bed is falling apart, the stuffing is all clumped up, we had to shake it around to get it throughout. The sheets were stained too. The dining table chairs and benches were falling apart. There were no tools to tighten the legs, we called property management, but received no response. The dining table has glass top on it, but there was lots of food underneath from previous tenants. The pool was great, the decking has a couple pavers that have sunken down. And right in the middle of the walkway to the gate, recommend this be fixed so no one trips. Unfortunately this was not our best experience. Usually VRBO exceeds expectations.

Location GREAT! Lovely home. Carpets are a bit old but, it’s a rental, so no big deal. The home’s pool IS NOT heated. I guess since the last time we did a VRBO with a pool, the new thing nowadays is to call and ask for the pool heater to be turned on so they can charge you for the extra electricity; however, the home is in walking distance to the clubhouse and community pool, which was heated, so we didn’t ask for the home’s pool heater to be turned on. The community pool area was nice; however, they do not let you bring any outside food or drinks. There’s a “cafe” at the community pool which serves flatbreads, nachos and stuff like that. There’s also a bar. The food was just so-so. The drinks were delicious. The souvenir cup with a drink was 24. It was big and refills were 20. There’s no lifeguard at the pool and many unruly children all over. Our grandchildren were with us and we watched them not only for safety but to make sure they weren’t annoying anyone else. Most parents or grandparents there did not do the same. The lazy river had a pool light and wire coming out of the pool laying on the ground. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Here’s a list of things you should bring because we had to run to the store to get them: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap and dishwasher tablets, because they request you wash the dishes before leaving, which is totally understandable. Parking is crowded. For the price, it really is a nice unit to rent.

Family Disney trip

This property was perfect for our family trip. 2 children under 10 and 3 adults with room for more. The on site pool was perfect for keeping the kids entertained and the clubhouse waterpark made those recovery days between park days so relaxing. Highly recommend.

Townhouse with lots of amenities!

Very clean, well maintained property with a pool. Has two parking spaces. Neighborhood is well maintained and saw security patrolling. Drive time to the gates of Disneyworld is about 20 minutes. Shopping is about 10 minutes away but there is a new gas station with a minimart 2 minutes outside the property gate. Property manager is very responsive and helpful.

Overall very good

The house was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Pretty much like the photos. Furniture was a little bit worn, but clean and homey feeling. It was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a little miscommunication regarding check in but other than that , it was great. Close to the parks, but not too close. Nice quiet neighborhood to rest and go back at it the next day.

Everything GREAT except the beds

The house was great but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and we woke up every morning with a backache from sleeping… We loved the private pool on the lanai also!

The pictures are not really current for this property. Furniture is old and looks like it has never been cleaned. Very worn carpets although floors, cupboards, bathrooms and beds were clean. Missing a lounger in the pool area and not enough outdoor seating for 6 guests. They should have some foldable lawn chairs in the garage storage area. Space was certainly good in the unit though. We had an extremely noisy neighbour for a couple of days and when we called to complain, they sent someone out who basically stayed outside listening and did nothing about it.

Great location and very spacious!

We loved how spacious the place was! We also loved the amazing location right across the street from pool and playground. Lots of restaurants close by and easy access to Disney. We have already said we will look to stay here again on future trips!

Quiet neighborhood

Roomy house with all of the amenities. Pool was perfect. Did not get a chance to use clubhouse but looked very nice. Neighborhood was very quiet but close to stores and shops. Would definitely recommend. Parking was a little tight if you have multiple vehicles but fine for us as we had just 1.

The property at first glance looks nice…. But little things just keep popping up. 1. Pool took 48 hrs to heat and then was not consistent, last several days making horrible noises…. Reported to property manager they said they had someone check it and all was fine. Also much debris around pool deck, garden hose to fill pool left out uncoiled our whole stay(2wks). Outdoor furnitures in sad shape…. One broke first few days management had me take picture so they could replace, never replaced. 2. Most surfaces very sticky, stair railing, counters, bathrooms. 3. Bathroom not the cleanliest, bugs in most ceiling lights. Dust very thick on vents. 4. All of us had our allergies acting up…. Taking sheets off beds when we left found most pillows with mold on them under protectors and pillowcases. List just goes on…. I have pictures if needed.

Great except...

Overall, the house was clean and well kept. My kids loved having their own rooms. My only complaint is that it was sparse in home comforts. There was only one trash bag, which was the one in thebtrash can when we got there. One half roll of paper towel and no laundry pods. There was a note with our check in that those would have to be provided by us. I have stayed in a few vrbo's now and there are usually enough trash bags for the stay and thise small extras like paper towel. I would have preferred not to have to make an extra store run to supply the vrbo with the small things that make staying at a house more comfortable. Otherwise, we enjoyed the experience.

Great house

We didn’t spend much time at the house but it was clean and had great space. The community pool was great. We really enjoyed the lazy river. We will definitely look to rent this again our next time in Orlando.

Excellent vacation home

From the time I made the reservation through when I checked in, the process was seamless. The house is great and fit us well. I had my daughter, son-in-law, and their 3 children. I felt there was plenty of space. I would recommend renting this house.

Great home base for Disney/ Universal trip

The place was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the pool out back and the water park area is great . It’s easy and quick to get to Disney and Universal. We would definitely stay again!

great for families

We were very happy with this townhouse - plenty of beds, baths, and room to spread out. It was so nice to have our own pool to jump into at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location, not so great communication

Overall the property was great! Was about a 20 minute drive to Disney. Kids loved having the pool and plenty of space to spread out! Downsides: AC wasn’t working when we got there so it was hot! Called and they were able to get someone to come out that evening. Took awhile for the house to finally cool down though. Fast forward a couple days later. We came back for a midday break and found people in the house replacing the ac. We didn’t get any notification at all that this would be happening. We had to wait outside for an hour while they finished and then had to wait for the rest of the day for the house to cool down. Not what we wanted when we spent the day at the parks and wanted to cool down. Also, came home another day for a swim break to find the pool was being maintained and we weren’t able to use it at the moment. Wouldn’t have been a problem if we had a heads up. Overall the communication could have been better.

Great stay!

Suited our needs perfectly. Took about 20-25 minutes to get to each Disney park which was a little further than we expected, but it worked out!! House was very clean and accommodating, and the kids loved the pool at night!!
