We welcome up to two dogs or cats per stay. A $75 one-time pet fee applies.

🚭Smoking & Vaping Policy
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or in the garage.

Lanai Use: Smoking is permitted only within the screened-in pool/lanai area provided that all doors to the home remain fully closed while smoking is taking place. Guests are responsible for ensuring smoke does not enter the home.
Community Rules: Windsor at Westside prohibits smoking in all common areas except in designated areas. Guests must comply with all community rules during their stay.
Disposal: Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of and may not be left on the lanai, pool deck, driveway, or anywhere on the property.
Remediation Fee: If any evidence of smoking is found inside the home (including but not limited to smoke odor, ash, or cigarette butts), or if smoke enters the home due to doors being left open, the Guest will be charged a minimum $500 remediation fee for odor remediation and additional cleaning.

This is a self-catered home. A starter kit is provided, including:
