House was decent.. it had a very nice layout, pool was clear and clean⊠but unfortunately this was our first time dealing with a house that was very stingy on things such as essentials and kitchen utensils.. for example toilet paper and napkinsâŠ. It says in the description that you get detergent for at least two loads⊠ha your lucky enough to get a half load done⊠then they mention in the book of rules that they have on top of a decor table that they would appreciate if we put all of the towels in the washer to wash to help outâŠ. And worst is after you book, host messages you to ask you if you are going to be using the grill and if you like the pool/ SPA to be heated itâs an extra cost⊠in my experience when using a short term rentals, when you book a place and pay the price everything is included if itâs listed in the amenities..not once you are booked you get stuck with these hidden fees. Iâm not one to complain but unfortunately this host was very inhumane donât expect any hospitality..we arrived to a house that had cockroaches we didnât make a fuss about since hey if you look up Florida it says that its normal to have some but man it was like an everyday type of thing coming from the garage area which is converted into the game room.
