Family holiday from the UK

Had a fantastic stay, villa had everything we could possibly want. Even 3 different sizes of coolers which were great for taking our food and drinks to the park. We unfortunately experienced hurricane Miltion. The only issue was a power outage to the whole area for approximately 36 hours. This is where Pineapple vacation homes came into their own. We are a 3 generation UK family, our grandchildren are 6 months and 3 years old. After 24 hrs without power Natalie offered to move us free of charge to a property they manage which had power. We didn’t take this kind offer up as our power came on that afternoon. But wow. What a fantastic gesture of help. Which we will always be grateful for. All in all we had a great stay in this lovely, well maintained, clean and fresh villa. Would definitely stay here again.

So nice to come to your lovely home rather than hotel! Comfortable beds, well equipped house only wish we had more time at the property to enjoy it. Was a very busy trip for us and we were very happy with our choice to stay at your property. Wouldn’t hesitate to return!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely two week stay at this property. The pool and hot tub were great! The house is very spacious with plenty of room. We really enjoyed the games room, especially the pool table! The location was great and conveniently located near all the Disney parks. Natalie was very responsive for any questions we had. Definitely would stay here again!

I’ve stayed at Windsor Palms many times and this was one of the nicer units - it was very very clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. Close to Disney and all the attractions !

Wonderful family vacation!

This isn’t a house, it is a home! It has everything you could ever need or want and more! It is safe, clean, and quiet. Not too long a drive from the main events in Orlando, so amazing location as well! I don’t think I will ever use a hotel when coming to Orlando anymore. From my elderly parents to my son, everyone enjoyed their time here!

We had a wonderful time at this house! It was very well stocked with whatever one might need on vacation. The only *ding*I would give the house is that we found a bunch of pretzels behind an end table in a bedroom and had an unexpected visit from maintenance our first evening of the trip.

Great Windsor palms property

This home is gorgeous. Looks like it was professionally decorated. It has a great view from the pool area. It had a lot of extras that we appreciated like railings on the pool and hottub and in the bathrooms . Good home for retired people as well as families,. We would definitely return

Best of Both Worlds

This was our first time staying off DW property, so I was a little anxious about how it would feel. Well, it felt great. It was so nice to come back from a busy day at the parks and have the ability to relax in the privacy of this lovely home. The house was cozy with all of the modern conveniences that we needed. The check-in process was simple. Communication was fast and pleasant. The house was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Vacation Stay!

The house and whole experience was perfect. Everything was even nicer than it looked in pictures. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor space were great! Our daughters loved it (3 and 1)! My mom came with us and the 2nd bedroom with its own private bathroom was perfect for her to have her own space. Great location close to all the amusement parks and whatever we needed! Couldn’t have been happier with our experience!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We loved this house. It was perfect for two families with kids. The pool felt amazing after hot days at Disney. The kitchen and laundry helped us feel at home. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds

The house had plenty of space and was very clean. The king bed in the master bedroom was maybe the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! It took us 10 minutes to get to animal kingdom, 20 to Hollywood studios and about 50 to Legoland. You do need to provide your own supplies (toiletries, soap, laundry detergent, etc.) The property manager was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great home!

This vacation home was exactly what we were looking for! Our party consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The two king master bedrooms and two other bedrooms for the kids were perfect for all of us. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool and we especially liked the stand-alone hot tub because it was an actual hot tub! There are no immediate backyard neighbors and the lanai is surrounded by shrubs that made it feel like there weren't any next door neighbors. It was extremely clean and well organized with plenty of pool towels. Natalie was great to work with and answered all my pre-trip questions quickly. Driving to any of the Disney Parks took about 15 minutes and Universal Studios was about 30 minutes. **Additional note: There is a Walmart nearby, but I would recommend doing an online pick-up order instead of a delivery. They were quite overwhelmed during spring break and our delivery was a couple hours late.

The interior of the home had a very clean and fresh feel.

Great place near Walt Disney & Universal

We stayed for a week, my husband and my parents, all adults. Has two king beds, which is what we were looking for with having just two sets of adults. Also has two rooms, one with bunk bed and one with two single beds, if had kids staying too. Four bedrooms total. Three bathrooms. Garage has poker table, pool table, and foosball for entertainment. We thought we’d use them but never got to the pool table, etc. Layout of place was great, furniture and the two king beds were great, kitchen had dishes/utensils that we needed. Nice pool and hot tub, which was much needed after long days at Disney and Universal. Bath towels and pool towels provided, which was great because we flew in and not something wanted to pack. It is a self stocking place, has a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and then roll of paper towels in kitchen but then have to buy more if needed. Walmart (and CVS) right by that was easy to get to so we could stock up on snacks, drinks, Kcups (has keurig as coffee maker), and some toilet paper just in case needed more for our week. Easy check in, instructions sent for gate/security and house and easy check out with instructions on what is needed before leaving. Would stay here again! Place is decorated well, love the coloring from carpet to furniture to decor.

Perfect getaway

This house was absolutely beautiful! While close to the parks, it was also a fantastic retreat at the end of the day. Natalie was readily available to answer questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s the perfect layout for multiple families with kids too.
