Peaceful Getaway

Located in a peaceful location, the house is charming and homey. The hosts are very kind and accommodating, and we had a wonderful stay. The view from the bedroom balcony is spectacular.

The most amazing garden getaway

Stayed here for five days recuperating from busy days in Rome. The garden was absolutely spectacular so quiet and quaint beautiful Italian love spending time in the comfortable chairs making home cooked dinner having wine visiting with Orchard cats as they cruise through the property. The host was unbelievably kind and generous loved the option of being able to purchase wine on the property without having to go into town. Speaking of town is about a 10 minute drive away Several cute places to eat and grocery stores. A fantastic little place in the middle of the country side centrally locatedcould not recommend this more. Cannot wait to come back again!!!

lovely villa

Fabrizio's place is just gorgeous. When we arrived, he gave us a detailed tour of the gardens and house, both of which are beautiful and have all conveniences. We enjoyed walking to the small and lovely town of Farnatella, and driving a few minutes to the gorgeous Lucignano. While he and his wife do live in the downstairs of the house, they have a separate entrance and were respectful of our privacy while we were there. I hope to return for a longer stay!

Perfect Tuscany Experience

This Tuscany gem was perfect, every aspect. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The view from our balcony patio was absolutely breath taking. I would recommend this location to anyone hoping to be fully immersed in a Tuscan experience!

Charming Place in Tuscany

Great place with beautiful views. Nikola was a wonderful host and told us many places to visit around the area. If you are visiting Tuscany I would recommend staying at this lovely place.

Beautiful stay

We received a warm welcome from the family and a thorough explanation of the facilities, the surrounding area and places of interest. Fabrizio communicated easily with us using the translation phone app. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and offers a genuine Italian experience. Simply wonderful.

Nice comfortable home in Tuscany landside

We had a very nice stay at the Poggio d‘Eremita. Fabrizio is a very nice host who made the stay unforgetable. Everything was fine, the place is stunning. We also got recommendations for visiting around Farnetella. A visit which I definitely can recommend to everyone.

Amazing Villa in the Heart of Tuscany

The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. Great views of the terrain by day and fantastic views of the stars at night. Very close to the enchanting villages on hilltops nearby (Rigamagno and Scrofiano).

The perfect getaway

We had a lovely stay in this home. Fabrizio is incredibly welcoming and kind. The views were amazing, and there were multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy the scenery. If you're looking for a more remote stay, this is for you. A 20-40 minute drive will get you to nearby towns, sights, and restaurants, so having a method of transportation allows you to fully enjoy the area.

Fantastic home in Tuscany

Fabrizio was a great host, house exceeded our expectations. Secluded, quiet BUT Sinalunga was close by for supplies. Siena was 30 minutes away. In the close by village of Rigomagno was a restaurant called Scroccazuche (suggested by our host)...it was some of the finest food we have EVER eaten

Nice stay

We Had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. It was a breath of fresh air. I can’t think of any complaints, except just watch out for the cats they stole our daughters spaghetti when we were eating it outside and hissed at us the remainder of the time. Besides that that was perfect for our time in Tuscany.

Very relaxing

Beautiful hillside location and welcoming, friendly host. The property was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The gardens were gorgeous with always a place to relax in sun or shade. Loved the roof- top terrace with the view. Fabrizio, the host, was most helpful and has a good stock of wine and other essentials if needed. Highly recommended.

The current pictures do not do the property justice! We were greeted by Fabrizio and made to feel at home. Kitchen was well equipped (just need your own spices). Close to all the towns and villages we wanted to see. This property is beautifully decorated and the grounds are just as pretty. Would recommend this property!!!

Idyllic stay in Tuscany

Wonderful hosts, cottage, and location in a peaceful olive grove setting. We confused our check-our day, and the hosts were very gracious with us despite our error and late check-out. The house is fully stocked with wine and refreshments for purchase. It’s a charming location centrally located to the best of what Tuscany has to offer. Highly recommend! ❀

Serene stay in Tuscany

Beautiful old house with modern touches, in the middle of countryside Tuscany. Owner very courteous and accommodating. The house is a little hard to find at first, a few more details would be helpful but this is our only complaint. We really enjoyed our time there and are greatful for the experience. Amazing Villa

Fabrizio was an outstanding host and the house was immaculate! Top notch and impeccably maintained property! A true Tuscan Villa! Felt like family! Beautiful hidden gem

It was so special, Frabrizio greets you and is so welcoming and proud of his home. The pictures do not do it justice. More beautiful and quaint in person. See the sunrise come up over Tuscany from your bedroom. Every detail was taken care of, the grounds the gardens are immaculate and beautiful. We traveled all over Tuscany. Could not have picked a better olace.

We rented a car to see the beautiful Tuscan countryside and chose Sinalunga as our place to stay because the location looked like exactly the kind of retreat we were looking for. We were absolutely delighted with Fabrizio and Nicola's lovely cottge with stunning views of Tuscan hills. Their house has everything the discerning traveler could wish for. Beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, spacious and complete with everything you could want in the kitchen and all the other rooms. We felt immediately at home and Fabrizio is an exceptionally kind and gracious host. Thanks for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.

Hello everyone, my name is Fabrizio, I am 56 years old and what you see in the picture is my wonderful family. With them I decided to venture into this new experience by making available to the guests the house in which I grew up, the long restoration in which we have engaged in recent years, has given me the opportunity to express what for me means to host. I add that I am a sports person, I love walking and cycling and I will be happy to recommend interesting routes in my area to guests who decide to choose my house.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large and bright living room and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, accessible only through a stairway, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. From the first floor you access the panoramic terrace. The romantic patio and the large garden surrounding the property are the ideal place to enjoy pleasant and relaxing outdoor meals thanks to the barbecue available to guests.
