The views were INCREDIBLE! The house was nice and we liked the ability to use the second door to enter upstairs with the luggage. It is so close to the city plaza with a short walk. The parking made it very convenient for us but the views off the huge terrace was simple amazing to wake to every morning. Montepulciano is a beautiful area and one of our favorite places in Italy.

Montepulciano was our favorite stop on our Italy vacation! We loved the quaint town and the much slower pace. The property location was so convenient and the views were amazing. Erika was a great host! Her detailed notes and recommendations of restaurants and things to do were so helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

I make it a point to share lots of info with ny guests prior to arrival so they can visit all the best Vineyards, and the most delicious and not so expensive restaurants in the region… based on my own experience. I have no problem with sharing this - because I want everyone to have a good time -aside from enjoying my house of course!. Thank you so much for staying in my place and I really do hope to have you back one day.

Property was nice and right outside of the city. Easy walk to the city center with many shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was great. The views were amazing and the highlight of the stay and better than the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for describing this as your highlight. I agree with you pictures just won’t do justice to those views and everything else around it. I love the fact that my guests are able to convey in a review what I desperately try to do with words for the ad but since I’m the owner it would sound disingenuous. Great location!! Everything within walking distance. Comfortable house . Outside areas needed upgrading which has since been done i believe. Some air conditioning would be useful in August as it was hot. Views are wonderful!! Erika was a lovely host with good communication. We loved our stay and hope to be back.

Great location and beautiful views. We stayed during a heat wave and it got hot in the house , but other than that very happy with everything. Great setup for a family with 2 levels. 5 min walk to restaurants and shops, 2 min drive to supermarket or 15 min walk.

The location, the home, the entire experience was perfect. Very clean, spacious, modern but Italian historical with great views of the vineyards. The walkout to city center was less than 5 minutes. Parking was convenient. Excellent place to stay, play, and visit Montepulciano.

We had a wonderful stay at Erika’s apartment in Montepulciano. The location was ideal, just a short walk (less than 5 mins) from the town center, making it easy to enjoy the restaurants and shops. The apartment was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Tuscany. The views were absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again on a future visit to Montepulciano. Highly recommended!

Views and old world charm. This location was wonderful with parking and two entrances. The key instructions were convenient and easy to locate. The wonderful host Erica, has great instructions and activities around the town. The several terraces offer the best views in Tuscany. The views and location were the reason we picked this rental and it did not disappoint. There was amble room for my family members of 6.

This house and location was perfect. Beautiful views and a great kitchen. Montepulciano was our favorite town that we visited on our trip. Easy check in and the host had a document that she sent us that had a lot of great info.

We had a great stay at this house. Enough room for everyone and the amenities were as described. It was a bit of a walk along a road to get to the main section of town but close enough to be reasonably convenient. The parking spot was very helpful. We visited in mid November and many of the businesses were closed for the season.

Beautiful Views

Enjoyed our stay. Especially the spectacular views of the nearby area. Short walk up to the city center. Great recommendations for restaurants to try from the host. There was a heat wave while during our time and the small AC units didn't do much to cool things down, but we survived!

Tuscany View

Our stay was wonderful and full of fun and adventure. Montepulciano is a beautiful place. The villa was in great position to get around easily. The view from the patio was spectacular. Our host was responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this villa.

Authentic Italian Tuscan Home

We had a wonderful time in Erika’s spacious home. The location is perfect as are the views. This is a rustic house with all that you will need. Montepulciano is the most friendly, comfortable town you could want and everything is within walking distance.

Nice Stay

This property was in a great location with a fantastic view. It was also so nice to have a dedicated parking spot right out front. The communication with the property manager, Erika, was excellent.

Favourite town

Location is superb. 3min walk to town wall entrance. We visited many towns in Tuscany and Montepulciano was our favourite. The views from the balcony are better in real life. Wonderful stay.

Excellent view close to everything!

We had a wonderful week at Casa Pellegrino. The house has stunning views from three different terrasses. The ovner is easy to get in contact with.We cooked all of our dinners in the house, and that worked out just fine!Highly recommend this house!

Perfect location! Easy walk to town. Plenty of room for large families. Easy to work with. Had to carry my wife out of there kicking and screaming cause she didn't want to leave!
